Went there on a Sunday for a title change. In and out of there faster than an In 'n' out drive thru!

Surprised yesterday to find the MVS store at Apache Trail and Meridian stopped checking customers temps and health status at the front door. Yet, customer seating is still 6 feet apart and face masks are required? Some of the service windows are 6 foot spacing but some were only 3 foot today? Two people were talking and laughing at the service window next to mine, only three feet away. Very nervous but I didn't say anything but should have! I think customers should have the right to refuse a service window, when called, when MVS IS NOT USING 6 FOOT SPACING! (This was along the North bank of service windows) Also, a male employee was walking around asking questions to the other clerks with his face mask pulled down. What's all that?? My clerk was friendly and helpful despite her slow PC. Sorry #MVSTagsandTitle but today's scary experience at your AJ store on Meridian was so unnerving you are getting one star. read more

I love this place. I have never had such a positive experience, Kelly made our day. I thought we would be waiting your normal wait but we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Kelly was very friendly and efficient with the process. Thank you Kelly. I would definitely recommend to a friend. read more

I came to your establishment today after a failure of MVD in AJ being able to process my request to have my new drivers license labeled as a veteran due to problems with their camera. I had the good fortune of meeting Kelly who not only took great care of my request but also turned my entire experience into the high point of my day. You and I are both very lucky that you have Kelly on your staff. Thanks Kelly I will see you in the future as all my MV service needs will now be done at MVS. All the best, Duane read more

Everyone here was so very nice and made sure to listen to my concerns and questions, also the fastest service ive ever received at a DMV

The manager Janel is absolutely unprofessional and out of control. Should not be working in customer service. She got in my minor daughters face like chest to chest an proceeded to stick her finger in her face while screaming at her because There was an incident when I took my daughter to get her drivers license. The woman who took her for her road test is hearing impaired an speaks very very low and hard to understand. My daughter was frustrated because on top of being nervous, she could not understand the instructions given to her by the woman. Instead of just asking us to leave, Janel decided to belittle, and yell at my daughter and myself. She had to refrain from putting her hands on my child,. Absolutely crazy. The place isnt bad, but if that who is the manager, I feel sorry for anyone that has to come in contact with her. read more

Peter a certified processor was very helpful today with registering my RV. We will ask for him again.

Kelly was super helpful, got me in n out quickly and made the process much easier then I expected. She answered all my questions with a smile and just made it an overall pleasant experience. I've been here a few times but her service was impeccable compared to anyone else I've dealt with there. Thanks again Kelly! read more

Never had issue here. Longest I have waited was maybe 10 min. Better to spend a little extra than go to the mvd

I have been utilizing MVS Tags and Title for years. I was going to this place when they were located across the street before they moved to where they are now. I went there today and they still have the same great service. Its a MUCH MUCH better experience than going to a government run MVD. I live about 35 minutes away and I continue to give them my business even though there are other satellite locations a lot closer to me. I will always take the extra time to go there rather than anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. read more

My husband had several things we needed to change, on our trust as well as our licenses. He got a great certified processor named Peter. My husband is hard of hearing which made it even more difficult, but this nice man took care of everything with great patience. Thank you!! read more

Fast and very helpful! We got two title transfers, a license and we were out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was super pleasant and good at what they do! read more

Super quick and simple with tags and title, I was able to cancel my plates and gave me information regarding the new Drivers license and that you can get then there. read more

I came to the AJ MVS, and I was helped out by Kelly, who was so helpful. Kelly made the entire process of getting my registration for my 94' Corvette, quick and easy. Kelly provided exceptional service and was very kind. Thank you again! read more

Had great service from Cindy 5-Stars, after an abrasive Mary 1-Star, moved me along. Overall they get a 3-Star from me. Management needs to do a better job at knowing/seeing their staff/customer interactions. Thank You Cindy for going above and beyond. Mary...go find another career, where you don't have to deal with people. Maybe picking up trash along the freeway...no people for you insult or deal with. read more

Had a situation with a death in the family with alot of things snow balling out of control. Roger helped us on so many levels to get where we needed to be to get the old title in our hands. Such an amazing asset to this company. Then when we finally had all the right documents we ended up at Kelly's window. She too went above and beyond to help us to get this truck in order. These two employees need to be recognized for being so knowledgeable and so considerate. Will absolutely use them again in the future. Such nice people who seem to like what they do and it shows. read more

