I left the guitar with Guitar Gallery and the tech took my guitar off site to his own shop to troubleshoot and try to resolve the issue. After a couple weeks I called and was told he was still working on it but should have it finished soon. Finally I called and was told he was bringing it back over to the store and I could pick it up just before they closed. I picked it up and paid $65 for his time and efforts. He said the static was still present but was perhaps slightly less, and that the static could be coming from the plastic cover plates on the back of the guitar and he said he would make me new replacement covers of a different t material to see if that would alleviate the static. He said he would have them done in about a week. I brought the guitar home and discovered the vibrato trem arm was missing. I called the tech's cell the next day and he never answered or returned messages. I called the shop and they said they didn't know anything about the missing trem arm. After many many attempts I eventually gave up and just ordered a new trem arm from an online shop. I never heard from anyone again about the replacement back plate covers or my missing trem arm. I do not recommend taking a guitar to this shop for any repair. I'm out $65 for attempted repairs, and another $25 to replace the misplaced trem arm myself. Signed...Pissed in Peoria

Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. It's a more laid-back approach to customer service-we had to seek someone out for help. But I suppose I prefer that over an in-your-face sales person trying to close a deal.

They just don't accept plastic or glass bottles here. This place looks like a dump but the customer service is very fast and efficient. Most of the workers here are Spanish speaking so hopefully you can make out what they tell you. My Spanish is Sykes rusty so I only understood 5% of what they said. All in all, this was a pleasant experience. Obviously, you're not gonna get rich by recycling anything but it does give you some pocket change to maybe buy a lottery ticket or two. I don't recall what the exact redemption value was for bringing in your unwanted cans for cash but I got around 50 cents for maybe 1.5 lbs of soda cans. Almost enough for a $1 lottery scratcher. The workers here will unload your trunk for you and weigh it all and than give you the proper amount of money. Fast service and you don't even need to lift a finger besides opening your trunk that is. I'm from Hawaii and back home, you can actually pay a utility bill or cell phone bill with your recycling money. Not here in Phoenix, it's a totally different process here so I'm gonna start trashing all my recyclables instead. Hope this helps my fellow planeteers!!

I'd like to preface this by saying that I attempted to contact NYH to discuss and resolve our…read moreconcerns, but after three weeks, I have yet to receive a response. During the booking process, I provided Emmy with a complete inventory of our home. Based on that information, we were quoted three movers for approximately four hours at $205/hour, with disassembly and reassembly included. We booked based on that estimate. The crew arrived at 6:32 a.m., and while the move started smoothly, the pace slowed significantly after the first hour. There were repeated periods where multiple crew members appeared to spend extended amounts of time at the truck before returning to move only one item at a time. I can provide Ring camera footage documenting this if needed. Ricky was hardworking and moved the majority of our belongings, while Jeremy appeared to spend much of the time standing around the truck. To help move things along, my husband and I disassembled both of our sons' cribs ourselves, moved a substantial amount of our belongings into the garage, and relocated nearly all of our backyard items to the front yard. Despite this, loading ultimately took nearly eight hours, compared to the approximately four hours we were quoted. We were also told at the end of the move that our full-value protection coverage, which cost over $450, required additional wrapping time. We purchased this coverage believing it protected our belongings against damage; we were not made aware that it could substantially increase labor time. Had that been explained beforehand, we likely would not have purchased it. The significant difference between the quoted timeframe and actual labor time resulted in a much higher cost than we reasonably anticipated based on the inventory we provided. For the unload, I specifically requested a different crew after communicating my concerns to Emmy. While two new crew members were extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient, the same lead, Chris, was assigned again. His demeanor on day two felt noticeably different after our feedback was passed along. The other crew members were respectful and consistently asked where items should be placed. Chris, however, largely ignored my direction and placed items in only one living area, leaving us to move things ourselves afterward. On day one, Chris spoke with me while closing out the service and reviewing the invoice. On day two, he remained outside and had another crew member handle the closing process. He did not say goodbye or make any effort to leave the experience on a positive note. I also want to mention the review incentive. On day one, Chris told me we could receive a discount in exchange for leaving a review. I declined at the time because I was frustrated with the experience and we were already running significantly behind schedule due to the extended move. He said we could do it on day two. However, because he did not speak with me on day two, the review/discount was never discussed again. Overall, this was a disappointing and much more expensive experience than we anticipated. My biggest concern is the large discrepancy between the estimate and actual labor time, particularly after we provided a detailed inventory and took additional steps ourselves to help the crew move efficiently. I strongly recommend getting a detailed written estimate and asking specifically how protection coverage, wrapping, and labor time will affect your final cost before booking. I also recommend researching recent reviews carefully rather than relying solely on the positive reviews, as the company's review incentives may contribute to the overall picture.

COMMUNICATION is key and this company, especially the owner are seriously lacking.This is a terrible way to do business and I implore you to look elsewhere for your moving needs. Update: To the "owner" Darrel, you know that you did not do my move. What would I have to gain by lying on you? I called you several times, text you and sent messages through FB messenger"which I saw that you read, and ignored) and you did not respond. I booked you two weeks in advance and you failed to show up on my moving day. I had to book another company ON MY SCHEDULED MOVING day to get me out of my old apartment. Thankfully THEY were professional, showed up and got me moved quickly. I can't believe you just lied and said you completed all booked all moves. My move was booked and you FLAKED! If you have a receipt or proof you completed my move, post it. I'll post my Facebook message to you asking you to complete my move since you want to be untruthful. You are the the worst type of business. You don't follow through and you are lying to save face.
