I don't even know where to begin with my experience with Tempe Trophy, specifically Jason. What started as a idea to memorialize my Grandmother's day & time she earned her heavenly wings, turned into an unforgettable experience. Jason the owner took on my project personally. He even took time to listen to stories about my Grandmother. Asking me questions that showed he cared & it was more than just another project. This was a owner exhibiting the fundamentals of humanity!! Which lets face it, is rare in our current business climate. Once my project was done Jason took time to write me a card. I read the card when I got home and cried and cried some more. Not just because the words written were so heartwarming. BUT the card was dated on my birthday!!! It felt serendipitous that my project honoring my Grandmother ended up being a birthday present I can never forget! Touché, touché!! Thank you Jason!!! If you are looking to get a project done to recognize or have an award made, please trust Tempe Trophy!! read more

Had a great experience with Trophy Tempe! They engraved something for me that meant a lot. came out really clean and professional, and the quality was exactly what I was looking for. What impressed me the most was how fast and efficient they were able to get everything done without having bad quality of the work. The staff were helpful, the owner especially really made my day!and the finished product looked great. Definitely recommend Trophy Tempe if you need something engrave. Very kind people in general and great customer service. I would recommend this to everyone!!! read more

When my kids were in elementary school I helped out with PTO and we held a fundraiser called "Kiss the Pig" where the classrooms that raised the most money got to watch their teacher kiss a pig. I felt the teachers that kissed the pig deserved a trophy and I ordered some small rubber pigs off of amazon and Tempe Trophy turned them into the cutest trophies. I absolutely love their creative problem solving abilities!!! Now my kids are in high school and I love having Tempe Trophy engrave cups for all of their various activities. Cups are expensive and having their names engraved on them keeps us from having cups go missing. If you have an idea for an award or trophy - I bet Tempe Trophy can figure out how to make it happen!!! read more

If you need a serial number or any engraving done this is your GO TO SHOP. This place is the BEST EVER. After many phone calls and google searches I was lucky to stumble on to this gem. I needed a serial number for my 80%. I want to first off say THANK YOU Susan (sp.) for the helpful phone call letting me know that they engrave on firearms, and they follow the ATF guidelines for depth and size. A even BIGGER THANK YOU to Keegan and Connie for the best service I have ever gotten from a company. They made me feel welcomed and almost like an old friend not just some new random customer. I had some time limitations as I was only going to be in town for three days. They asked if I was able to wait for a bit, and I said yes but didn't want to interrupt their current projects. I'm happy to say they were nice enough to squeeze me in and did the work while I waited. This meant that they had to pause the work they were currently doing to input my design. I really appreciated that because it was going to be almost impossible between my work schedule to make it back. Big Mahalo to them!!!! This shop is does all kinds of stuff from custom sticker, all types of engraving on all different materials. They have an engraver machine for all your needs. When I was there they were working in some lower AR parts, I even got to sneak a peak at how it's all done. For all you 80% enthusiasts that need engravings done, give this place a call. If your looking for a fantasy Football trophy this is the place they got all kinds. In fact they have all kinds of trophies. If you need a custom sticker made get with them they got designers onsite and print everything there. I would recommend this place if you looking for a trophy, plaque, custom work for sticker and engraving. The customer service is Amazing, pricing is fair, and the quality of work outstanding. Big Aloha and Mahalo to everyone over at Tempe Trophy!! read more

If you need an engraving, Tempe Trophy is definitely the best place for that, and Jason Hood is a super master. There is nothing he is not able to do. All even small details, regardless how many of them, are getting as much his attention as needed to be done perfectly. And most importantly the customer service he is providing - it is really outstanding. Jason spends time and efforts as much as needed to be sure the customer is receiving exactly what was expected. I appreciate so much the service and help Ive got here! read more

I had a couple plaques made here for work. They came out fantastic! The prices were much better than the other trophy shops I checked. The process was easy, they were flexible with changed I needed and on time. I will exclusively use Tempe trophy from here on out. Definitely recommend read more

