Quick and easy process, helpful people. Only complaint, called 5 times in regards to what info was needed from me for my title registration, and they never answer or called back. Difficult to get in touch with but good service once there. read more

Shannon was very thorough, courteous, and efficient to get my title and fees I needed to pay and my title was sent to me it seemed in record time, great job Shannon! read more

This has ALWAYS been the best experience for me! The owner is amazing and super helpful. It's such a better option than going to DMV! It's cozy, pleasant, never a big line. read more

Found this gem years ago and always recommend their service. The owner is helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. Businesses like this are a rarity in todays world. 10/10 to Shannon for many more years read more

Hands down , the best dmv experience I have ever had . I didn't have great expectations given some of the reviews I read , but it was close to home ! Shannon was super friendly ( but so am I ) , efficient , polite abd professional . I was in and out in 20 minutes transferring my out of state registration ! I know it can be frustrating when you don't have all the necessary paperwork , but that isn't the companies fault . Thank fully I did and it was seamless ! I'll be back with the second car soon! read more

In some businesses the efficiency of service is what matters most. I would say this definitely would extend to a Third-Party MVD service. I found this place on Yelp and chose given their distance to my work and the fact that they were open at 9 am (apparently, based on my searching, a lot of these places open after 10 or 11). I came in, told them I needed to renew my registration. Within five minutes I had a new registration and tag in hand and I was out the door. The price was comparable to the MVD as well, without the random people and lines. Next time I need MVD services I'll come here for sure. read more

Not a review, more just informational - during covid they are only open 9-1, and are completely packed. Just walked in and the waiting room was full. This makes no sense as it's impossible to get a hold of state MVD (don't even answer phones, no walk ins) so the 3rd party spots should be open 24/7 or something. But no, half hours so that the waiting rooms can be extra dangerous for customers. read more

ZERO STARS if I could do to the disgusting attitude and behavior exhibited by the woman at the front. I walked in and she has two dogs laying behind the counter. I absolutely love animals so my first reaction is to say "Hi Pups", right away the dog starts barking and she says "oh sorry, he gets really protective when you talk to him". So I apologize and continue waiting. Now, as I'm waiting, sometimes times I jingle my keys or toss them up and down. When I did that, the dog started barking at me and in front of other customers this lady yells at me "Would you stop that and leave him alone!!" Instead of explaining to her that I jingle my keys of toss them around out of boredom, I just looked at her and said "I'm sorry about that Ma'am". So, now it's my turn, I start explaining my situation and let her know that I need to transfer the title and registration for my vehicles from California back to Arizona. I'm explaining to her the issues I ran into before and instead of listening, she says in a snarky attitude "you're giving me more information than I need". So, I grabbed my stuff and left.... Not sure if it's the color of my skin that upset her or maybe the fact that all of her lip, cheekbone and face fillers look like garbage or maybe she's jealous that she has to pay for spray tan and I have a natural one??? Anyways, place was near empty and it might be because of her sorry attitude or her nasty looking facial "enhancements". I make sure all my good friends who own lots on the same road know about her poor behavior. read more

Shannon is fast and efficient, very punctual and does the best. Consistent and helpful as always

Arrived on 6/22/21, first one in the building. Was greeted by an extremely attractive lady. Turns out it was the owner which was very friendly and helpful. Needed to transfer a title due to I purchased a 2000 Honda Civic. It took approximately 10 minutes for everything. You could tell owner really appreciated the business. Why go to the MVD, sit, wait and get frustrated when you can just go here. Excellent service and to boot she's a site for sore eyes. read more

I'm glad I found them! Ok, let's face it, not every business you go to makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, but she's not a daycare worker or a hairstylist. This is an in and out business, many people are stressed when they go in and aren't in the best of moods so I get it. They are fast and efficient, tell you if you need to do emissions or whatever before they can help you, and hand you printed info if you need it. I've used this service several time and found them to be fast and near my home... super bonus! I own a small business, so I don't have time to spend my few days off at MVD. Have to go again this week with another title, if there are any issues , I will update my review. read more

