5 star review for Kelly C from Boston! She's the most wonderful DMV agent I've ever had! We were in and out quickly and she pointed us in the right direction every time something came up! We needed temporary tags last month and we came back today to get the real ones and our title(s) updated. She made the process simple and was a delight to chat with while she processed our information. Thank you for being so awesome and making the process painless! read more

Said it was open and when I got there there's a piece of paper on the door saying closed. This was on the 8th of April and I have heard that they close 2nd Wednesday of the month in the morning. I don't live in the area and was unaware of this. There was another car in the parking lot, that person walked up and tried the door as well. read more

The staff is the best. Very nice and helpful. I'd drive across town to go to them. Kelly and KK are the best!

People who know what to do, to help you out in the holidays long lines. And be friendly

I realized yesterday that my license had expired and went over to MVS tags and Title to see how to get this resolved. ADOT doesn't send out notices anymore so keep an eye on your expiration date. It's not your birthday anymore. I asked the staff member at the desk, and she was just awesome and let me know exactly what I had to do and said that the wait would be about 20-30 minutes. I sat down and was called about 10 minutes later and the process started at that point. I sat down for maybe another 10-15 minutes and was called up by Sonya who was just fantastic. All I can tell you is that it's worth the extra few dollars to get treated this way and speak to someone that is very personable and seems to care about your time and situation. I've gone here a few times now. Customer Service was fantastic. Thanks to all that helped me!! read more

So friendly. Nice Happy staff. Never thought I would experience such a thing as friendly happy staff at an MV place. That never happens!!! These people actually smile and laugh. Well organized. read more

This place always has a very little weight and very good people work there. They're very knowledgeable. I've been going there for years and I never wait in any lines. read more

My husband comes in here often and Kelly is always so helpful. We both had to come in to get our living trust notarized. It took over an hour and she was so amazing! She was very detail oriented and reviewed everything to make sure everything was done correctly. Kelly is such an amazing and kind person and we appreciate her so much! read more

Apache Junction will be my go to licensing/titling place from now on. Patricia was absolutely the best agent. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient in processing the titling for my golf cart. I had been to two other locations- neither of which could help me. It looked busy when I walked in and my hopes sank.....then a real person asked how she could help me today. It was so smooth and I only waited a short time. Real, live customer service happens here! read more

Yesterday I made an appointment for 1:40 today to transfer the registration of my car from another state to AZ and to get veteran license plates. Within 10 min of my appointment time, I was brought forward, seated, and worked with Jeff. Who helped me identify available license plates, explained what I needed, and was really helpful in all aspects. Jeff did a great job and made a dmv visit pleasant. read more

So glad places like this exist, way better than the DMV! Just stopped in there today to take care of a few things, very friendly and professional staff. The agent I was assigned to Tiffany was really helpful in walking me through some documentation and making all my transaction so easy! I will always recommend this place and utilize them for all my future transactions! read more

I found this place after going to a place that gave mixed information on their services & hours. I'm so happy I found it. The girl on the phone when calling to confirm their services & hours was so kind. The girl at the front door, your first contact was so kind. The photo taking woman was so dang kind. Then the woman who helped me get things done was so kind. Do you see a pattern here. I got home and told my wife due anything we need done in the future we will go here. The nicest people who do their jobs professionally and with care. Best service ever!!! read more

Definitely the slowest moving mvd in Apache junction 4 people behind the desks on the busiest day of the week? The lobby has been full since opening in just confused read more

A great alternative to the Regular DMV. They do everything. Fast , friendly and convenient.

MVS Tags and Title in Apache Junction is a secret worth exploring if you need tags, titles, or licenses. This place is friendly, efficient, and accommodating with their service. I had the pleasure of having Sonya help me with my license renewal. She was friendly even as I walked up to her station. She made it clear she was there to help me accomplish my objective. Her knowledge and efficiency made what historically has been a painful process very pleasant. From my interaction at the check in deck to my work with Sonya, I had exceptional customer service. I completed my object and left feeling "Wow, that was a great experience". read more

This business is on the ball!!! Great timely service with acceptable fees. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Super fast, in and out within 40 minutes which is really fast for these type of services. Also depends on what time of day you go. Every interaction I had with staff was good, helpful, and honest. Will be going here if when I need to renew everything !:) read more

Great fast service and friendly staff!! Wait was not long at all! Very convenient and close by!!