I'm so happy I found Tempe Trophy! I was on a mission to have a single letter engraved on a small brass padlock. I started at Things Remembered, they wanted an 18$ fee for bringing in my own item. I visited 8 other engraving shops around the valley, who either wanted large set up fees or straight up refused to engrave my piece. I called over to Tempe Trophy and spoke to a delightful woman, who not only told me she'd be happy to engrave my item, but that they'd do it for a minimal fee. When I arrived at the shop on the corner of Baseline and Ash, I was greeted with a smile. She took the time to engrave sample fonts and a sheet of brass, and we both came to an agreement on font that best suited my needs. I dropped off my lock and came back the next day to pick it up. I'm delighted at the result! It's beautiful, engraved with a diamond, and was under 15$ total. If you have any engraving, trophy, or plaque needs, this is the place to go. The showroom is full of unique and custom designs. Tempe Trophy came through, when I was beginning to lose hope. Thank you so much! read more

Great Value! Fast! Friendliest Service EVER! Amazing Work! Simply, THE BEST. I used Tempe Trophy for engraving different items for years at their old location. They are just as great at their new location on Baseline. I can't emphasize enough how nice and helpful Connie is. I always laugh when she tells me apologetically that the items won't be done the same day, but that it will take a day or two. WOW! Most custom work takes a week or two anywhere else. The prices are just as great- other shops will nickel and dime you with Set Up Fees and other charges; not here though. The end product is always perfect as well. Other businesses could really learn a lot from how Tempe Trophy operates. read more

The laser engraving is very professional looking. I am very pleased how my three AR15 receivers look. They engraved 3 lines. Looks really sharp. Does not need refinishing. I also had them engrave a shotgun. Looks very sharp as well. These projects are for short barrel rifles and short barrel shotgun compliance. Highly recommended. read more

Disclaimer: I am not writing this review as a paying customer. I had a ton of my and my family's trophies that were collecting dust and really wanted to donate them to a place that would recycle them. I reached out to every trophy shop in the valley and Tempe Trophy was the only one to respond to my inquiry (and quickly!). They not only accepted them but were so sweet and helpful when I dropped them off. Five stars! read more

Makes me sad because I went here based on the amazing reviews I found on Yelp. The experiences the others had were not to be had by me. I had two military-like dog tags I wanted engraved - each was going to have a $12.95 "set up fee" plus the engraving because I was bringing my own item and if they needed to replace it, they needed to cover the cost of replacement. Well, that "set up fee" was 10 times what I paid for each item. Additionally frustrating, was that I was not provided with an alternative solution. If you don't want to do the work, just tell me...don't price gouge me to get me to go away. I really prefer to support local businesses, but since I wasn't getting any help here, I had to reorder the items from a business in Florida that could do the engraving as well. Probably will not be going back. read more

I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my engravings done! Working with Tempe Trophy was fantastic! The whole experience was personal to me and my project. We were able to really get to know each other in the process and they made sure my project came out exactly as I envisioned. I had a last minute idea for a Valentine's day gift for my wife. My idea was to engrave a huge survival knife for her as a bit of a joke gift. I thought of it and bought the knife a few short days before Valentine's day. I took the knife to the engraving store at the mall and they said it wouldn't fit in the machine. I thought my great idea was done before it began. I called around and Tempe Trophy had the best price (I didn't want to break the bank on a gag gift). I took it in and they said it would be no problem. I wanted it back before the weekend because my wife and I were taking a romantic trip and I wanted to give her the gift on the trip. But I didn't want to pay for the rush service, so I said it would be ok if the engraving took until Monday. Surprise, I got an email the next day saying the knife was ready for pickup, in time to take on the trip. The engraving was exactly how I wanted it, and my wife loved it. Tempe Trophy made a last minute idea work. Highly recommended! read more

I recently brought them a 25 year old trophy that we have been using for an annual golf outing to basically be completely refurbished. After sharing some ideas back and forth with the owner (sorry, can't remember his name) we went ahead with the project. Simply put: - The work they did was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. - The cost was very reasonable. What more can you ask? If you need trophy work, this is your place! Thanks to the entire crew at Tempe Trophy for bringing our raggedy trophy to "elite" Status! read more

I had a pretty cool idea for a Christmas present, and walked in with kind of an awkward and obscure request. Tempe Trophy supplies trophies for us on a monthly basis for our company and also does large specialized orders for us. We had a large shipment of trophies that we needed to delivered to Mexico at a strict deadline and there was a mishap with the shipping and the trophies were sent back to Arizona. Tempe Trophy understood that we had a strict deadline and needed those trophies in Mexico, and the owner Brittany purchased a flight to Mexico and hand delivered the trophies to us in Mexico just in time for our meeting! I am in awe of the customer service that Brittany provided and the way she handled the situation. We will continue to work with this company for all of our trophy needs and suggest that they be your first choice as well! They truly care! read more
