Amazing service!! The employees were so helpful and incredibly friendly. They answered all of our 1 million questions patiently and kindly - we spoke with one of the ladies at the front desk and she was so nice! They were very quick to perform the service we needed (registration for a classic car) and made it super easy - much easier than the MVD! & the price was very reasonable. We will totally be coming back here again for any registration/title needs that we have. read more

Absolutely disgusting the customer service Annette has . Super rude and making fun of the writing of a left handed person Never will I ever come back to people with disgusting personality and criticizing others . Do not do any service here read more

EZ Title & Registration - Anette the representative - Registration Services Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

I came to this location because they had helped my husband with multiple vehicles. He has had a great experience. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because of one individual. The lady that I got was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the jump she had an awful attitude and did not let me speak. She interrupted multiple times while I was trying to explain my situation. Her name is MARINA. She clearly did not want to help me with a bonded title, tried to pass it off to someone else. I'm so upset that someone who has a "customer service representative" position can be so rude and nasty. Steven- thank you for your timely response. I appreciate the insight! The issue was not the explanation, it was Marina. She has a horrible attitude and clearly did not want to help. I understood the process and explained why my vehicle was not present and agreed to have someone come and inspect it at my home and pay the fee. Thank you! read more

This is a great place to renew auto registration and drivers license. Extremely convenient!

Quick and friendly every time I've had to go in there. The girls always have exactly what I need!

Best service ever! Everything was clean and the team was so nice . Lily was amazing promote her asap!!

I was speaking to Rosie and she was assisting me because my tags and registration was ordered by the dealership but was lost so I came to get new title and registration reissued because it was lost in transit and then Renee rudely came and yelled, constantly cut me off, and inserted herself into my conversations. I recommend she be fired because she has horrible customer service, probably racist and very disrespectful!! Ms. Violet was wonderful and was able to help Rosie assist me. I then asked for the supervisor and Ms. violet said it was Annette and I am currently waiting for her because she was out of the office at 10:30am. I asked who is the store owner of this location Renne Claims there is no one above her I guess she realized when I was involving management she would be fired and I hope she is because she is racist and rude and entitled . Rosie and Violet we awesome Renee wanted to claim that the state doesn't forward tags in the mail which is false. The car I was getting the registration and plates re issued and sent for were both purchased while at my old address. After forwarding my mail I did received my plated for one car with registration just not the second ones . They mail forwarded one set of plates just not the second one for the other car which makes her statement inaccurate read more

Doing a difficult title matter and the ladies there were amazing! Annette, the manager was the most knowledgeable person I've met. I've been to quite a few 3rd party title and registration places, as well as the actual MVD, and this one is by far the best. Way, way better. And very pleasant to deal with! read more

The staff was extremely helpful and quick. There were two ladies sitting in the front, one being an intern and they were very sweet and understanding. read more

I don't know how they do it but they run a tight ship! I'm from California where a DMV trip is at least 2 hours and everyone treats you like an inconvenience. Often times you get jumbled around or there's countless forms to fill out. It's like going to the dentist. Contrast this with EZ Title and Arizona's system of 3rd Party MVDs is like night and day. The guy with an arm tattoo and glasses has helped me process my vehicle title/registration and driver's license and is so helpful each time. I've never had to file for an appointment or wait for more than 5 minutes. They are blazing fast and try their best to provide a great experience. The parking lot is a little hard to get into but they are expanding! Business is good and for the convenience fee of 10%-15% they are well worth your time and energy. They are also a lot more flexible in business hours than a traditional DMV. Also many have been shut down at times due to Covid. Thank you EZ Title! Never thought I'd review a DMV lol but its been one of my best business experiences. read more

Just had my out of state license transferred here. The process was painless and super easy. Thank you to the employees here for making it easy. If you're getting a federal ID for travel, make sure to bring your passport read more

I don't know a single person that enjoys going to the MVD or taking care of their car issues both because of the long lines and the wide range of customer service you can receive. I found EZ Title & Registration when I first moved to Arizona because I was tired of running around multiple times just to have the right documents. Everyone that works here is extremely knowledgeable or at the very least, will find you the correct information you need. You can confirm with them over the phone what you need to bring in to get everything done in one visit. Even without an appointment, I've never been at this location for longer than 30 minutes. This time I came in for a new travel license as well as a transfer for my car and Jennifer was so friendly and made it a painless experience for me. They charge the regular MVD fees along with their fee but I am happy to pay an extra $50 (it will vary depending on the service) for the convenience. read more

Went in because my ID expired and they were super quick while providing some of the best dmv service I've ever experienced. Everyone was super nice and moved in timely manner. read more

It's convenient, but you do pay more. We went here to get our camper title in our name, as well as our travel ideas. They are fairly fast, but you do pay at least twice as much if you go to third parties. We weren't sure how the local motor vehicle department would be so he took a chance here. read more

I only waited a few minutes before I was next in like. The lady at the desk was very patient with me while I was figuring out my insurance so I could get my registration. She was nice and very informative. read more

Just purchased a vehicle and needed to register Being Saturday at 1 was worried that I would need to wait till mid week Drove up by 1:50 walked out with new title and temp plates by 2:10 Really was "EZ" --the name actually fits I have been to other 3rd party and those sometimes are just as busy as the DMV Glad to have found them Thanks again read more

This place was friendly enough. I went in less than thirty minutes before closing. However, I was told to go to the right to fill out the application for my motorcycle endorsement. To the right were the applications in Spanish. Luckily, I speak, read, and write in Spanish. However, the clerk looked at me in a funny way when she reviewed the application in Spanish. Also, be aware that you have to get your picture taken. The Yelp Chexk In offer will save you $2.50. All in all, a great option for a Saturday. (Especially if you have to work during the week.) read more