Action Auto Title - Don't ever come here to action title ! They don't deserve your hard earned money !!Couldn't fix the title issue that THEY issued - Registration Services Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Awesome crew, very professional, in and out the door in a hurry. Shop dog is a sweetie, and they are really good about not making you wait. I sell/buy quite a few vehicles, and love that in AZ you have the option of not dealing with the DMV, and can use private party vendors. Highly, highly recommend this crew. Support local business! Keep it up gang, I'll be back in soon. read more

Want to cheat the system? Come here. Let's face it, everyone dreads the MVD so for as little as $20 why not let them cut the red tape and get you out in less than 10 minutes? Staff is quick and friendly. Got my registration and tags done as quick as my smile spread from ear to ear. Seriously. Time is valuable and I'd rather spend it clocking in fun than watching the clock. read more

Feel compelled to write a review because I almost went to a regular MVD and waited for over an hour. Decided to try this third party thing out and I'm so glad I did. Shannon was quick, efficient and I was done transferring my out of state title in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend coming here! read more

I have no idea what all the negative reviews are for. I did witness 2 crazy individuals come in trying to pull BS so I'm sure that's where the negative reviews come from. Come on people, they're not going to break the law for you! I have used third-party DMV's for a while now and they are exceptional. This one, probably the quickest service I've ever had considering all the work I had to have done. I had a transfer a title, get a veterans license plate and renew tags. The lady sells gold canyon candles so the place has a sweet aroma and I can't complain about the eye candy. read more

Great experience. In and out, no line! I will never go to DMV again. Super reasonable, helped me get my vehicle titled and registered from out of state. I will be back. Thank you. read more

Action Auto Title - Quick efficient and good parking - Registration Services Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

I can't address the negative reviews, but I can say I received great service. I called ahead and had my questions answered about what docs to bring. I went in and waited just a few minutes while she helped another customer. I explained what I needed (title transfer and registration). She asked a couple of clarifying questions. She then went to work on the docs. She's not big on small talk, but she was quick and got everything done with no issues. I was in and out in twenty mins. It would have been an hour or two at the MVD I'm sure. I would definitely recommend the service, and I'll use them again. read more

I was not helped by the lady that is the subject of the negative reviews, but I did witness her short, seemingly-rude behavior. I always find it weird when someone - especially the owner - acts put out by having to do the job they signed up for. Anyways, the person who did help me was efficient and accurate. Got everything done in one shot and I was out in no time. Not a bad alternative to sitting at the DMV. read more

Fast service. Most negative reviews are from people that waste time and impede their speedy service. Only two employees here and they are always hustling. I'm never upset to see them shoe someone that only want to ask a bunch of questions out and move to paying customers that don't have time to waste. read more

I had been here before and returned to ask a question because Shannon informed me they don't answer the phone. I understand as Covid has changed many things about doing business. However upon my return she had drastically changed her attitude toward customers. She was rude to everyone she helped as I waited for 20-25 minutes. And I understood why. But she was condescending when I ask my question. And was so rude to the guy in front of me. And to top it off there was no required social distancing. Everyone was just sitting next to each other. No 6 ft apart. There are many other 3rd party car title places. Go there. read more

They must be really good on business right now as they're working half days, and don't return voicemails. I've left 3 messages in 3 days and no response. I'll go elsewhere. read more

I've used Shannon's services 2-3 times (registration & transferring title for new state) and it got the job done faster then DMV but she was super rude on phone and in person. Fast forward to now and we need to replace a lost title so I told my husband to call action auto but beware Shannon can be a little rude. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal because my husband is in sales and knows how to be polite/break through barriers...Well, she was so condescending on the phone that he hung up on her. If you want someone to try and make you feel stupid while charging you more fees, visit Shannon. If not, join us at the DMV or multiple other title companies in the valley that treat their customers like they care. read more

Always quick and painless. I've been a repeat for about a year and a half. Great customer service and location, where you can find an array of GOLD CANYON CANDLE scents to choose from. I would definitely recommend Action Auto Title for your motor vehicle service needs... Thanks Shannon! read more

Action Auto Title - Love this place.. Always smells yum. - Registration Services Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Rude. Rude. Rude. I don't normally write Yelp reviews, but this woman was insanely rude. Not everyone understands how titles and registrations work, and I thought companies like this were supposed to help, not talk down to people. read more

