My, have the rates gone up! eBay wanted $100 to ship my item without insurance or a signature. I was able to ship it for about $80 with a signature required and extra insurance from this location. I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I'll probably stop here for all my shipping needs going forward.

If you have a box with them, you get 24/7 access to your mail. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help. Not only can you drop off your Amazon returns, do all your eBay shipping, but you can also drop off USPS mail (no receipt) for pickup when a mailbox is not handy or the post office too far. Mailbox rentals are reasonable, but small so pick up your mail regularly! Lots of shipping supplies available if needed.

I had been a mailbox holder here for over 10 years. All the fine print kept getting worse over the…read moreyears. Now there's fees charged if you don't pick up a package expeditiously. I got a package delivered, which I needed to return immediately. Being that I have spent over $2,500 in revenue during my time as a mailbox holder, I asked if they could do me a solid and just print off one piece of paper one time for me. I was told I had to pay $1.75 for one piece of paper. Even after explaining how long I had been a customer, that this was a one time thing that has never been asked for and would never be asked for again, the owner still demanded his $1! He said there's no favoritism. My guy clearly forgot the first rule in business. Foolish! So the owner thinks it's smart business to lose a longtime mailbox holder over one piece of computer paper. Hilarious! Yes I will be closing down my mailbox! This was the final straw. Good luck! Do not open one here! They will nickel and dime you every which way they can!!
