Today I asked if they had greeting cards, she proceeded to ask me if I meant " letters." I said sure and then she said "we don't have those but do you want letters or greeting cards" and I told her again "greeting cards." She specified "like a birthday card or what?" I said no, just blank, folded cardstock. She said they had cardstock and I told her I wanted greeting cards again. She then tells me "well you said letters so which do you want?"
