Hands down , the best dmv experience I have ever had . I didn't have great expectations given some of the reviews I read , but it was close to home ! Shannon was super friendly ( but so am I ) , efficient , polite abd professional . I was in and out in 20 minutes transferring my out of state registration ! In some businesses the efficiency of service is what matters most. I would say this definitely would extend to a Third-Party MVD service. I found this place on Yelp and chose given their distance to my work and the fact that they were open at 9 am (apparently, based on my searching, a lot of these places open after 10 or 11). I came in, told them I needed to renew my registration. Within five minutes I had a new registration and tag in hand and I was out the door. The price was comparable to the MVD as well, without the random people and lines. Next time I need MVD services I'll come here for sure. read more

ZERO STARS if I could do to the disgusting attitude and behavior exhibited by the woman at the front. I walked in and she has two dogs laying behind the counter. I absolutely love animals so my first reaction is to say "Hi Pups", right away the dog starts barking and she says "oh sorry, he gets really protective when you talk to him". So I apologize and continue waiting. Now, as I'm waiting, sometimes times I jingle my keys or toss them up and down. When I did that, the dog started barking at me and in front of other customers this lady yells at me "Would you stop that and leave him alone!!" Instead of explaining to her that I jingle my keys of toss them around out of boredom, I just looked at her and said "I'm sorry about that Ma'am". So, now it's my turn, I start explaining my situation and let her know that I need to transfer the title and registration for my vehicles from California back to Arizona. I'm explaining to her the issues I ran into before and instead of listening, she says in a snarky attitude "you're giving me more information than I need". So, I grabbed my stuff and left.... Not sure if it's the color of my skin that upset her or maybe the fact that all of her lip, cheekbone and face fillers look like garbage or maybe she's jealous that she has to pay for spray tan and I have a natural one??? Anyways, place was near empty and it might be because of her sorry attitude or her nasty looking facial "enhancements". Not a review, more just informational - during covid they are only open 9-1, and are completely packed. Just walked in and the waiting room was full. This makes no sense as it's impossible to get a hold of state MVD (don't even answer phones, no walk ins) so the 3rd party spots should be open 24/7 or something. But no, half hours so that the waiting rooms can be extra dangerous for customers. read more

Arrived on 6/22/21, first one in the building. Was greeted by an extremely attractive lady. Turns out it was the owner which was very friendly and helpful. Needed to transfer a title due to I purchased a 2000 Honda Civic. It took approximately 10 minutes for everything. You could tell owner really appreciated the business. I'm glad I found them! Ok, let's face it, not every business you go to makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, but she's not a daycare worker or a hairstylist. This is an in and out business, many people are stressed when they go in and aren't in the best of moods so I get it. They are fast and efficient, tell you if you need to do emissions or whatever before they can help you, and hand you printed info if you need it. I've used this service several time and found them to be fast and near my home... super bonus! I own a small business, so I don't have time to spend my few days off at MVD. I can't address the negative reviews, but I can say I received great service. I called ahead and had my questions answered about what docs to bring. I went in and waited just a few minutes while she helped another customer. I explained what I needed (title transfer and registration). She asked a couple of clarifying questions. She then went to work on the docs. She's not big on small talk, but she was quick and got everything done with no issues. I was in and out in twenty mins. I've used Shannon's services 2-3 times (registration & transferring title for new state) and it got the job done faster then DMV but she was super rude on phone and in person. Fast forward to now and we need to replace a lost title so I told my husband to call action auto but beware Shannon can be a little rude. There's only one lady working here I believe her name is Shannon and she was straight up rude. I had came to pay for my registration fees and the she said she needed insurance cards and needed them to be "printed". I left and came back the very next day so when I came back she started off by saying "didn't I ask you to print your Insurance cards? " Then I said "I figured since everything is done electronically these days that I can just email them to you" (in my mind I'm thinking who the hell has time for that?) This lady should know better that in today's world ain't nobody got time for that. Then as I was waiting around for her to process everything, I was looking around because the wait time was ridiculously long so I saw she had a picture frame with different plates. When she called me up, with a horrible attitude she asked me "is there a reason why you have that"? And I said, "yes because I'm interested in purchasing a plate" then again with a horrible attitude said "can you please put that back where you got it from thank you". And again while processing this info, literally yells across the room with absolutely no respect towards the privacy of others "YOUR LICENSE IS SUSPENDED" which of course is something I had fixed prior to going there. At this point I'm disgusted I honestly don't know if this lady was straight up being racist or if she was simply miserable from being the only one there. I'm never coming back here!! Her attitude was pathetic, the third party fees they charge here are pathetic. This place is complete trash!!! I almost felt like saying something because I don't take this type of attitude from anybody but I'm happier to write a review for everyone whose interested in coming here to know how this lady acts. There have been times where I've been in other parts of the valley and needed something done quickly- so inevitably I've had to try other 3rd party MVD places. They just don't compare. Whether it's something relatively simple or something more complex (because really what is there "simple" when dealing with the AZ MVD? Believe the negative reviews because the positive ones are probably by friends or family. Went here to have a mobile home title transferred. Walked in it was not busy, woman at a desk behind counter working on computer, guy standing in lobby talking on cell phone. I stood at the counter for few minutes till she looked and said, I'll be with you in a few minutes. Never knowing what that really means I replied can I ask a quick question. After a few more minutes, her what's your question. Me do you do mobile home title transfers? her yes. I sit down and peruse Yelp reviews. When I see a business that has ten reviews and half are exceptionally glowing and the other ones are very negative I get suspicious. She finishes her computer work and hands the cell phone guy a piece of paper, he leaves. She approaches the counter and I let her know I have a non-probate mobile home title transfer. Her, well we don't do those kind of transfers. Me, I guess I should asked the right question before sitting and waiting. I could tell this pissed her off and she headed back to her desk brisling. I asked can you tell me where I can get this done. Her "go google it"! Me you're just like the Yelp reviews say. Her in snooty tone goodbye have a nice day, she repeated a few times in the same snooty manner. On the good side she sells teriyaki beef jerky at the counter and other knickknacks.
