The person behind the counter didn't speak to me hardly at all, which is something I have grown to expect at most LYS. Some friendly banter about what I'm making with the yarn or something like that, not a major thing but it made me feel a little awkward not really being spoken to whatsoever. It has a dedicated parking lot in back which is wonderful for the location. I hope to see it thrive, but I might continue going to different yarn stores that have a bit of a warmer reception.

She was very nice and referred my to their screen printing manager, Will. Told me to email him the design. So I did within minutes. He didn't reply until the next day with a very informal email, "how soon do you want them?" I replied within 1 minute. He didn't reply. I sent another email a couple hours later asking what the update was. Still within business hours. The weekend passed I figured they were closed and I'd get a reply on Monday. I emailed him once again, no response. It is Tuesday night, and I haven't even received an apology, or a simple "hey man we can't fulfill your request." I'm not one to leave reviews usually, but I hope this motivates them to building better rapport with future clients.
