Awesome custom shirts!…read more Our company does promotional shirts every so often and have had mixed experiences with various shops in and around Phoenix.... but when we had them done at Snider, we were blown away. Through my trusty app, I found Decal Monkey. I stopped in one day after work to see if they could make my bolt and hashing. They definitely did the job, and it was done right. I spent a few minutes explaining what I wanted, what size, etc. The nice lady with the glasses (I forgot her name! =( ) helped me and said tbey would be ready in a day or two. I wasn't able to make it in until 3 business days later, but when I went to pick up, they were exactly how I imagined they would be! The bolt was the perfect size and the hashing had the perfect font! I asked if they could put them on for me, but unfortunately, they can only install in the morning when it's cooler. I ended up doing it myself after I followed the instruction sheet I was given. They look GREAT!! And trust me, when you see them, you'll know it's me, haha!! I may return in the near future for another decal. They also offer shirts, banners, hats, and other items you need personalized. Pricing isn't bad, either! Parking is very accessible here and the service is unbeatable! Thank you, Decal Monkey!

Once upon a time, a young woman was in need of a reliable, timely, and trustworthy local business…read moreto support for a large print project. She needed someone that'd be patient enough to work with her and her company's Creative Team due to company protocols that needed to be met. To do so, clear communication was needed for proofs to be edited and approved. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification. This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
