My, have the rates gone up! eBay wanted $100 to ship my item without insurance or a signature. I was able to ship it for about $80 with a signature required and extra insurance from this location. I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I'll probably stop here for all my shipping needs going forward.

This location does get a bit busy, but the team onsite is efficient. Parking can also get a bit chaotic, as its shared with a gym and other businesses, but I have never had a major issue. You can of course get a lot of basic shopping materials here, copying and printing, ship package on site or pay for pre-papackged items. They also have mailboxes on this location if you were interested in were interested in PO Box type solutions. I believe they also have a notary, but I beleive last time I was thre an a customer asked, they were not in, so I would suggest calling in advance to confirm! This could be a one off of course.

There is Parking that is dedicated to FedEx customers convenient for shipping customers as well as shared parking with adjacent businesses like the HonorHealth Urgent Care. There is plenty of additional parking in the back. Service requested 5/5 Today I was returning heavy duty dining room table chair set in their original un-opened shipping boxes. Did I mention heavyweights? I was fortunate the Manufacturer was willing to take them back at no cost and even sent me two pre-paid shipping labels to attach. Customer service 5/5 These boxes took everything I had to get them in my Telluride and getting them out and in the store was going to be another challenge had it not been for the help I received from an employee. All I wanted was my account number so I could finish filing some damge claim paperwork, and after an hour on the phone, being transferred 5 times and disconnected once, no one was able to provide it. UPS provides a valuable service, but just stop even pretending they even give a damn about after service care, cause it just dont happen. If you sent something that was damaged while they were shipping it, just forget about, because you'll never be able to successfully file a claim for damage.
