As of today Sept 17th I've had 2 bills (one consumer and one business) and it's been a nightmare trying to get this issue corrected. I've spent 4 days on the phone with Verizon trying to correct this issue. I've also gone to an authorized Verizon store and have worked on trying to rectifying problems. Never again will I allow anyone to sell Me something that they have no business trying to promote without knowing exactly What needs to be done! Buyer beware!
