For engravings, he can do different fonts, sizes, placements; it's all very custom to how you want it. He's a rather eccentric person and can go off on tangents, so the process might take a bit longer than you might expect if you're not one to cut people off, but he's very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to, so that was an experience in itself. Sara is really such a sweetheart and always asks about the office and how the dogs are doing (She has a puptastic helper too that she brings into the shop). Service has been top notch. It wasn't clear that my email had been read and understood. When I didn't receive the proofs after several days, I followed up and was told that I would receive them the next day. I did and they were fantastic. The end result was great.
