She got in my minor daughters face like chest to chest an proceeded to stick her finger in her face while screaming at her because There was an incident when I took my daughter to get her drivers license. The woman who took her for her road test is hearing impaired an speaks very very low and hard to understand. My daughter was frustrated because on top of being nervous, she could not understand the instructions given to her by the woman. Instead of just asking us to leave, Janel decided to belittle, and yell at my daughter and myself. She had to refrain from putting her hands on my child,. Absolutely crazy. I have been utilizing MVS Tags and Title for years. I was going to this place when they were located across the street before they moved to where they are now. I went there today and they still have the same great service. Its a MUCH MUCH better experience than going to a government run MVD. I live about 35 minutes away and I continue to give them my business even though there are other satellite locations a lot closer to me. I will always take the extra time to go there rather than anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. read more

I would have given more stars if the woman at the main desk where you have to start at wasn't such a headcase! She was very unpleasant. Literally never go here. They are the absolute worst and there are better third party MV services. We have had 2 really bad experiences at this place. I usually try to give people a second chance before leaving a negative review and they totally blew it again. This latest instance I took my little brother who moved here from Ohio to get his temps. He accidentally left his BC in Ohio but he had paystubs, bills. Social Security card and previous ID card. He called and He asked again the lady who was taking his picture if the forms he has was enough to get his ID. She said yes so he proceeded to wait to finish the Paperwork. Over an hour and a half went by and everyone that came in after him got called up. So, he went and asked how much longer it would be and the lady said she never checked him in and he doesn't have the right paperwork. He LITERALLY spoke to them twice when they confirmed the paperwork he has is enough. If it wasn't, we would have just not wasted our time and waited until we had it. They lack complete consideration for their customers. I would literally rather go to an actual DMV and potentially wait longer than give this place my business. They have shown a pattern of terrible customer service and inconsistency. read more

I have used this company many times before and typically had good experiences. Today i had the misfortune of having to deal with the rudest most miserable person I have ever seen. This employee named "Mary" obviously hates her job as much as she hates the people spending their hard earned money there. Next time I will go to the MVD where the employees at least treat you like a human being. These places exist so we don't have to use the MVD but with a person like Mary at the window, the MVD is a far more appealing option. Since COVID-19 these people at this business seem to think that they own us. They adjust their hours Without any other notice than to post a piece of paper on their window. Now they make seniors stand in the sun, they won't do anything to keep the place sanitary. people are constantly coming in and out of the photograph chair not getting it cleaned between customers. My wife's been down there now for an hour and a half to get a drivers license renewal she's watched the employees allow their friends to take cuts in the line. it's amazing how much the service depends on us showing up and how little they care about us. I will be going to the DMV next time. That's right, this place was so bad that I would rather go to the dreaded DMV. I felt the misery as soon as I walked in. This is where joy dies. No hello, no how can I help you, no resemblance of a smile when you walk in....just the sweet smell of an outhouse that consumes your senses when you walk through those doors. What really is the truly best part is you have to pay for them to be mean to you! Most tags/title places treat people like a number. Not at MVS! It's obvious they truly care about their clients & the team. They go over the top to help people find solutions. I was able to talk to the owner, Lore, about their service & found out how much she truly cares about her team & each client. They are constantly looking for ways to better serve us during this challenging time with the state services being shut down. I was truly impressed by her approach. First time ever I did traffic survival school. I had years of paying fines and too many points etc. I tried to avoid this traffic school and would have done anything but go. Now I'm glad I went. Been going to there old building a few times and no issues. They just moved recently into a brand new larger place right across the street. I went to go get tags the other day and took almost an hour. There was only 7 others waiting with 3 employees at the windows working. I confronted the person when called to the window and they couldn't explain what the long wait was about, just a gloomy stare back at me no appolgy... nothing.. I went to MVS to get a new drivers license. I got married in December. I had my new ss card that had my new last name on it and marriage license with me. They would not give me a new license...they stated my marriage license wasn't acceptable. "It was just the decorative one given at the court house." I stated that this was the same one I used to get my new ss card and I hadn't been mailed anything else from the court. Still she wouldn't help me. Today I went to the REAL MVD in Apache Junction and they had no problem using the marriage license that I have and I got my new license. I attempted to get a copy of my drivers license and paid $70. After going back 3 times I'd finally had enough. After the third time I was told to pay another $20 or she'd call the cops. Deceitful and dishonest. We used the DMV third party services in the past but this time is outrageous. Before going to this location, we called and were told $25 for non-travel license renewal. When we got there on 10/8, we were charged way higher and Janel (supervisor) told us that this charge is the same for travel and non-travel license renewal (?!). We asked for the price sheet/fee schedule but they did not have one. We called back today 10/9 and were told by Mary again that it should be $25 for non travel. When we got there to dispute, Mary stated per Janel the cost is higher because my dad is a Permanent Resident (?!). She stated AZ DMV charges differently based on the status so they charged him a higher price. I called AZ DMV and spoke to Julia who confirmed the cost is the same for both US citizens and Legal Permanent Residents. She gave me a phone number to file a complaint due to price discrimination. We do not recommend this location to any one. read more

Wonderful service there - from the moment we spoke to someone on the phone to the person taking my son's photo to Kelly. Kelly was amazing! She recognized my son's ID was issued incorrectly by the San Tan independent licensing office (which is full of rude, disinterested employees!) and quickly figured out the problem and resolved it. Kelly was nonjudgmental and very helpful. Something my son and I really needed/appreciated that difficult day. We tried the San Tan office that same day 2 hours before it closed and we were told they stopped taking customers at 4:00. It was 4:05 when we got there and they closed at 6:00! We called this AJ office before going and the person answering the phone was pleasant and helpful. Told us to come down and we would be seen as long as we got there 15 minutes before they closed. We got there in plenty of time and were fortunate to get Kelly as our representative. Thank you, Kelly! My son is in a good place and doing well! read more