Great..no, amazing customer service!! Seriously, I have never been to a DMV where the employees all have smiles on their face. Efficient, considerate, and patient! read more

Twice I've come here for services. The first time I called in advance to verify all paperwork I would need, I wrote it down and took them. When I arrived I was told they messed up and I would need to come back again with paperwork they forgot to mention. The second time I come 10/12 the doors are locked despite online saying it's open. Says they are closed for staff training. What a waste of hours of my time. Go somewhere else because this place is incompetent. At least have people that know what they are talking about on the phone and update your hours. read more

Today i went in to change a title over, Kelly was very helpful she turned a (pain in the ass) problem into a smooth transaction.. Thank you so much. The service here is always fast and friendly. Never going back to the MVD read more

Cindy was very helpful! I only waited about 25 seconds and she got me out door with my title and registration within 15 minutes. Will be going back if I need too, definitely recommend. read more

You go to a 3rd party for ease and convenience. That's why they charge an additional fee. I'm 2 hours in waiting for a permit to be printed. You are going to get the same service at the MVD and you won't pay the extra charges. Have been here before, but this tome was/is so bad that I am reviewing while here. Lol read more

They always have plenty of staff on hand. Even when they are busy they usually take care of waiting customers within 20 minutes. The state facility is way slower. The people here are always pleasant too. That makes a huge difference. I highly recommend MVS. read more

The employees are so nice and patient I took a road test and I was nervous at the start but my instructor Kelly helped calm my nerves

I went there on Saturday morning to get my daughter her's driver's permit and it was a great experience, the wait was not bad and the employees were cheerful and make great effort to make sure we had a good experience. read more

Took my son for his road test to this location, let me say look no further. No other third party MVS is needed. Kelly who took him out for the test, absolutely the best!!! She knows what she is doing and helped him with nerves and confidence. Everyone in the office is very courteous as well. This is the place for all your needs. Will be back for any services. read more

I took my son in today to get his license Kelly was amazing explaining everything when we got called up to Mary she was absolutely rude! Janell was also rude! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. They have knocked my son down so hard that he had a break down when we left. No compassion no care no nothing. My son went to get his drivers license Mary was a rude bitch to me his mother. I didn't know what was going on she basically told me to sit my ass down she just needed my son who was 17 of course that upset him she then told him to go to the back and stop. He didn't know where the fucking back he didn't stop where she told him to because he didn't know where to go and she failed him! She didn't even give him a chance. Then I spoke to the manager who also didn't give a shit either!! I would not recommend taking your teenage son or daughter who has anxiety or depression to this place they will break them down mentally! read more

Service was great. Young lady was professional and polite, much better than DMV. Highly recommended

The staff was friendly and informative. The wait time was minimal and they were able to fully take care of all my title work. I have been back cents with the same results highly recommend them. read more

Half the employees are Ok. There is one employee however after the fourth negative experience I have had with her that will prevent me from returning. The last encounter she tried to tell me I could not transfer a motorcycle title into my name without registering it unless a class 1 inspection was done. I literally was just there the week before and did it for another motorcycle. When I asked why Kelly could do it and she could not, she walked away for 30 seconds then came back and said okay, we can do it because it's a motorcycle. Later when filing my paperwork, I realized she charged me for Street registration that I did not have to pay. I just sold a motorcycle with registration still good for a year so it rolled into the new one. There is no record in my receipts from them as to where that money went. I was charged $108.95 but the paperwork given to me only accounts for $47.95 Previously I was filing for a list title and paid them a bond fee of $150. In that process the title was signed over to me by the last registered owner. When I went in with that information, she refused to refund the bond. The time before that, Marry told me they do not do bonded titles, wasting my afternoon. read more

I called ahead to makes sure I could get a new ID here. (Yes, you can lol) Friendly greeting from Jason, quick information to fill out while waiting, and Janel was on top of it!! In and out on a quiet Thursday evening. read more

I dread going to the MVD.. long lines, rude people and rude employees. Then I found THIS place on Meridian. No long lines, pleasant reception, and was called to the window in less than 5 minutes. The employee assisting me, Rebecca, was absolutely the most pleasant and helpful clerk I have ever dealt with. She was intent on making my time there not only quick and pleasant, but also informative, i.e. advising me of what transactions I could complete there and when the best time to come during the week. Rebecca told me she doesn't usually work "out front" if that's the case. MVS so really making a mistake by keeping her behind the scenes! read more

Thank you Angela!! You did an AMAZING JOB! We had all sorts of problems with the state and the Navy Federal credit union suggested we go to you all. They were not wrong. You made a complex situation easy and affordable. Not to mention there was almost zero wait. THANK YOU! read more

I sold my car today and took my plate. I tried calling MVS at 11:30am on a normal work day. Their phones for 30 minutes stated that I was calling after hours and to call back. They never turned their phones on OR never changed the message. How do you answer phone calls people? read more

Careful with this place. Try calling in advance (I did but was unable to get though). In my case, they were closed and doors locked during business hours with a posted sign suggesting folks just come back the next day. Reason stated was that they were too busy. read more

CINDY! Hands down. The best MVS agent I've ever crossed. We ran into some issues while getting everything squared away. She easily could have brushed me off and sent me on my way with some half hearted apology. But, she didn't! Truly she went above and beyond and I can't be more grateful! When people genuinely care it makes ALL the difference. read more
