I was picking up Ramen next door and noticed that they did printing. I popped in to ask a question about making fans out of my wedding program and the couple that owns the store were so nice and helpful. They helped me take an image off my phone and showed me how they could print it to make perfect fan. They made a mock up for me right there and also gave me some tips on how to get a clearer image before I make the final copies. I was extremely satisfied using this location. They are reasonably priced, very friendly, and made it easy to ship my mail. As opposed to the post office on Gilbert and Elliot, a madhouse during the holidays, slow year round, and not friendly. From now on I am going to this PostNet location for all my shopping needs. They have signs to make you aware of markup as a private shipper, but I didn't notice much of a markup to buy an envelope and ship my mail to TX for $2, so completely worth it for the ease and quickness. I ship products daily from a contracted warehouse, but I was in a rush and needed a package shipped immediately. I found PostNet and couldn't be happier. The receipt I have simply says "clerk" for the individual's name, so I don't know who helped me. This woman went out of her way to make sure my item fit properly in a box, cushioned it with bubble wrap, added my return label, taped everything securely and then charged me $1.62. I was prepared to pay at least $5 since that was what I was charged by other shipping stations in the past. I will go there again and GLADLY pay more for this level of service. This was my first time ever going into a business for professional printing. I needed my baby shower invitations printed, along with a few other things and had no idea where to start. Both of the owners were so welcoming and easy to talk to. They helped me download the right format of invitations on their computer and then helped me pick paper and ink, and did the rest of the magic for me. Printing seems like such a simple task, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right-- at a fair price no less! I am suspicious that there are other places near my home that could ship things for me, but I continue to come back to this PostNet because of the service! They have all kinds of shipping and printing services and they even make keys - what really stands out is the smile I get when I walk in, how helpful they are at accommodating my request, and the genuinely nice conversation. My typical visit consists of wrangling my daughter inside, picking out the smallest envelope I think I can squeeze my item into, and heading to the counter with my arms full. I hand over the item and envelope and thankfully the friendly lady shoves it inside for me. She waits patiently while I pry my cell phone from the toddler I've since set on the counter next to everything else and locate the address I'm looking for. A quick confirmation, and I swipe (er... insert) my debit card while I get my belongings back together. Lickity split, we're on our way out again to hit the next errand. If I could remember to stop turning right to exit the parking lot (dead end), it would be perfect. read more

This place is incredible! It's the people that make it wonderful. I shipped off some important paperwork to another country and they were so nice and saved me money! They also saved me money on notarizing paperwork. I told my husband, who ships to another country often to go back there to ship a package. The owner told him that it would cost him a lot more to ship from his location versus the post office. AMAZING! It is very expensive and we ship often, so for a small business owner to sacrafice profits to save us money is incredible. I will be using this PostNet as often as possible. Love this place. I recently moved near Postnet and had to change my address to a box. The owners made the process very easy. The cost is exactly 1/2 of what I was paying for a box in Scottsdale annually. Even when i forget my keys they always open my box with a pleasent smile. I have brought computers and external hard drives in to be repaired. Each and every time the results have been explained to me thoroughly. They are great! Can I get any clearer. Their customer service is top notch, prices are honest and they want to be helpful and have a good relationship with their customers... wow. In 2008, when I moved here from NY, I opened a po box for a year and was in there almost every week, since I have opened a small business and moved to N PHX. Recently I had a last minute trade show to do and needed a sign, nothing fancy, just the name of my business and some graphics b&w. Well, no one up here could do it and if they could it would be crazy expensive. I called Tim and he was great and worked with me to get it done. What a life saver for me. That is the difference between great customer service and everyone else who could not be bother with my little project.
