I needed some documents notarized with witnesses present and it took some organizing to arrange a…read moretime when everyone's schedules would be free. On top of that I went to the bank initially, but they only notarize certain documents and they don't allow employees to be witnesses. I also went to the UPS store and another mail service store, who said the same thing. The attorneys who wrote up my documents offered a notary service but it would have to be scheduled at a certain office really far from where we lived during regular business hours, and for us it is very difficult to take any time off from work, especially when a longer commute somewhere is involved. To save myself the hassle, I finally went with a mobile notary. Seeing the good reviews for Stacey, I sent out a quote request and was answered promptly. Communicating with her was easy and scheduling was no problem. She met us at our home after we were done with work, and had all the paperwork signed and notarized in no time. Her fees were less than what the attorney's office was charging too. I'd definitely use Stacey again in the future if I need anything else notarized.

I sent a package to my mother, I informed the front desk clerk that I…read morewas sending my mother money and a t-shirt and requested to insure the both the money and the shirt. She informed me I couldn't insure the cash, but I could insure the t-shirt which I declined. I asked to send the package priority, which I didn't know was a language used for the post office mail. So I was not informed I was shipping usps from an ups store. I pay my $40 for it to get there in 2 days then leave. Well the package has not showed up, and I call UPS customer service who then tells me to call the store. I call the store, and she informs me that they sent it USPS, and I express my concern about it getting there because I was sending my mom money. She then tells me it's illegal to do so, which I say I disclosed that when sending it and I was never informed you can't send money. The woman on the phone was bratty and this was a terrible experience. I would have never sent my mom money for bills via mail if I would've known it was not allowed, hence why I disclosed it and asked to insure it. I asked for confirmation it left the store, which I did not get. Do not come here, go to a corporate ups store, they have better training and regulations. This franchise is not it.

The women working there were kind, helpful, sweet. I needed to print 1 page, black and white piece of paper - a label for my package. $3.25 The other locations I've regularly visited have never charge this much - usually it is around the $1/$1.25 mark. I asked them if they'd print my sheet, I should have asked the cost prior to printing. I take ownership for that, and I'm disappointed bc this is such a small way to lose my trust in their location.
