My fear was something got damaged in the flute head. What to do? Turn to Yelp and I found the answer. The store opened at 9:00. I was there at 9:10-that's how urgent the situation was to me. I had to practice, practice before my lesson. Mike took a few minutes to look at my flute and asked a few questions. He described what he was going to do and then what he may have to do if some of my other issues continued. Mike asked when I wanted my flute. I'm like, "ummmm...as soon as possible, please?" Well what do you know? I had my flute in top notch condition in a couple of hours. I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED! That's amazing. Mike fixed bent keys, oiled keys, replaced a few cork on keys and made other adjustments. My flute sounds amazing and I'm confident that in the future if I have issues I have my go to instrument place at hand. One of the perks is that the shop is only a mile from my house. Thanks Mike for your great service and your fun attitude as well.