Easy. Quick. Speak both English and Spanish. Offered multiple options for a transaction. 10/10 recommend. Just make sure you show up to their new address! read more

Everyone here is absolutely amazing and a special thanks to Steven and Renee! They have helped me with every confusing and complicated title transfer I've had and made it as easy as possible! Thank you and everyone at Ez Title & Registration (Tempe) read more

Friendly, fast, accurate...the list of compliments could go on and on. I just moved from CA, and holy crap when I say AZ is way easier its an understatement. Their fees are very low for the convenience of being able to walk in and walk out with a new license and registration in under 35 minutes. read more

I don't do Yelp reviews often but this place deserves it. I got my new plates through them for a car I bought and the ex-owner wouldn't help me out with any of the registration tasks. A few other similar service companies were requesting a bunch of paperwork I didn't have from the prior owner but EZ TITLE told me I didn't need any of it and they could take care of me. They did all the leg work and tracked down all the information I needed to get the job done. Unlike the other places, they are extremely receptive on the phone and even kinder and helpful in person. I'll go back to this place over and over for vehicle services. read more

Without a doubt the best place for registering our vehicles. Sally is amazing. Don't waste your time going anywhere else! This is our go to from now on! read more

We were in and out of this place with no issues! We went in about an hour before they closed and only waited like 15mins to be seen. Process took like ten minutes from there and we were out! This was on a Wednesday afternoon read more

My experience with this company was great! The owner responded quickly via Yelp when I asked if they do Travel ID. No appointment was necessary and walk- ins were welcomed. Their location was less then 5 minutes away and when I arrived I was immediately helped. I was informed that the Travel ID was pushed. I decided to get it anyway, however, that is why I am giving this company a 5 star rating. They were informative and weren't after just making a quick buck. read more

I HATE having to go to MVDs and other places like it so I was not looking forward to this trip at all lol. However, I had a really good experience at EZ Title & Registration. First off, the sign in process was quick and easy! I didn't wait no more than 5 minutes before my name was called. (I must mention that I went on a Wednesday at 1:30pm and it wasn't very busy so that could've been why the service was so quick.) I was helped by a lady named Mirina (idk if I spelled that right) and she was super nice. It was my first time transferring a title and I had no clue what to do. She guided me through the process and was very patient with me. And it also wasn't expensive as it only costed $24. My favorite part was how quick everything was. I wasn't there longer than 12-15 minutes and that's a win in my book. They also had a fake skeleton with a funny note on it that helped to lighten the mood lol read more

I had a complicated title transfer from a personal vehicle to my new business car. EZ title transferred everything quickly and it was literally the easiest thing (hence why they are called EZ title). I highly recommend! read more

New to AZ, walked in this afternoon and instantly greeted by a smiling Jessica. Brief wait and then was helped by Teresa who laughed with me at my horrible photo from my previous state ID and we bonded over our love of Star Wars as we share the same image on our debit card. I will gladly pay more for the convenience fees any day. Friendly, nice people and efficient processes. In and out under 30 minutes and they were hustling. Thank you! read more

If they charge you the incorrect amount when you get your car registered, they will call you later and threaten to cancel your order if you don't pay the difference from (apparently) a higher price that they "typed incorrectly" originally. Not sure what kind of business thinks it's okay to chase down customers for more money when their employees make mistakes! Any normal business would eat the cost of their employees mistake, not threaten to cancel the customers order for "money they are owed". Yikes! read more

Very fast and friendly, it actually cost less than expected. I highly recommend to anyone needing there registration renewed.

Only issue, which is a significant one for me and perhaps some others, was the fact that NO MASKS were worn by most employees and clearly not required by customers entering facility on Priest Rd in Tempe. I calmly inquired as to why they weren't wearing/requiring masks and got no reply other than an annoyed, dismissive shoulder shrug. So if you are unvaccinated & vulnerable to getting Covid enter this business with caution! 4/13/21 Thank you for your reply and especially for once again enforcing mask mandate to help mitigate the spread of the new highly contagious covid variant virus. I really hope going forward you will follow the advice of scientists & scientific research regarding mitigation guidelines, not just a Republican governor based on politics, to keep your customers, Tempe community AND your staff safe & healthy. Thanks again and please stay safe yourself! read more

Seriously don't understand why anyone would go to the actual MVD. This place is a true example of how private business operate incredibly smoother then any government operated business. So happy with the service here. Quick smooth, no wait time. Workers were incredibly friendly. 5 stars for this place! read more

This place is amazing. Not only did they help fix a glitch in the MVD system, they went above and beyond to get my license reinstated. I first went to the MVD and they told me I had to wait another 2 months to get my license. The staff and supervisor at the MVD are idiots!!! I waited 2 hours just to get denied. They have no idea how to do their job. Ditch the MVD and come here instead. Steven and his staff are best and their customer service is top notch. Thanks again guys!! read more

Chelsea and Annette have made this process smooth and simple on both our recent purchases. My wife doesn't care for the lines at the DMV.

Walked in with no appointment. Had to transfer a title/new registration and plates. The title transfer was part of a trust so needed a little more paperwork than most. Even so, I was out of there in about 15 minutes. cost was way worth it to avoid the MVD. Especially considering I couldn't even get through to the MVD. The only thing that I wasn't pleased was that there was a 3% credit card fee that they did not inform me about. They should be upfront about that before running your card through. But still worth the extra $20 fee to avoid the DMV. read more

This place is amazing!! I was in and out within 15 minutes and the woman who helped me, Jessica, was so so kind and made me feel so pretty while she was taking my ID picture. I don't know how more people haven't discovered this place, it was such great service! read more
