I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

So i went in person to follow up on my samples today 02/25/2026 since i was told they were going to be finished by today or tomorrow and i wanted to make sure progress was being made since i hadn't been given any form of payment to pay still. I go in person and the manager isn't even there. My clothes are in boxes still untouched, so she lied to me, and are sitting underneath a cart. I tell the guy who's working there that i'm here to follow up on my samples i dropped off last week and he's clueless. He has to text the manager and owner to get context. I finally receive my invoice and i open it only to see it say $534 lmao. This place is crazy unprofessional. I can't tell you how many times i've had to just show up in person to press the staff on any doing their job since i can't get any real answers over the phone. I have been placing purchases and picking them up from the Tempe location every year or two for the last 15 years or so. While I initially look at the website, I also have several of their catalogs at work. I have reached out to the store by phone and e-mail with questions, and often find myself working with Derek (manager) or one of his team members. While I don't work or live in Tempe, I find myself in Tempe quite often with work meetings. Whenever I pick up items, the staff will walk me through everything I have ordered to ensure that I am satisfied with the items. This past year, I needed to buy paperweights for a non-profit organization, and I learned that they had a limited supply of excess acrylic paperweights in various colors including graving. I jumped at those last year and will likely do that again this year. I have also found budget-friendly plaques with logos on them I have purchased for my students and staff after we hosted two conferences a few years back. The emergency shirt design studio is great when you're in a pinch and I was able to customize a few shirts in under 5 minutes. One thing to know is the emergency options are limited but there are still some many cool things to do! A secured payment and an email later and I was all set. True to their word, Brand X had my shirts ready fast. I picked up my order finished enjoying the food festival and drove home to Flagstaff. As with all clothing purchased my wife washed them. the screen printping on both shirts came off, leaving me 2 $54.05 tee shirts. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt so I informed my credit card company and got a temporary credit which they recharged my card. I emailed them but with no response. hopefully the money spent went to charity. The shirt were going to be gifts.
