Absolutely horrible service. I sent a package to my mother, I informed the front desk clerk that I was sending my mother money and a t-shirt and requested to insure the both the money and the shirt. She informed me I couldn't insure the cash, but I could insure the t-shirt which I declined. I asked to send the package priority, which I didn't know was a language used for the post office mail. So I was not informed I was shipping usps from an ups store. I pay my $40 for it to get there in 2 days then leave. Well the package has not showed up, and I call UPS customer service who then tells me to call the store. I call the store, and she informs me that they sent it USPS, and I express my concern about it getting there because I was sending my mom money. She then tells me it's illegal to do so, which I say I disclosed that when sending it and I was never informed you can't send money. The woman on the phone was bratty and this was a terrible experience. I would have never sent my mom money for bills via mail if I would've known it was not allowed, hence why I disclosed it and asked to insure it. I asked for confirmation it left the store, which I did not get. Do not come here, go to a corporate ups store, they have better training and regulations. This franchise is not it. read more

This UPS store has wonderful ladies working there. I want to be clear that my disappointment with the location isn't the service, it is the unreasonable cost of printing. The women working there were kind, helpful, sweet. I needed to print 1 page, black and white piece of paper - a label for my package. $3.25 The other locations I've regularly visited have never charge this much - usually it is around the $1/$1.25 mark. I asked them if they'd print my sheet, I should have asked the cost prior to printing. I take ownership for that, and I'm disappointed bc this is such a small way to lose my trust in their location. read more

So let's start with the manager bailed on the employee and left a line of 7 people waiting. Got through 6 and ups showed up to pick up the overnight packages and they're only about 100 envelopes that need to be scanned, then a little label is printed and thrown on the envelope so it can be tossed in a box. The cool thing is the only employee is scanning, the UPS employee is putting the label on the envelope and passing the envelope to another UPS employee to throw it in the box right next to them. Wow, I suggested the UPS employee just tackle scanning and label sticking but that was way to hard to comprehend. Soooooo an hour later I got my box out. I'd say poor management is definitely the issue here. read more

I make a many returns here! It's not located in the nicest strip mall, but the store itself Is well kept. It's a smaller store, but the have the basics and I I always receive quick and prompt service! The staff is friendly and always gets the job done. I don't usually purchase or ship items here out of pocket, I primarily visit for store or Amazon returns, I have shipped out once or twice and I do not find it the most cost effective compared to USPS, but they are great if you need additional services such as packaging and even do notarizing amongst other services. Nonetheless, they're convenient and get the job done! read more

I had to drop off a return that was pre-labeled and ready to go. When I got in there was a line. The only person at the desk yelled over to me that she would be with me as soon as possible. To be acknowledged is so much a part of customer service. She looked up a second time and saw I had ready package and asked if I needed a receipt and if not to put it with the other packages going out that day. Simple and easy with great customer service. Decided to go today. Give them another chance and all that. Found out their employee Jared no longer works there. The guy who did help me today was OK enough and at least did exude better customer service than Jared did. I had a better experience there, and am upgrading my review to three stars. They really should've gotten rid of Jared long ago. I understand about maybe being neurodivergent; I get that completely. But still. Customer service is customer service. I have NEVER been one to leave a review... but this UPS has been the worst. We moved as our business is expanding so we have been using this UPS for the last couple of months & boy do I miss our other location. This location has less than pleasant staff members, they act like they are mad to be there assisting you doing their JOB. Many times I have a big shipments so one girl told me to knock on the back door so they can take my packages. Another time when I do that I get another employee telling me to come to the front with my large shipment or use another UPS with a "dock" because it's an and I quote "an inconvenience". I am so done with the worst business store ever! Not just UPS business in general BAD BAD BAD. Another time one male employee was purposely ignoring a Spanish speaker trying to communicate he needed return a package with a code he was showing the employee (white tall male) I had to tell him here is the code scan it for the return!!! So frustrating and rude dealing with this store. If I could rate this a ZERO I would they don't even deserve a 1 star. read more