This place used to be the best, since they moved across the street idk what happened but downhill very fast! Wait times are no different than DMV took me 50 min to just to register vehi read more

As a business owner myself I understand it does not hurt to be nice to your customers. Mary assisted me today first she was not friendly, and actually quite nasty and I can tell she does not like her job. Will I come back to this place? no, will I recommend this place? No. I will save myself a convenience fee and go to the MVD. read more

I like the idea of this service. I was in and out. Better than sitting at the DMV all afternoon. But . . . . I would have given more stars if the woman at the main desk where you have to start at wasn't such a headcase! She was very unpleasant. In the middle of helping me she called a manager over and started complaing about all the people (customers) talking to her! She had to be sent to lunch, while everyone told her we love you and giving her hugs! DO NOT work with the Public, if you can't handle it! And if you need hugs, go in the back room! read more

Literally never go here. They are the absolute worst and there are better third party MV services. We have had 2 really bad experiences at this place. I usually try to give people a second chance before leaving a negative review and they totally blew it again. This latest instance I took my little brother who moved here from Ohio to get his temps. He accidentally left his BC in Ohio but he had paystubs, bills. Social Security card and previous ID card. He called and He asked again the lady who was taking his picture if the forms he has was enough to get his ID. She said yes so he proceeded to wait to finish the Paperwork. Over an hour and a half went by and everyone that came in after him got called up. So, he went and asked how much longer it would be and the lady said she never checked him in and he doesn't have the right paperwork. He LITERALLY spoke to them twice when they confirmed the paperwork he has is enough. If it wasn't, we would have just not wasted our time and waited until we had it. They lack complete consideration for their customers. I would literally rather go to an actual DMV and potentially wait longer than give this place my business. They have shown a pattern of terrible customer service and inconsistency. read more

I have used this company many times before and typically had good experiences. Today i had the misfortune of having to deal with the rudest most miserable person I have ever seen. This employee named "Mary" obviously hates her job as much as she hates the people spending their hard earned money there. Next time I will go to the MVD where the employees at least treat you like a human being. These places exist so we don't have to use the MVD but with a person like Mary at the window, the MVD is a far more appealing option. Why do places like this put such miserable people in a position of dealing with the public? read more

Since COVID-19 these people at this business seem to think that they own us. They adjust their hours Without any other notice than to post a piece of paper on their window. Now they make seniors stand in the sun, they won't do anything to keep the place sanitary. people are constantly coming in and out of the photograph chair not getting it cleaned between customers. My wife's been down there now for an hour and a half to get a drivers license renewal she's watched the employees allow their friends to take cuts in the line. it's amazing how much the service depends on us showing up and how little they care about us. Now after my wife has been suffering with these people not wearing masks they tell her that she could've waited in her car read more

Minimal wait for renewing a driver's license and transferring title and re-registering a car. Peter was knowledgeable and efficient - explained the process for the car, had us in and out in a matter of minutes. Well worth the small convenience fees! read more

Great customer service over the phone and in person. I recently sold a truck and needed advice on what to do. They were more than helpful because they told me before hand what to bring in and what steps I needed to take. My wait in the office was about 3 minutes and when I returned to file the sold form I waited maybe 2 minutes. Both times I received excellent help. Thanks! read more

The staff at MVS is always helpful and friendly. By far the best place to do any licensing business!

Inspecting and licensing our RV could have been an ordeal. It wasn't, thanks to the good humor and expertise of Kelly, our Certified Processor. We appreciated the way she made the process so pleasant. Thanks Kelly! read more

Most tags/title places treat people like a number. Not at MVS! It's obvious they truly care about their clients & the team. They go over the top to help people find solutions. I was able to talk to the owner, Lore, about their service & found out how much she truly cares about her team & each client. They are constantly looking for ways to better serve us during this challenging time with the state services being shut down. I was truly impressed by her approach. I will continually support this locally owned small business. read more

I will be going to the DMV next time. That's right, this place was so bad that I would rather go to the dreaded DMV. I felt the misery as soon as I walked in. This is where joy dies. No hello, no how can I help you, no resemblance of a smile when you walk in....just the sweet smell of an outhouse that consumes your senses when you walk through those doors. What really is the truly best part is you have to pay for them to be mean to you! That's right folks as soon as you get called you have to hand over your hard earned money to someone that throws your license and credit card at you. No you read that correctly. I'm not talking about like an over hand throw at my face or anything but instead of handing me my license and card back or setting them down nicely you will have them thrown or I guess a more polite way of saying it.... tossed in your general direction. I just love that. Nothing better than someone not even hiding the fact they truly hate your mere presence standing in front of them. I mean I give them props for living their truth and making me know that they aren't going to take it when I walk up, say hello and ask about their day. read more

