But then the icing on the cake was last night after hours, I called the owner, Jason Lindgren, on his cell for help to find a mis delivered FEDX pkg containing original signed closing documents for a real estate transaction closing today. The pkg had been delivered to a company we did not know. Jason went personally and was at the door before this company even opened this am. Like a private detective, Jason was able to talk this person into looking deeper for the package (which he insisted was not there) and was able to secure it and hand deliver back to so that we were able to close escrow! Well Jason saved the day! I could not be more grateful! If there were 10 stars, I would give them!

I called four other couriers ON YELP that had 3-4-5 star ratings, and though I was able to get in touch with most people, I was promised callbacks from sales reps to create an account. FOUR DAYS LATER (yea, I wound up delivering my goods myself), I STILL hadn't had a call from the couriers. Well, shuttling an hour and a half, back and forth between my two retail computer repair locations every freaking day just to get and drop off computers is not my cup of tea, so I decided to try another courier. That's when I found Safe Vroom. Cutesy name (sounds like "Safe Room", to me) SERIOUS service. John answered the phone and had me set up with an account within 5 minutes. I didn't need a courier that day (Friday) but I knew it wouldn't be long. VROOOM now we're here today (2019 July 22nd - Monday). I get a computer dropped off at my north store, 35 minutes away from my main store. I call Safe Vroom, John answers again (seriously the same guy that I spoke with Friday!) He got my payment over the phone (I'm going to need courier service A LOT so I paid for many many trips in advance, but you can just pay for the one!). He got it dispatched, and I had my computer (a desktop) delivered within an HOUR and it was AMAZINGLY AFFORDABLE AND there wasn't a single scratch on it!!! PERFECT CONDITION!! John is an outstanding guy, with his family-owned and family-operated "Safe Vroom" courier business. When they did find me it was a wrong pickup address and wrong drop off address. One thing they did get right was my C.C. info. There is no customer service if you want to use them you will have to ask exactly what kind of services you want. Don't expect someone to explain anything in detail with there service.

Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.
