So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. I was in West Valley on Thursday, but she stuck around on a Friday afternoon until I was able to pick it up and the shirt was perfect. They couldn't find my order in their computer even though both shirts were bought directly from them by me and they made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Then they dismissed the wear on the shirts and said they are not responsible for wear and tear. These shirts were visibly different and bought at the same time!! That goes to show you the quality and customer service. They charge for shipping no matter how much your order is and they don't do preorder pickup. They have really odd hours that don't accommodate most working parents. Overall bad experience with them.

No, I am sorry, no, I really did not want to do the job, no, I should have called you back, no, I wasn't really out of town for the two months you lost on your project, no, see you later come again! Don't lie and/or hide from customer's if you are not going to do the job. I feel sorry for all the order forms that were stacked under my project and form. I needed…read morefast shirts and though Monument Limited couldn't help me with my time frame and need, they told me who near Phoenix could! I called Brand X, which is located in Alpha Graphics in Tempe, about same day direct to print shirts. Natalie gave me all the instructions and told me if I got my emergency order in by 12, the shirts would be ready by 5! The emergency shirt design studio is great when you're in a pinch and I was able to customize a few shirts in under 5 minutes. One thing to know is the emergency options are limited but there are still some many cool things to do! A secured payment and an email later and I was all set. True to their word, Brand X had my shirts ready fast. Next year, there's a strong possibly I'll get to my shirt design way before the 11th hour and really get to see what Brand X can do for my shirts. Thanks guys!

We attended Devore culinary festival in February. Brand X was there selling shirts with catchy…read moresayings. I picked the one that I wanted and waited for the shirts to be finished. I picked up my order finished enjoying the food festival and drove home to Flagstaff. As with all clothing purchased my wife washed them. the screen printping on both shirts came off, leaving me 2 $54.05 tee shirts. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt so I informed my credit card company and got a temporary credit which they recharged my card. I emailed them but with no response. hopefully the money spent went to charity. The shirt were going to be gifts.