There's only one lady working here I believe her name is Shannon and she was straight up rude. I had came to pay for my registration fees and the she said she needed insurance cards and needed them to be "printed". I left and came back the very next day so when I came back she started off by saying "didn't I ask you to print your Insurance cards? " Then I said "I figured since everything is done electronically these days that I can just email them to you" (in my mind I'm thinking who the hell has time for that?) This lady should know better that in today's world ain't nobody got time for that. Then as I was waiting around for her to process everything, I was looking around because the wait time was ridiculously long so I saw she had a picture frame with different plates. When she called me up, with a horrible attitude she asked me "is there a reason why you have that"? And I said, "yes because I'm interested in purchasing a plate" then again with a horrible attitude said "can you please put that back where you got it from thank you". And again while processing this info, literally yells across the room with absolutely no respect towards the privacy of others "YOUR LICENSE IS SUSPENDED" which of course is something I had fixed prior to going there. At this point I'm disgusted I honestly don't know if this lady was straight up being racist or if she was simply miserable from being the only one there. I'm never coming back here!! Her attitude was pathetic, the third party fees they charge here are pathetic. This place is complete trash!!! I almost felt like saying something because I don't take this type of attitude from anybody but I'm happier to write a review for everyone whose interested in coming here to know how this lady acts. I hope she sees this too and realizes how dum she actually looked acting like that. It's a shame It was an emergency and really needed to get this registration stuff out of the way. Don't waste your money on this place!!! Go somewhere else. read more

I guess I should've read her crappy reviews first. I would've then expected to be treated rudely by the owner. I'm not sure how anyone does business that way but I really have never been treated that way. She won't care even if she reads this I'm certain but I would never spend money here. You shouldn't either. I'd rather wait at the DMV. At least you expect bad service lol. Shame on you as a business owner. read more

Very clean, quick and efficient . Highly recommended! The business owner is kind courteous and professional, the office dog is so sweet!

I love this place. Saves me a ton of time compared to the DMV rat race. I always find the staff to be professional, the facility clean, and the service to be prompt. It's worth the trip to Scottsdale to have your automotive registrations and renewals taken care of there. Thank you! read more

If I could give this place a 10 I would. I've been using them for years. The service is fast and friendly, in an out in in 5 minutes. The owner Shannon is a wealth of knowledge. She's like "Siri", but better! Give them a try.. you won't regret it! read more

Most rude service ever! Expect eye rolling and annoyance for asking any questions. Do not support businesses that do not understand customer service. I definitely WON'T! read more

If you don't mind feeling like an annoyance, then this is your place! I suggest going elsewhere if you feel like being treated as a paying patron! Lady runs a 3rd party DMV with her dog which is extremely aggressive! Definitely will not return!!! read more

Believe the negative reviews because the positive ones are probably by friends or family. Went here to have a mobile home title transferred. Walked in it was not busy, woman at a desk behind counter working on computer, guy standing in lobby talking on cell phone. I stood at the counter for few minutes till she looked and said, I'll be with you in a few minutes. Never knowing what that really means I replied can I ask a quick question. After a few more minutes, her what's your question. Me do you do mobile home title transfers? her yes. I sit down and peruse Yelp reviews. When I see a business that has ten reviews and half are exceptionally glowing and the other ones are very negative I get suspicious. She finishes her computer work and hands the cell phone guy a piece of paper, he leaves. She approaches the counter and I let her know I have a non-probate mobile home title transfer. Her, well we don't do those kind of transfers. Me, I guess I should asked the right question before sitting and waiting. I could tell this pissed her off and she headed back to her desk brisling. I asked can you tell me where I can get this done. Her "go google it"! Me you're just like the Yelp reviews say. Her in snooty tone goodbye have a nice day, she repeated a few times in the same snooty manner. On the good side she sells teriyaki beef jerky at the counter and other knickknacks. I wonder if she's rude when you're buying jerky? read more

My family has been going to Action Auto Title for over 10 years. There have been times where I've been in other parts of the valley and needed something done quickly- so inevitably I've had to try other 3rd party MVD places. They just don't compare. Whether it's something relatively simple or something more complex (because really what is there "simple" when dealing with the AZ MVD? Lol), they're always pleasant, extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile, and patient. I would definitely recommend visiting them for your MVD needs versus anyone else. read more

I went here recently to transfer the title of my car from my mom's name to mine and to also get the car registered under my name. Man! It was so easy!
