In addition, I left my glasses and they actually called me to let me know. I really like how they do their name plates using license plates and then cut up plates for letters in their names. It's really cool. The color scheme inside the office is god awful however, it definitely is a conversation piece and always makes me feel calm... Maybe that's the point. Apparently, I wasn't the only one who saw that, because several of us showed up to find the doors very much closed. Since these aren't government-run sites, I was surprised they weren't open, especially when so many other businesses were operating that day. That said, I returned later and had the pleasure of being helped by Frank. He was a senior gentleman like myself, and let's just say he operated at a smooth and steady 0.1 miles per hour. But you know what? I appreciated it. He was clearly doing his very best, taking his time, and making sure everything was done properly. At one point, he was mopping the cement floor with a mop, which I don't judge at all however, I did find it a bit unexpected during the process! Because of the slower pace (and the brief housekeeping intermission), my lane took a little longer than the others. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush and was able to wait patiently. In the end, kindness goes a long way. Frank may move at his own speed, but he was respectful and doing honest work. Thank you, sir, for your effort and dedication. Being a kind human really is what matters most.

They were kind enough to let me wait inside even after the closed since he was taking a minute. Waiting area had a few chairs in case it gets busy, but with how quick they are, does anyone really take a seat? Nice touch either way! I have waited in some very long lines in the past in the hot Arizona summer. I have three vehicles and all three needed car emissions testing this year. I recently moved to Mesa and googled this station as a station near enough to have my testing done at. As everyone knows, ADEQ measures the level of pollutants present in vehicle exhaust. The testing itself doesn't take long, but the lines can be long. All three times that I have come to this location, not once did I wait more than 15 minutes. I was surprised on how short the lines were. The people that tested my vehicles were also very nice. This testing facility is located right next to Falcon Field Airport in Mesa. It is a bit of a drive if you live in the central part of the Valley. Maybe that is why the lines are shorter. But this station has definitely given me a better attitude about car emissions testing.
