I have used this location many times. I have always had a good experience. UPS stores are overwhelmed with people bringing in returns not packed or ready to ship. The employees have to repackage these items plus keep up with the demanding public. I think they deserve some patience. You really have to know how to multitask to work there. read more

Horrible experience here. Mailed a car bumper through them. Worker asked me "how much is this worth" / told them $500 and then they only insured it for $100. Somehow they "lost" it?! How do you lose a car bumper? It's huge... I highly suspect it was stolen because tracking from two months ago says "label created". It obviously didn't get lost in transit because according to tracking it never left UPS. When I go in to make a claim, they say we only had $100 insurance. Now I am out a bumper and $500. Extremely RUDE!!!! The two associates began to argue over scanning our packages. The young man behind the counter threw down the scanner yelled " I GIVE UP" and walked to the back. The team at this location are always so friendly and helpful. I came in last week to pick up valentines I had printed for my daughter. Because I rode my bike with kids in tow, They moved the paper cutter to a table by the exit so I could entertain my kids (who were still strapped into the cart) while I cut the valentines. Later that night I realized I didn't print enough so I ordered more and rode my bike up the next day, again with kids in the bike trailer. I was prepared for the tedious task of meticulously cutting the Valentine's while also trying to make sure the kids weren't escaping their harnesses but when I arrived I was greeted at the door by a smiling employee...he handed me the valentines which he had already perfectly cut and told me not to worry about the charge. Being a stay at home mom can be a lot...a lot of hard work without a lot of recognition. This act of kindness was just what I needed on a particularly rough day! I was already impressed with this business prior to this experience, but now they have a customer for life! read more

I've been meaning to review this store for a while now mainly because of its excellent employees. I have a P.O. box here and I ship all my mail to the box rather than my house. I love the convenience but I really like to see Yolanda as well. She really goes out of her way to make me feel special and like a valued customer, so much so I just have all my shipping come to the store. From packing and shipping to business needs (I was a small business owner) this store and employees like Yolanda make this feel like my own personal friendly neighborhood UPS store. The UPS Store - Picking up some packages! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I had 4 items to return to Amazon. I intended to use all items but 2 were defective and the other 2 just weren't the quality as described. I returned the mfg packaging in the 2 items I still had it for. I bagged the other two items. All had return QR codes. The employee Jeremias who was the only EE I encountered looked at the set of pots and pans in the Calphalon box (this is the mfg) and said I'll take this today but it needs original packaging. I explained it was the mfg packaging which is what they ask for when available. He then said I should have had the outside cardboard box. Item 2 was accepted in a bag with mfg packaging inside the bag. Item 3 in a bag, iwas in use at my house until it fell apart. It arrived in clear plastic bags in an Amazon shipping box. Jeremias does not want to take it but he will this time and proceeded to tell me he is letting all customers know everything needs a box and I shouldn't believe what Amazon says. He flat out refuses to take item 4 which is in a bag disassembled (dish drainer in use but leaked all over). I asked if he could take it this time and I would know about the boxes in the future. He says no and I'll have to buy a box. I did not have my wallet. Still he refuses. Another customer pays for the box just to get this done so he can get through the line. I am shocked! None of this is policy. I notified Amazon and will call the MGR and Corp office Monday. Amazon is a huge Partner. Telling a customer not to believe what they say and then making up some rules was pretty unprofessional. I imagine all the return traffic is challenging but this was unacceptable. read more

Briefly after waking from a slumber that only God himself knows how glorious it was; I had but one thing on my mind: traversing through the magnificent streets of Chandler to my favorite UPS store. Upon opening the door, My wife and I were greeted by the most incredible staff as well as the scent of success and hard work. Although I just came in for a simple copy job, the employees there made sure that we were well taken care of and even provided us with a coupon for "wide format printing". I hope to one day soon get a picture with all of the staff so I can use that coupon to print a poster with all of them and hang it up on my wall above the photographs of all my grand-children, who in my mind come second to me after the staff of this store. My heart weeps tears like a summer monsoon cascading from the sky for those of you who have not yet had the blessing of visiting this store. read more

I moved from California to Arizona about a week ago due to business reasons, and I have got to say that the customer service was outstanding! The gentleman behind the counter (Gabe) was very helpful with my transaction. Little did I know they had the capability to make blue prints, posters, banners, canvases, etc. now that I live so close to this UPS store I am able to get blue prints for my business for an excellent price. This UPS Store is horrendous. They now do Amazon returns, but apparently try to make a profit off of this by charging you additional shipping fees. Amazon states that everything is covered, but UPS tries to make a buck off of this service by implementing their own fees and costs. I was charged $9 for shipping for an item I was returning that wasn't even theirs. Amazon should be keeping an eye on this andstop this price gouging for items that aren't even UPS'. read more

I truly wonder how this location survives due to all the inconsistencies an lack of communication.
