So I came to staples to get some passport photos made for a Mexican passport for duel citizenship…read more My wife and I told the clerk the exact dimensions of how the photo has to be since it's not an American passport, the measurements for the photo have to be different. We told the clerk what we needed and he proceeded to say, I can only give you photos from the Mexican template that is provided. We told him that we had got Mexican passport photos from this store before maybe less than two months ago and they had to be the dimensions we provided and they did it for us. But this clerk, tall skinny white guy seemed to be annoyed that we asked him to do his job. So he made the pictures and we left. We get to the Cabo San Lucas Mexican immigration office and as we were finishing up with the process, they asked for the pictures to go with residency card. We handed them the photos and were turned away because they were not the right size photos! So we had to explore Cabo to find a photographer to take our immigration photos which then put us at the back of the line to finish our process! So the moral of the story is that I'm pissed off due to the staples clerk incompetence and poor customer service! So when I get back in town, I will be visiting staples demanding a refund due to the poor customer service provided by their staff......

My entire experience was great, but Matt in Copy and Print made it truly special. That area hasn't…read morealways been where I've had the best experiences, so this really stood out. I first met Matt on the floor, where he greeted me warmly and clearly answered my print questions even though he wasn't working in that area. When I was ready to print, he was helping in Copy and Print, which was very busy with multiple customers. At first, I was looking for a female employee to help me, as the medical images I needed to copy could be uncomfortable. When I spoke with Matt about this, he was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, and I felt genuinely heard and seen. I expected to come back the next day due to the size of my order, but Matt told me it would be ready in five minutes, and it was. While I waited, I watched him help many people with the same level of care, respect, and attention to their time. He truly seems to enjoy helping others. I don't know his political affiliation, and it doesn't matter, I just keep thinking, I want to be around more people like that. I guess he's part of the "treat people with respect" party. It's people like Matt who genuinely make life better. A very valuable experience.
