Here's some piece of advice; when generating an Amazon Return, make sure you select the option where it states that the packing will be provided like my screenshot shows. This location does get a bit busy, but the team onsite is efficient. Parking can also get a bit chaotic, as its shared with a gym and other businesses, but I have never had a major issue. You can of course get a lot of basic shopping materials here, copying and printing, ship package on site or pay for pre-papackged items. They also have mailboxes on this location if you were interested in were interested in PO Box type solutions. I believe they also have a notary, but I beleive last time I was thre an a customer asked, they were not in, so I would suggest calling in advance to confirm! This could be a one off of course.

The line wasn't that long but there was only one active counter, since the other employee was helping a lady with her packages. The person that helped me was efficient and didn't take long at all to get my envelope in the system, it was all rather easy and painless. Yay! The cost of mailing was $31 -steep but necessary so I got two set up: to send and then get back my document. With UPS and postal services places offering returns as well as other common services I haven't been in for a couple years, and nothing has changed inside. The long counter in the photo is supposed to have stamp gifts and other things that customers might need or want, but the case is empty and dusty everywhere. They used to have teddy bears and such, which made the line more interesting. I give three stars for the fustiness inside and because there was only one person at the counter that could help. My desktop computer went down and I was unable to access my files…read more Rather than getting it repaired I decided to remove the hard drive and download the files to my laptop. I did not have the necessary equipment to do the job so I took my laptop and hard drive to Staples on McKellips to see what I needed to buy to transfer the files. I went to the technical station inside Staples and asked technician Trevor Ray what I needed. He identified a few different products that I could buy online. The easiest product was a simple plug and play device which was around $150. Then he asked me how many times I would be transferring data. I replied just this one time. He then said why don't we just do it now with equipment he had available. I said sure and expected to pay a fee for the service. He hooked up my hard drive connected it to my laptop and began transferring data. The process took around 40 minutes. He transferred the data and created a desktop icon so I could easily access the downloaded data. When we were done I asked how much. He waved me off and said no charge. I was shocked and extremely surprised at the superior customer service. I couldn't thank him enough. With every company raising prices and charging for every little thing it was a great experience for me. Highly recommend this Staples location and Trevor in particular.

Business access to this location is from the southbound lane on Power Road and the eastbound lane on Superstition Springs Blvd entrance on Superstition Springs Blvd west of Power. This FedEx location is a full service copy, Print shop and shipping center. There is Parking that is dedicated to FedEx customers convenient for shipping customers as well as shared parking with adjacent businesses like the HonorHealth Urgent Care. There is plenty of additional parking in the back. Service requested 5/5 Today I was returning heavy duty dining room table chair set in their original un-opened shipping boxes. Did I mention heavyweights? I was fortunate the Manufacturer was willing to take them back at no cost and even sent me two pre-paid shipping labels to attach. Customer service 5/5 These boxes took everything I had to get them in my Telluride and getting them out and in the store was going to be another challenge had it not been for the help I received from an employee. I was backed in up front making dismounting and transferring to a cart easier. The extra mussel was truly appreciated! Value 5/5 Literally priceless. Pro-tip 5/5 Many FedEx shipping store locations are now accepting Amazon returns! This is one that does! It's a larger than a UPS store has more employees and lines if existent move quickly! They explained they were now charging 3% for using a credit card but would give me back the difference between the $83 quoted and the $88 charged. NO REFUND AT THIS TIME. And since when is 3% of $83 or even $88 over $5.00. I've used them for years - but a $10.00+ charge over the quote ends my relationship.

My, have the rates gone up! eBay wanted $100 to ship my item without insurance or a signature. I was able to ship it for about $80 with a signature required and extra insurance from this location. I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I'll probably stop here for all my shipping needs going forward.
