I looked for local options with a sinking feeling, as it didn't seem possible that such a place existed, that is, until I found AZ Custom Tees! I called before placing an order to ensure that they were as quick as their website promised. It was true. They were. I placed my order online (as a bonus, there was a coupon code available on their website) and used their shirt designing tool with ease. I picked the shirt up the following morning and it was perfect--exactly as I designed it online. The clerk was friendly and quick. I was in and out of the mall in less than five minutes. This shop was perfect for me in a pinch. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future for custom shirt needs!

Once upon a time, a young woman was in need of a reliable, timely, and trustworthy local business…read moreto support for a large print project. She needed someone that'd be patient enough to work with her and her company's Creative Team due to company protocols that needed to be met. To do so, clear communication was needed for proofs to be edited and approved. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification. This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. Terrible customer service. I contacted them over a month ago for a few things to be embroidered, a…read morebackdrop banner to be made and a sticker. They seem extremely unorganized and unmotivated. I spent ample time on the phone with Cory explaining what I wanted/needed and even emailed pictures of examples with descriptions. Days go by and I get an email from a guy named Brandon saying to call him to talk about my needs. So I call, and I'll admit I waited about a week to call because I was slammed with work. But regardless, when I called, Brandon basically asked me "Hey so what exactly is it you want" I responded with, "are you kidding me?" I asked him if he had bothered to take a look at the emails I had sent Cory and talked to Cory. He said Cory never sent him the emails- he was clueless. I told him to take a look and contact me once he had. Again, days go by. So I call Cory because I have his number saved. I ask the status of everything and he says hes not sure. At that point I told him that they had officially lost a customer, and one who would have been a lifetime customer if all had gone well, because I am located just minutes away from them, and my company is growing and growing. I went in the next day to grab the things I'd dropped off to be embroidered which ALSO weren't done even though we had agreed on a cursive font together! Brandon was there and I told him the same thing, that they had just lost a lifelong customer, and told him I was going to leave a bad review, unless he wanted to bribe me out of it and win my loyalty back by having everything done immediately. He didn't even care. Apparently they must be rollin in the dough, doing well in life and not need the work- that or they're just lazy. Probably lazy. Enjoy the mediocre life fellas.
