They are still manufacturing our plaques today. When covid hit in 2020, our banquet was cancelled and again in 2021. In 2020, we had a special request due to one of our inductees being 91 years old and in poor health. The ASF Board contacted Lane Award Manufacturing with a special request to make one plaque for our 91-year-old. They immediately stepped up and made her plaque. In just a couple of weeks, she was presented her Arizona Softball Hall of Fame plaque at home with her family. It was a wonderful celebration. That is going the extra mile. Lane Award Manufacturing have always met our expectations and many times exceeded our expectations. Lane Award Manufacturing is a 5-star company.

I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Once upon a time, a young woman was in need of a reliable, timely, and trustworthy local business…read moreto support for a large print project. She needed someone that'd be patient enough to work with her and her company's Creative Team due to company protocols that needed to be met. To do so, clear communication was needed for proofs to be edited and approved. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification. This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. Our job was done within a timely manner and the finished product looks terrific. I needed some specialty sizes (tall and plus) and, unlike other shops in the Valley, OpportuniTees did not assess a significant upcharge on those sizes. We needed a shirt in a rush and Jay finished the entire Screen Job in one afternoon! The embroidery took just a couple of days longer, in part because Jay rejected the first digitization of our logo, and waited until it was just right before completing our job. All in all, our turn-around time was less than 2 weeks, which is above industry standards here in the Valley. I priced my job out with 5 companies in Phoenix and the nearby East Valley. OpportuniTees quote was about 10% less expensive than the next closest bid we received. I appreciate that they give back to the community by supporting Neighborhood Ministries.

In fact, she shared her history of skill and passion for sewing, and she was very experienced in alterations like mine. This woman is a lifelong teacher and one of those artistic gems we never find nowadays - she worked magic. The outfit was meant to wear with no undergarments (it had a built in bra etc.) and frankly it didn't suit my body at all. She was able to detach the built in coverage, change the placement of the clasps, and the whole ensemble (an ornately adorned two piece) fit like a glove!!! She quoted me tentatively, unsure she could meet my needs, but the end price was far less than I expected. I would go to Sandi for all my tailoring needs. Please support small local businesses!