The staff used to be so nice here. But since they have expanded and relocated every time we go in there they are rude, unfriendly and don't even offer to help you. Just short and get the F out. Not sure I want to continue to go there. If you don't like your job then quit! read more

First time ever I did traffic survival school. I had years of paying fines and too many points etc. I tried to avoid this traffic school and would have done anything but go. Now I'm glad I went. It was 8 hours long . 115 bucks. The instructors were great. I learned a lot about myself and what I need to change when on the road. Great experience. I so wasn't expecting that. read more

A very smooth and efficient process from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we walk out. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and informative, the room was not crowded and it was clean. There were 3 windows open at 9 am when we arrived and the process they have set up was working well. My wife and I had recently moved from the fallen state of CA and had to get new licenses and register both our cars. Doing this where I came from would have been an all-day affair but we were out of there in 1 hr. and 15 min. A big thank you to the picture taker who was very personable and fun to work with and also to Krissy who plowed through all the paperwork 2 car registrations and licenses would create. She was friendly, very helpful, and very proficient at doing her job. DMV's take a lot of heat regarding their treating of the public and most of the time it seems to be justified but this place was very different, an oasis in the desert of policy frustrations. Thank you to the staff for all your help, it was a great experience all around, Kirby and Jacqui D. read more

Been going to there old building a few times and no issues. They just moved recently into a brand new larger place right across the street. I went to go get tags the other day and took almost an hour. There was only 7 others waiting with 3 employees at the windows working. I confronted the person when called to the window and they couldn't explain what the long wait was about, just a gloomy stare back at me no appolgy... nothing.. Do yourself a favor, the DMV will be be faster and cost u less! read more

I needed to get my title notarized. I went in without an appointment the front desk was able to help me immediately and I was gone with in a couple minutes. read more

Went in figuring we would have a wait or some kind of missing paperwork (just our luck) but thanks to Kelly and her fabulous smile she made this visit painless. We were in an out promptly (less than 15 mins) with everything we needed and she even gave us advise we would be needing in the future to register an out of state trailer. Thanks Kelly! read more

I went to MVS to get a new drivers license. I got married in December. I had my new ss card that had my new last name on it and marriage license with me. They would not give me a new license...they stated my marriage license wasn't acceptable. "It was just the decorative one given at the court house." I stated that this was the same one I used to get my new ss card and I hadn't been mailed anything else from the court. Still she wouldn't help me. Today I went to the REAL MVD in Apache Junction and they had no problem using the marriage license that I have and I got my new license. Since you represent ADOT you should be doing the same thing they do. Your people need to be trained better. Signed...Upset non customer read more

I attempted to get a copy of my drivers license and paid $70. After going back 3 times I'd finally had enough. After the third time I was told to pay another $20 or she'd call the cops. This was on 7/7. The staff was rude (needless to say) and escalated the situation way beyond what was necessary to resolve the situation. read more

This was sooo worth the extra money I would have saved with DMV. Service was quick and informative. Thank you.

You may as well go to the DMV. You could wait 30 mins for your turn, then get someone who doesn't know how to do your paperwork. Waited 1 hour and left. read more

What a great experience! Moved from IL and needed to change 2 titles, plates, DLs. Super easy and the worker was so helpful and friendly.

Deceitful and dishonest. We used the DMV third party services in the past but this time is outrageous. Before going to this location, we called and were told $25 for non-travel license renewal. When we got there on 10/8, we were charged way higher and Janel (supervisor) told us that this charge is the same for travel and non-travel license renewal (?!). We asked for the price sheet/fee schedule but they did not have one. We called back today 10/9 and were told by Mary again that it should be $25 for non travel. When we got there to dispute, Mary stated per Janel the cost is higher because my dad is a Permanent Resident (?!). She stated AZ DMV charges differently based on the status so they charged him a higher price. I called AZ DMV and spoke to Julia who confirmed the cost is the same for both US citizens and Legal Permanent Residents. She gave me a phone number to file a complaint due to price discrimination. We do not recommend this location to any one. read more
