She was very nice and referred my to their screen printing manager, Will. Told me to email him the design. So I did within minutes. He didn't reply until the next day with a very informal email, "how soon do you want them?" I replied within 1 minute. He didn't reply. I sent another email a couple hours later asking what the update was. Still within business hours. The weekend passed I figured they were closed and I'd get a reply on Monday. I emailed him once again, no response. It is Tuesday night, and I haven't even received an apology, or a simple "hey man we can't fulfill your request." I'm not one to leave reviews usually, but I hope this motivates them to building better rapport with future clients. Some of us would have paid VERY WELL and OFTEN if the first batch of work was done correctly. (;

He gives them poor quality prints or uses cheaper shirts than what was supposed to be used.. What is supposed to be a work place is filled with loud & overly sexual comments being yelled around.. seems more like a highschool workshop than an actual business... stuff here is not organized and is all over the place. He doesn't even pay his employees !!! I actually got a couple of them together to pursue further action. There are tons more reliable printers around that you should check out if you are getting shirts printed that actually take care of their customers AND employees.
