I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I visited this FedEx office to ship a package for work. Our business account information is saved on my work laptop, so I didn't have the full account number with me. I asked the representative Areyanna, whether there was another way to look up my account and was told no. I then spent a considerable amount of time in the store trying to resolve it myself. I called customer service, struggled with the automated system, and eventually reset my password so I could access my account on my phone. Even after logging in, only the last 4 digits of my account number we visible. Areyanna also navigated the account on my phone and couldn't locate the full number. Only then did she offer another way to look up the information using what I had available. She explained that , because she had worked there for 4 years, she knew where to go in the system. That was the most frustrating part...why wasn't that option explored when I first asked for help? I understand that account verification requirements exist, and I'll have my account number handy moving forward. But I expected someone to explain the available options and help me work through the issue. When I called afterward to discuss the experience with the manager, I felt equally dismissed. The conversation focused on why I should have had my account number, with little acknowledgement of the delayed assistance. The manager "Chance" use of words such as "Okay cool" during the complaint also came across as casual and dismissive. I've had great experiences with FedEx elsewhere, but this location fell far below those standards. I WON"T RETURN. They sent me an email asking 'how they did'. I thought this was a good time to give them an opportunity to make it right because stuff happens and I always like when business try and earn your business or take constructive criticism to do better in the future. Instead, they told me it was the post office rollers and that I could pay more money to have some UV coating put on it. I suggested a different mailing source if this was a known issue or using a higher quality product. They came back with basically "it's not our problem" How about I just use another business instead, Prime Source? I think that would fix the problem.
