I haven't gone to a 3rd party MVD before, mainly because I am cheap and don't want to spend the extra money on "convenience fees." That stopped today as I decided I wanted to skip the lines and overt rudeness of the MVD. I had a car that I had purchased in a different state, and needed to title it here in Arizona, it was an absolute pleasure to walk in and literally walk up to the first stall and within 10 minutes be walking out with my temporary plate and registration. Granted, I ended up paying about double of what I probably would have paid at the MVD, but what I considered was excellent customer service and timely work for the same thing - it was well worth it. read more

I am a transplant from Colorado and we do not have these services in Colorado because it's owned by counties and here in Arizona it's owned by the state. So, to be honest, I was a little skeptical. However, I called and I spoke to a woman named Nikki. She had excellent telecommunication skills and informed me of things that I could do and the best route for me to go. When I walked in, she knew exactly who I was and said, "What's up colorado girl?!" I felt welcomed from the phone call and from the second I walked in. Niki was fast, friendly, and efficient. There was one person in front of me and she was very kind and helpful to him as well. She informed me of options that I did not know of and I would 100% recommend going here instead of wasting time at the DMV, where I had gone before and spent over 2 hours in line. I know it's a little bit more money, but time is money and for the service, the excellent service I must add, that you get, especially from Nikki....I would recommend going to this place hands down!!! As a shop owner, it is very important for me to make sure I utilize my daily hours wisely. Especially with the tight schedule we run at our facility. I have been using Mardini for various processes that would normally would require me to spend numerous hours completing on my own. I would definitely save a few hundred dollars for some of these but when taking in consideration the load of responsibility that Mardini takes off my schedule, it is a no-brainer decision without any doubt. I will mainly deal with Elizabeth since she is my state's liaison for liens and title services, which we use the most of. She is literally a "machine" when it comes to getting the job done and a book of knowledge in everything these processes entail. It is sometimes unfortunate however, that a one-time negative experience with an employee could deteriorate the reputation they have worked so hard to create through their years in business. But, like in any business, it is the nature of the beast. Hopefully my review will help any person hesitant to try this fantastic office in the future and let them prove themselves with their actions and the results rather than by hear say. Have come here countless times for DMV type services. Sure, I pay a convenience fee, but most of the time I walk right up to the counter and it takes about 10 minutes to do what easily takes an hour or more at the DMV. Combined with being very close to my home, this saves me significant time. I usually work with Laura who is fantastic...she easily knows more about titles, registrations, and the little nuances of the system than anyone I've ever met at the DMV. Seriously one of the most helpful and knowledgable people I've ever met in the industry. It's easily worth the $25-50 more to save hours of headaches. Notory is kind of expensive, so I still get my notory stuff done at Desert Schools because it's free, but I have not stepped into a DMV branch in 7 or 8 years. They even do some levels of vehicle inspections! read more

Wanted to add my sister and I to the title on our mother's car. I don't understand why anyone would give these people a good rating. They were beyond indifferent and very unfriendly. The woman who "helped" us (and "help" is an extreme overstatement) appeared put out that a customer actually showed up at their place of business. We needed to use a power of attorney for our mother, but didn't know that a recorded copy wouldn't be accepted. We had the original form at home, so we returned home for the original form, but didn't return to Mardini Multi-Services to complete the title transfer. Such a disappointing experience. read more
