I had a small number of pages (under 10) I needed copies of. I decided to go to International Minute Press because of a great review that I had read. I was not disappointed! Often times when you just have a very small job, these businesses scoff at you, but not these guys! A young guy came to the front desk immediately, and he was off, making my copies in no time. The owner even appeared and introduced himself! What?? I love this 'old school' attitude. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing these services. read more

I started writing an awesome 5-star review earlier this week after meeting with Tricia to discuss our project. She had some great ideas for us and seemed to be willing to go the extra mile to make everything perfect. We have been working with her for 3 weeks to put together a plan and have been told many times that everything discussed would be "no problem." As promised, I sent them all the necessary files for the project and in response I get an email from the owner saying they don't have time for our project. Wow! What a huge waste of time and money! Don't trust this company to follow through on their commitments! Edit: At 9:15pm I received a call from the owner (about 20 minutes after writing the review above). He called to threaten me: "I will take you to court for slander if you write anything else online." (I also received the same threat via email) He proceeded to talk over me, despite me asking 2-3 times for him to give me a moment to talk. I finally just hung up on him as I was done being lectured. Had the call been a "how can I make this right" kind of call, I would have happily updated my review. read more

We have spent 3 weeks working with this company on a big project. Tricia agreed to get everything ready for production. At no time did anyone indicate that any of it would be a problem. In fact, many of the customizations that we have added were ideas Tricia gave us (adding tabs, using vector images, sending laminating out to another company, etc). At our most recent meeting with Tricia she said she would have no problem creating all of the vector images for our covers as well as creating custom sticker sheets and we have now eliminated that work by obtaining the vector images ourselves and creating the sticker sheets. The Owner met with me and said the machine laminating company could do "1,000s per hour" so now, after wasting 3 hot weeks and multiple trips over to the shop you email us and say you cant do the job. ??? Now it's too custom? There was never any doubt it was going in entail multiple covers. So now, our company is in a lurch for no apparent reason, after they told us us this project was "no problem" and would be "extremely quick once the sample was approved. EDIT Impression of this business at the outset super positive, loved working with Trisha who was super knowledgeable and detail oriented. Had a meeting with her just this week and everything was fine. Then bam, "no we don't want your work." No warning of any kind- we were ready to go to print with them for the first 500 books and spend over 3 grand. Then, 20 minutes after I posted this factual review, owner calls my daughter yelling and screaming and threatening us with "slander". Super inappropriate. He emailed me and threatened the same. I had been so hopeful this was going to be a great business relationship but I am glad we saw this side of the owner before we got too far in. read more

We have been working with Eric Hyde of Minute Man Press for five years . It was a happy day when we found them as they were much more reasonable when it came to pricing than our printer we had been using for over a decade. We do thousands of dollars of printing with them each year and that makes us a 'small customer' by comparison to the other businesses he works with. Eric, however, always comes personally to our offices, picks up the material to be printed, make sure he understands our specifications, brings back personally a proof or sometimes will email it over. We have never been disappointed with the service. Print jobs are always delivered on time and are of excellent quality. Eric is always very easy-going and willing to work with us on any number of complicated projects. He has printed up several books for us as well. I read a negative review on here and I can only say that that is a probably a person that doesn't do a lot of printing and doesn't understand how critical it is to have your concept down before you visit with a printer and know how to lay out a clear and concise scope of work with them. I wanted to take a moment and leave a review based on my recent experience with International Minute Press of Mesa. At the last minute I had a marketing print job dumped on my desk due to a co-worker leaving the office on short notice. The boss wanted it done ASAP and I had heard from a member of my church that IMP Mesa had done a really good job for them on short notice. Sure enough, they knocked it out of the park for me and had my print job ready less than two days later. Not only did they do a great job with helping me meet the deadline but the print quality was great and they actually modified the print file for better color quality. I wish there were more stars to give to this business. I was suppose to have a printing job done by Alpha Graphics by Thursday afternoon. They never called and when I called Friday morning they told me their printer was down and the job would be done in two hours. I went to the shop two hours later and they still did not have their printer fixed and had never called me. The job was a memorial for a funeral at 1:00 on Saturday. At 12:30 on Friday afternoon when it was obvious that Alpha Graphics could not follow through on their promises, I called International Minute Printing and they assured me that they could have my job done by time of close at 4:00. Dave was so kind and reassuring that they could do the job and for half the price of Alpha Graphics. These people were amazing and absolutely followed through. The job was done by 3:30 and the full color memorials were beautiful. They now have a loyal customer and I will tell everyone to use them for their printing needs.
