I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. I needed some specialty sizes (tall and plus) and, unlike other shops in the Valley, OpportuniTees did not assess a significant upcharge on those sizes. We needed a shirt in a rush and Jay finished the entire Screen Job in one afternoon! The embroidery took just a couple of days longer, in part because Jay rejected the first digitization of our logo, and waited until it was just right before completing our job. All in all, our turn-around time was less than 2 weeks, which is above industry standards here in the Valley. I priced my job out with 5 companies in Phoenix and the nearby East Valley. This woman is a lifelong teacher and one of those artistic gems we never find nowadays - she worked magic. The outfit was meant to wear with no undergarments (it had a built in bra etc.) and frankly it didn't suit my body at all. She was able to detach the built in coverage, change the placement of the clasps, and the whole ensemble (an ornately adorned two piece) fit like a glove!!!