I didn't realize how much I have been frequenting UPS lately- in multiple states, even! But this was my 7th visit, first to THIS specific location. I had no idea it was less than a mile from my residence- makes Amazon returns super easy! I was also surprised there was virtually no one else there at 3:45pm on a Thursday. So, I can confidently say I was promptly helped! It was as easy as scanning the return barcodes off my phone & handing the items over. A return slip was promptly printed w/ tracking information... and off I went in less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely be coming to this location for any of my needs in the future. I went in today 2/7/25 at 10:49am to mail a large package. I could tell after talking to the young lady behind the counter for a couple mins that she is either no nonsense or having a bad day. The issue i was having is that I was shipping a large framed print and I wasn't sure they had the supplies or were even able to ship something that size. I returned to my truck to measure the package with my tape measure. I came back into the store and set my tape measure on the counter and after telling the lady my measurements she said bring it in. She packed the print well, I paid and left. Halfway back to work I realized I left my tape measure on the counter. Knowing I'd drive by the ups store I knew I could drop Back in on the way home to pick it up. When I got back to the store I waited in line and was helped by a young man because the lady was busy with customers. I told him I was in earlier and had been helped by the lady and was wondering if my tape measure was behind the counter. He looked around his station and the next station over to no avail. I told him that she had helped me and had taken my package behind the wall to prep it and maybe check there because she may have grabbed it by mistake. (THIS IS WHEN IT GETS STUPID AND BAD) with out missing a beat she says with a attitude "I didn't take your tape measure". I tell her I'm not accusing just asking if it's here! I literally said it's not a big deal. She continues with the im accussing her talk til I said whatever and start to leave. Next thing I hear is the young man say "here it is" and I say oh look behind the counter! And of course she says "I didn't take your tape measure it must of fell" I said I agree! I came in wondering if they had it and it was here and she assumed I was accusing her. I told her she was short with people and rude while I was there both times today a d that she should figure out a different career path. I did say she needed to change her f@#$%cking attitude if she's in customer service when I left which should not have been said. After leaving and getting halfway home I realized that response was not warranted and if she's having a bad day then maybe I'd understand but if she has a history of that behavior maybe it's time for that store to make a change. After walking back in and asking for the owners card to contact them I looked at the young man and said you saw I came in wondering if my tape measure was here not accussing anyone. He looked at her with the fear of God in his eyes and said to me "you came in accusing her" Ha! I was given a card with a Deila Romero name on it assistant manager. After checking my receipt who do you think helped me? Yep Delia Romero! What good is it gonna do to email the person you had an issue with. She's going to delete before any owner or manager above her reads it. After reading some reviews it seems she has an attitude some days and shines others. Just hope you catch her on a good day. I'm honestly shocked this place doesn't have better reviews! I came here to return something from Amazon and I was helped and given a receipt in about 60 seconds flat. They follow social distancing protocols nicely and all the employees were so friendly. They have easy parking and convenient hours. My neighbor dropped off a package on May 15th to be sent back to the vendor for a refund and was told by the vendor that they never received the package. Today we walked in there to send off another package and my neighbor demanded an explanation for why the package never got shipped to the vendor for the refund. The employees who were behind the counter were dismissive rude nasty inconsiderate and hostile towards her. They would not take responsibility for explaining the situation concerning the package and told her that if she didn't like it she could go to another UPS store. I was aghast as to how dismissive these kids were to a senior citizen on a fixed income with that money desperately needed to live on over the past month. Both of these kids need to get a taste of what it feels like to not only be verbally abused but to lose their job on top of it. They may be able to get away with that with the majority of people who just roll over and tolerate that, but not everyone will put up with the level of disrespect dished out today. read more

I have used this UPS many times and have never had any issues. The only thing I do like are the hours. They close at 6:30, and I get off at six, so I have to rush there before they close. Wish they would close at 7pm. Overall, my experience has always been great. read more

So I always appreciate how courteous and efficient this branch is- when I frequently visit for an Amazon return. Today - another Amazon return - but also needed packaging to return my company laptop (with FedEx- not UPS). Ayana couldn't have been more helpful. Like she's just amazing in friendly, cheerful, professional demeanor and skill. Instead of just selling me a bunch of packaging and pushing me out the door - she said "would you like me to just pack this for you at no additional cost than the supplies". Went in to ship a business item that needed overnight delivery. Employee told me "well we can try, just leave it here". I reiterated I needed guaranteed delivery with tracking and another employee stopped helping her customer to tell me no one guarantees delivery there's COViD it's impossible. I let her know FedEx would just at a slightly later time than I needed and she proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong. I went back to FedEx and received the guaranteed delivery I was promised. Came in for documents to be notarized and the notary was nice but he saw the documents needed signing he rolled his eyes and said "let's get to the part I have to sign" in a demanding tone.. A couple of weeks ago I had to overnight something URGENTLY. I looked at the clock and it was late in the day. I searched the nearest locations and found all but one were closed. I rushed there and arrived with only a few minutes to spare- it had been one of those day :( I walked in and was greeted by Maria T. She was cheerful and quickly helped me figure out the pricing and delivery that made sense for my situation. She immediately put me at ease and treated me like I was her first customer of the day. Everything went without a hitch and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. WOW! Fantastic and friendly service. I had a ton of amazon returns and I was embarrassed standing in line with all my returns, the gal at the front had me set my items to the side on the front desk and then helped me when it was my turn in line. She was very patient with me and didnt make me feel awkward for having so many returns, she laughed with me and we both agreed that the sizes on amazon are never right! My only negative issue is the homeless people outside, it was not comfortable walking into the store with my returns in hand. read more

Don't be fooled. Although it says "UPS store" and has the UPS logo, it's just your average independent mail shop. They can't create a UPS shipping label for you or do ANYTHING UPS specific. The lady working was nice and apologetic but seriously how freaking stupid. read more
