Good service. Bring in your hard to package items and the fella here will assemble you a box and get it packed up correctly. Likewise, if you need to drop off package that is prepaid. Easy. read more

I searched Yelp in hopes of finding a place that could ship important items from AZ to TX. After my Father In Law passed away, my husband wanted to keep a few items that were special to him, such as a wall clock and a large globe. I found PostNet and they are exactly as described in other reviews. They really care and give a lot of time and attention to packages. I'm glad we found them and I highly recommend. read more

Top notch service here! Friendly owners that are super personable and care about their customers. I moved much further away and still make the 30 min drive here, because I don't want to give up popping in to say "hi" to the owners :) read more

I was picking up Ramen next door and noticed that they did printing. I popped in to ask a question about making fans out of my wedding program and the couple that owns the store were so nice and helpful. They helped me take an image off my phone and showed me how they could print it to make perfect fan. They made a mock up for me right there and also gave me some tips on how to get a clearer image before I make the final copies. I went from stressing out over this project to feeling super confident in one random 15 pop in. read more

Inexpensive, never have to wait like at the Post Office, and the husband and wife who own the store are just the sweetest! I was having a bad day and the man was so charismatic that it turned my day around. read more

Great locally owned store with excellent customer service. I usually dread shipping things. Not anymore. They make it so easy. I will continue to use these guys. You should too!! read more

I was extremely satisfied using this location. They are reasonably priced, very friendly, and made it easy to ship my mail. As opposed to the post office on Gilbert and Elliot, a madhouse during the holidays, slow year round, and not friendly. From now on I am going to this PostNet location for all my shopping needs. They have signs to make you aware of markup as a private shipper, but I didn't notice much of a markup to buy an envelope and ship my mail to TX for $2, so completely worth it for the ease and quickness. Thank you! read more

Best place ever, I was very impressed The customer service was a 10/10 Everyone was super nice to me read more

I ship products daily from a contracted warehouse, but I was in a rush and needed a package shipped immediately. I found PostNet and couldn't be happier. The receipt I have simply says "clerk" for the individual's name, so I don't know who helped me. This woman went out of her way to make sure my item fit properly in a box, cushioned it with bubble wrap, added my return label, taped everything securely and then charged me $1.62. I was prepared to pay at least $5 since that was what I was charged by other shipping stations in the past. I will go there again and GLADLY pay more for this level of service. Please support this new business and help make them a success. Thanks you miss "Clerk" read more

This was my first time ever going into a business for professional printing. I needed my baby shower invitations printed, along with a few other things and had no idea where to start. Both of the owners were so welcoming and easy to talk to. They helped me download the right format of invitations on their computer and then helped me pick paper and ink, and did the rest of the magic for me. Printing seems like such a simple task, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right-- at a fair price no less! I will only be coming here for all of my printing and shipping in the future. read more

I am suspicious that there are other places near my home that could ship things for me, but I continue to come back to this PostNet because of the service! They have all kinds of shipping and printing services and they even make keys - what really stands out is the smile I get when I walk in, how helpful they are at accommodating my request, and the genuinely nice conversation. My typical visit consists of wrangling my daughter inside, picking out the smallest envelope I think I can squeeze my item into, and heading to the counter with my arms full. I hand over the item and envelope and thankfully the friendly lady shoves it inside for me. She waits patiently while I pry my cell phone from the toddler I've since set on the counter next to everything else and locate the address I'm looking for. A quick confirmation, and I swipe (er... insert) my debit card while I get my belongings back together. Lickity split, we're on our way out again to hit the next errand. If I could remember to stop turning right to exit the parking lot (dead end), it would be perfect. read more

Amazing service. The owners go out of their way to help you! Extremely fair pricing and open later than the local post office. Never have left this shop unhappy! Its like the third party dmv for post offices! read more

Fast, convenient, and the owners are always willing to help whether I have a few flyers to print or a larger project. My office is across the street, and I often run over for small flyer print jobs. They're always fast, priced well, and over all good people. read more

Love this place. I recently moved near Postnet and had to change my address to a box. The owners made the process very easy. The cost is exactly 1/2 of what I was paying for a box in Scottsdale annually. Even when i forget my keys they always open my box with a pleasent smile. I have brought computers and external hard drives in to be repaired. Each and every time the results have been explained to me thoroughly. The charges for repairs have been very reasonable. read more

This place is incredible! It's the people that make it wonderful. I shipped off some important paperwork to another country and they were so nice and saved me money! They also saved me money on notarizing paperwork. I told my husband, who ships to another country often to go back there to ship a package. The owner told him that it would cost him a lot more to ship from his location versus the post office. AMAZING! It is very expensive and we ship often, so for a small business owner to sacrafice profits to save us money is incredible. I will be using this PostNet as often as possible. I can't say enough great things about these two owners, just remarkable! THANK YOU! read more

Not very friendly. I hope my package gets returned to where it needs to go. Wish there was another one closer I could use instead.

Great place! Great customer service! Owners are very nice. I was planning to print some papers and I forgot to bring my chip. The. They allow me to use their PC to login my email to get files. I definitely recommend this store to my friends and family in this area. read more

We started ordering from this location when our office was based out of Mesa, Now we are located in San Antonio Texas and Dallas Texas and still have the best service from this location! We have tried a couple Postnets in our area but none of them give us the amazing customer service and accuracy as this one! We will pay the extra shipping for great attitudes and wonderful service! Thank you so much! read more

They are great! Can I get any clearer. Their customer service is top notch, prices are honest and they want to be helpful and have a good relationship with their customers... wow. In 2008, when I moved here from NY, I opened a po box for a year and was in there almost every week, since I have opened a small business and moved to N PHX. Recently I had a last minute trade show to do and needed a sign, nothing fancy, just the name of my business and some graphics b&w. Well, no one up here could do it and if they could it would be crazy expensive. I called Tim and he was great and worked with me to get it done. What a life saver for me. That is the difference between great customer service and everyone else who could not be bother with my little project. Now I have it setup and can get another printed anytime and even shipped up here and save the 80 mile trip. Now I will not even call around for quotes anymore, I'll just call them. Thanks again. read more
