There are new owners and apparently have not got the bigs worked out. 3 times I have had late and missing package. Recently mail was put in my box from 4 months ago. Packages were delivered and no notice put in my box. When I asked about it I was told no packages were delivered. Very frustrating and inconsistent. Take your chances. And the rates went up, just not the quality of service. I have been here 8 years and now there are new owners. I do not recommend this place. read more

Beware of this postal place!!! We used this place as a drop for using DHL to ship a package to France. My husband prepaid, measured and weighed our package before dropping off. When my husband dropped off the package, the postal employee, who was an older man confirmed the weight, and box dimensions before leaving the package. The employee told him everything was accurate and gave him a receipt. We later see another charge for an additional $175.00, making this 13x9x12 8.5lb package total a whomping $477 total. I call inquiring about this charge, only to hear Them say that my husband measured and weighed the package wrong!!! even after the employee confirmed the same weight and dimensions before he left the package. Of course the receipt didn't have weight or dimensions on it!! Something isn't right here!! We are not settling for this dishonest transaction!!! Do not use this place or DHL!!! read more

I had to go to drive around downtown Phoenix to Find a staples and then find another notary and made me miss my doctor appointment. It's has been infuriating day because of his mistake. Upadate. The person who messed up responded and is unapologetic . As a result of recent events I lost my job. I needed to fax a stack of pages to the Arizona unemployment office. I live near the Postal Connections on Higley and Ray, and I've had great experiences there before. So I go in and Kevin was there. I gave him the stack and he faxed them. Perfect. Then he handed the papers back to me and just kind of looked at me. So I asked him how much I owed him. He said "We're not charging anyone to send faxes to unemployment." I mean, it was only about five bucks, but what a FANTASTIC service to provide during these times. If you need something, go there. read more

Both of the people working in here (husband and wife?) we're SO rude. As i was next in line, the wife looked at me and then walked away to tape up a package (super urgent, right?), without saying a single word to me. The man, after the customer in front of me was done just looked at me. Notice, i was still in line because the woman chose to take care of the ~emergency~ package instead of helping me. No greeting or wave up to the counter or anything, so *I* asked *him* if he was ready for me. My parents live right around the corner from this place and I'll recommend they never give this co. their business. They'll be doubly convinced because they weren't wearing masks.
