It wasn't clear that my email had been read and understood. When I didn't receive the proofs after several days, I followed up and was told that I would receive them the next day. When ordering online, the website states that they keep your records based on your League's name. Sounds helpful for them to keep that info, right? I tried placing my order online, added my League's name but was unable to enter what I wanted engraved on the plaque and/or anything else for that matter. I received an email from Bruce stating that their website ran an update and lost some of the fields and he asked me for the League name (again stating that they maintain their data base based on League name). He seemed helpful and apologized for the problem. Well then I received the plaque and it is engraved in GOLD letters instead of SILVER. I emailed them to tell them the problem. I received an email back from someone who did NOT disclose their name on the email stating that I had to choose a color when ordering. I let them know that per Bruce, there was an issue with their website that day. I was informed that they kept the trophy's description in their database and the letters on my trophy are all silver and not gold. The last email I received from this anonymous worker stated and I quote, "Obviously you chose the wrong color." WOW! Really? NO, this is NOT obvious and how dare you claim that I did something that I did NOT do. The website was "running an update" which caused the issue. NOT MY FAULT and they REFUSED to give me a replacement on an $8 plaque!!! Yes, 8 DOLLARS. I had planned to continue ordering each year from them because I thought that having our League info in their database was helpful but I will NOT do business with them ever again! Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
