customer service, absolutely rude, not helpful whatsoever had to drive another 2.5 miles to get decent service ! my special needs son dropped box so we had our stuff in a box for transport until we got here, and needed a new box and to help print labels, we didn't even get time to speak upon that we were just talked to rudely immediately instead of letting us cool off and explain what we had going on! it's 101 and humid outside as we were scrambling pieces!!! read more

I've shipped my ladder and toolbox through UPS Stores for the past three years while traveling for work, and I've used hundreds of UPS locations without ever being told my ladder couldn't be shipped. My experience at this Higley Road location was completely different. The manager, Serena, refused to accept my ladder, stating that their store policy requires it to be boxed because of concerns that it could open during transit. I tried to explain that the ladder cannot open unless it is intentionally activated, and even offered a simple solution by securing it with zip ties, as other UPS Stores have allowed in the past. Rather than trying to find a solution, Serena repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed what I was saying, and told me she wasn't going to "go back and forth" with me. She also told me to take my shipment to another UPS Store. Whether the store has a different policy is one thing, but the lack of professionalism and customer service was the real issue. At no point did I feel like she was interested in helping me--only in rejecting my shipment. I understand that individual franchise locations may have their own policies, but there's a respectful and professional way to communicate those policies. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the interaction. read more

I arrived right at closing time to drop off a pre-labeled package at The UPS Store. There were two female employees inside helping one lady, and the door was already locked. I explained that I only needed to hand them my package so they could scan it -- literally 10 seconds of their time. It was a prepackaged and paid labeled package. They refused and said they were already logged out of the system which is hard to believe because they were helping a lady. All it would have taken was opening the door for a moment and scanning the label. 10 seconds of kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately this store doesn't have it. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I received such exceptional service that I thought it was important to share. I wish I could give 10 stars! The customer experience I had from this location was amazing! One of my Amazon returns got mixed up with some other return returns and left at the UPS store. As a result, it didn't have a shipping tag. The owner of the store personally came to my home to get the shipping information so my package didn't get lost. There are no words to describe my surprise of this remarkable act of customer service. Such a great experience.. I had an item to return to NIKE and the young man scanned the return QR Code and gave me all the information to track it and handed me the tracking sheet. He thanked me for being so understanding about the additional box charge (my box was damaged and could not mail out), he told me he would box it up because normally the customer has to. I will be visiting this UPS store again, the customer service was outstanding! The inside of the store was neat and well cleaned. I can appreciate that as well. Came into send out a letter by USPS the big Latin guy kept making mistake after mistake on the address. I said could I please get a courtesy label. He said since I made so many mistakes, no! Then I started getting yelled at by everyone in line, one guy in lined called me a KAREN, said I hope President is assassinated. I went to snap a picture of him and he smashed me in the face with his boxes. Not a safe place, the guy behind the counter couldn't get the address straight either on purposely or is just inept. He wouldn't tell people that it was his ineptness that was holding up the line! This place has some serious issues! read more

I come here for amazon returns, shredding, and printing. It's greeat because it is walking distance from my residence. The service was great :) They offer AARP/Triple A discounts so just be aware of that hehehe. They do amazon returns smooth and painless. The services also came at a good price. It was also nice to have Yelp name me as the UPS queen, when I checked in twice but no big deal. read more

I came in to mail my nieces wallet. I asked for ASAP delivery and that it be shipped in a box. Paid for everything and Pablo sat the label on the wallet and sat it on the counter to help someone else. I asked him to complete my transaction and was told we were done. I said no, I wanted the wallet in the box sealed and the label on to. He told me he was going to help the other people in the lobby and then he would help me. I noted I had already waited in line and I wanted to complete my transaction and he told me again we were done. I said fine I would wait again. No voices raised, no anything other than concern for a transaction that included a wallet that he refused to complete with me waiting. He threaten to cancel my transaction and I told him if that was what he needed to do, that was ok. He then proceeded to try to take the wallet to the back of the store- out of site- in stead of bringing the box I had paid for to the front to pack, I asked him to bring the wallet back and bring the box to the counter. He was PISSED - . I have been bit by this before - left a package, not packaged and had something show up that I have No Idea where it came from- And, I have always had stores pack the contents and seal them in front of me - that is not how things are done here, and they are not happy if you ask them to complete your transaction before going to the next customer Beware! read more

Extremely helpful kind and courteous staff definitely go to this location if you need anything shipped boxed notarized or sent. It is kind of strange to review a UPS store but when customer service is as good as this place it definitely feel the need to go out of your way to ensure the other people now read more

I would visit this store several times before giving them a review. They were very pleasant and helpful until the owner, Tracey, figured out that I wasn't a big money maker for them. Anyways, my printer at home is dead and I can't afford to replace it at the moment. So I have been forwarding my shipping labels to these guys. They didn't charge me for the copies on the first day that I shipped from there and have subsequently been charged every so often since then. Anyways, I owed them approximately .60 and they would not ship for my boyfriend yesterday, or Tracy wouldn't. They cost me over $100 yesterday. I have fibromyalgia and this is one of the few things that I am able to do. I sent her an email that she cost me our grocery money. She said boohoo!! Wow. I would love to post her her response to me via email. I would have been happy to pay, but really this was over .60 Folks. I believe the saying goes...it takes one angry customer to spread the word! When I ordered something from Amazon or Walmart etc. It goes to the ups mailing service which does not deliver the package to my house but at an access point I have a hard time getting to for receive the package from them. read more

The customer service at this store is outstanding. No matter what I need, every employee is always more than happy to help. I always bring a lot of Amazon packages to return and they have no problem taping them and getting them sent out. It's my go to store even though there are other locations closer to me. read more

Great customer service. I stopped by because I had to fax something. The paper I was faxing was really dark and the woman working suggested it be lighten since when you fax, it gets darker. She was just so nice. She did have to help out an associate ring out another customer and check a package for another customer while helping me. So I wasn't exactly in and out. But I get it, since I worked retail, overall great customer service! read more

These folks know what they're doing. We've taken our annual dance recital program job to them for the last 3 years with outstanding results. This year, they went beyond in helping us add a critical page late in the requests. They provided us our options and the time to make the right call on the modification of choice. They say they have a notary on staff, came by last night at 6, they close at 6:30, and said they didn't have anyone that could notarize on staff because it was after 5. Okay, I went back today it is 1 pm, and still no notary. Can they notarize like they advertise? I don't believe they do. read more
