I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Thank you, Kris, for proving my point about your unprofessionalism and your need to seek attention…read morefrom another man. It does not surprise me that you called my business manager again after I left a review. There is no need for you to be having a "man-to-man" conversation with him when: A. I am the customer who legally paid you for services, and B. I am the legal business owner. Thus, I hate to burst your bubble, but he is not "the actual owner of the business," and for your information, he is not legally my husband. My best advice for you, as a business owner myself, is not to take new customers if you are "under pressure" and cannot handle the demand, as this can lead to careless mistakes and much more.

Pretty much any printer cartridge can be refilled and these folks are very knowledgeable about what kinds of things the printer manufacturers DON"T WANT YOU TO KNOW! Yes REFILL your ink cartridges! It's much more affordable and the folks at this location are GREAT! Very friendly and professional. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me out and explained how it all works. She was wonderful. My only regret is I did not find this place sooner! Try it out next time you feel like a victim for paying to much for stupid ink jet printer ink. Don't get new... GET REFILLED! Works like new at half the cost! Don't forget, save your old cartridges and BRING THEM WITH YOU (I think there is a core charge if you don't have empty cartridges to swap them?) I may be incorrect about that but I'm pretty sure they want your fresh empties so they can refill them too! Just call or visit their website for the correct procedure. Wish I could remember and its 10pm or I'd call myself lol.
