I came to this location because they had helped my husband with multiple vehicles. He has had a great experience. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because of one individual. The lady that I got was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the jump she had an awful attitude and did not let me speak. She interrupted multiple times while I was trying to explain my situation. Her name is MARINA. She clearly did not want to help me with a bonded title, tried to pass it off to someone else. I'm so upset that someone who has a "customer service representative" position can be so rude and nasty. Steven- thank you for your timely response. I appreciate the insight! The issue was not the explanation, it was Marina. She has a horrible attitude and clearly did not want to help. Amazing service!! The employees were so helpful and incredibly friendly. They answered all of our 1 million questions patiently and kindly - we spoke with one of the ladies at the front desk and she was so nice! They were very quick to perform the service we needed (registration for a classic car) and made it super easy - much easier than the MVD! & the price was very reasonable. I was speaking to Rosie and she was assisting me because my tags and registration was ordered by the dealership but was lost so I came to get new title and registration reissued because it was lost in transit and then Renee rudely came and yelled, constantly cut me off, and inserted herself into my conversations. I recommend she be fired because she has horrible customer service, probably racist and very disrespectful!! Ms. Violet was wonderful and was able to help Rosie assist me. I then asked for the supervisor and Ms. violet said it was Annette and I am currently waiting for her because she was out of the office at 10:30am. I asked who is the store owner of this location Renne Claims there is no one above her I guess she realized when I was involving management she would be fired and I hope she is because she is racist and rude and entitled . The car I was getting the registration and plates re issued and sent for were both purchased while at my old address. After forwarding my mail I did received my plated for one car with registration just not the second ones . I don't know a single person that enjoys going to the MVD or taking care of their car issues both because of the long lines and the wide range of customer service you can receive. I found EZ Title & Registration when I first moved to Arizona because I was tired of running around multiple times just to have the right documents. Everyone that works here is extremely knowledgeable or at the very least, will find you the correct information you need. You can confirm with them over the phone what you need to bring in to get everything done in one visit. Even without an appointment, I've never been at this location for longer than 30 minutes. This time I came in for a new travel license as well as a transfer for my car and Jennifer was so friendly and made it a painless experience for me. They charge the regular MVD fees along with their fee but I am happy to pay an extra $50 (it will vary depending on the service) for the convenience. read more

I don't know how they do it but they run a tight ship! I'm from California where a DMV trip is at least 2 hours and everyone treats you like an inconvenience. Often times you get jumbled around or there's countless forms to fill out. It's like going to the dentist. Contrast this with EZ Title and Arizona's system of 3rd Party MVDs is like night and day. The guy with an arm tattoo and glasses has helped me process my vehicle title/registration and driver's license and is so helpful each time. I've never had to file for an appointment or wait for more than 5 minutes. They are blazing fast and try their best to provide a great experience. The parking lot is a little hard to get into but they are expanding! Business is good and for the convenience fee of 10%-15% they are well worth your time and energy. They are also a lot more flexible in business hours than a traditional DMV. Also many have been shut down at times due to Covid. Thank you EZ Title! This place was friendly enough. I went in less than thirty minutes before closing. However, I was told to go to the right to fill out the application for my motorcycle endorsement. To the right were the applications in Spanish. Luckily, I speak, read, and write in Spanish. However, the clerk looked at me in a funny way when she reviewed the application in Spanish. Also, be aware that you have to get your picture taken. The Yelp Chexk In offer will save you $2.50. All in all, a great option for a Saturday. They are fairly fast, but you do pay at least twice as much if you go to third parties. We weren't sure how the local motor vehicle department would be so he took a chance here. read more

My experience with this company was great! The owner responded quickly via Yelp when I asked if they do Travel ID. No appointment was necessary and walk- ins were welcomed. Their location was less then 5 minutes away and when I arrived I was immediately helped. I was informed that the Travel ID was pushed. I don't do Yelp reviews often but this place deserves it. I got my new plates through them for a car I bought and the ex-owner wouldn't help me out with any of the registration tasks. A few other similar service companies were requesting a bunch of paperwork I didn't have from the prior owner but EZ TITLE told me I didn't need any of it and they could take care of me. They did all the leg work and tracked down all the information I needed to get the job done. Unlike the other places, they are extremely receptive on the phone and even kinder and helpful in person. I HATE having to go to MVDs and other places like it so I was not looking forward to this trip at all lol. However, I had a really good experience at EZ Title & Registration. First off, the sign in process was quick and easy! I didn't wait no more than 5 minutes before my name was called. (I must mention that I went on a Wednesday at 1:30pm and it wasn't very busy so that could've been why the service was so quick.) I was helped by a lady named Mirina (idk if I spelled that right) and she was super nice. It was my first time transferring a title and I had no clue what to do. She guided me through the process and was very patient with me. And it also wasn't expensive as it only costed $24. My favorite part was how quick everything was. I wasn't there longer than 12-15 minutes and that's a win in my book. They also had a fake skeleton with a funny note on it that helped to lighten the mood lol read more

If they charge you the incorrect amount when you get your car registered, they will call you later and threaten to cancel your order if you don't pay the difference from (apparently) a higher price that they "typed incorrectly" originally. Not sure what kind of business thinks it's okay to chase down customers for more money when their employees make mistakes! Any normal business would eat the cost of their employees mistake, not threaten to cancel the customers order for "money they are owed". Yikes! read more

Only issue, which is a significant one for me and perhaps some others, was the fact that NO MASKS were worn by most employees and clearly not required by customers entering facility on Priest Rd in Tempe. I calmly inquired as to why they weren't wearing/requiring masks and got no reply other than an annoyed, dismissive shoulder shrug. So if you are unvaccinated & vulnerable to getting Covid enter this business with caution! 4/13/21 Thank you for your reply and especially for once again enforcing mask mandate to help mitigate the spread of the new highly contagious covid variant virus. This place is amazing. Not only did they help fix a glitch in the MVD system, they went above and beyond to get my license reinstated. I first went to the MVD and they told me I had to wait another 2 months to get my license. The staff and supervisor at the MVD are idiots!!! I waited 2 hours just to get denied. They have no idea how to do their job. Ditch the MVD and come here instead. Steven and his staff are best and their customer service is top notch. Thanks again guys!! read more

Walked in with no appointment. Had to transfer a title/new registration and plates. The title transfer was part of a trust so needed a little more paperwork than most. Even so, I was out of there in about 15 minutes. cost was way worth it to avoid the MVD. Especially considering I couldn't even get through to the MVD. The only thing that I wasn't pleased was that there was a 3% credit card fee that they did not inform me about. They should be upfront about that before running your card through. But still worth the extra $20 fee to avoid the DMV. read more
