I have been placing purchases and picking them up from the Tempe location every year or two for the last 15 years or so. They have great products and even better customer service, and the products meet most any price points I have had. While I initially look at the website, I also have several of their catalogs at work. I have reached out to the store by phone and e-mail with questions, and often find myself working with Derek (manager) or one of his team members. While I don't work or live in Tempe, I find myself in Tempe quite often with work meetings. Whenever I pick up items, the staff will walk me through everything I have ordered to ensure that I am satisfied with the items. This past year, I needed to buy paperweights for a non-profit organization, and I learned that they had a limited supply of excess acrylic paperweights in various colors including graving. I jumped at those last year and will likely do that again this year. I have also found budget-friendly plaques with logos on them I have purchased for my students and staff after we hosted two conferences a few years back. If you go to their website (https://www.sundeviltrophy.com), you can sign up for their e-mail list at the bottom right of the page. You can also view their catalogs, find contact information, sign into your actual account, and of course see many items and their prices (and order items online). They are open on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM and closed on weekends. While the parking in front of their store is minimal, I have always found a spot on any visit to pick up items. Originally, the business was recommended to by a colleague in Scottsdale, but they ship orders nationwide. Most of my communication typically takes place via email, providing names and details for each award. There was one year that the dimensions of the plaques were wrong and they sent out only name plates, but once I was aware of the issue the business was quick to correct and did not charge me again to re-ship the plaques to the various recipients. ' Once the order has been completed, I usually just have to call to connect with someone in billing to process my payment. I wish they had a better and more secure option to process online since sometimes I will have to play a little phone tag, calling from a different time zone and spending much of my days on conference calls. But someone always calls back quickly so it never drags on too much. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the ease of placing orders and the professionalism that the business exemplifies.

I originally intended to go to a local trophy shop, but the prices online persuaded me to order them online at Newline. I was hesitant, but they have continuously impressed me. When submitting the order form, it had room for a single logo. After contacting them, they assured me they could do multiple logos for no extra charge. Perfect! I emailed them the two logos, the text, and a reference design I found online. Within ten minutes of submitting the logos and reference, the manager called me. They had already started designing the plate, but one of the logos was too low of quality. He had researched online for alternatives, but could not find anything.
