I am a first time user of 1 Stop Motor Vehicle Services. They were fast, efficent, and friendly. Andy at their Chandler office was great. I renewed my License checked out my Real ID status and discussed the proper documents needed for my wife's upcoming visit. I was the test subject. She asked me to check them out first. Needless to say we will be coming back soon. read more

This MVD stands for "Miraculous Vehicle Department." Who knew it was possible to find an MVD that is fast and efficient and where every employee is kind, patient, and helpful? This place does it all! I'll be honest, I almost don't want to post this review because I don't want crowds of people discovering this gem of a department, but everyone there also deserves these public compliments. A special gracias to Barbi who helped me out in a tough situation with getting temporary registration for my son's truck. Thank you!!! read more

Esmeralda was great! Quickly helped me with a smile and helped me with my DL issue. I also do titles here.. read more

$25.00 additional fee was posted nowhere in their place of business. Cost $37 to replace my license instead of $12. New to the valley and did not know this was not a State MVD (although if I should have). 25 bucks is high price to pay to save a little time and for incompetent service. read more

1Stop is absolutely the place to go for all your Mvd needs! The friendly staff there are total rockstars in my book. They made me feel very welcomed, as though I were talking with a friend, Which to me, speaks volumes about not only her character, but the character of the whole establishment. She calmed my nerves when it was time to finalize the purchase of a my first car in years. I am positively elated! Thank you so very much. You all made me feel better, right then, in the moment, live. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this group of people who didn't just come to work that day. They came to serve. And wow, I am blown away! Congrats team 1Stop! Job well done! *If you are reading this and you are the manager, your staff deserves recognition for excellent customer service and attention to detail... especially Ale, she absolutely rocks! read more

While the service was handled quickly and the employees were helpful and friendly I do not appreciate the fact that while my documents were spread out another customer came up to the window with my SSN, DL and banking documents on full display. read more

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this location. I called ahead and spoke with the front desk, Abigail, who assured me they were slow and to just come in for a Real ID. Upon arrival, I was told my old driver's license wasn't valid and that I needed both a valid driver's license and a passport -- which was never mentioned on the phone. After driving 30 minutes back home to retrieve the requested documents, I returned only to be told I also needed proof of address in the form of mailed documents -- again, something that was not communicated during the initial call or first visit. I went back to my car, found some mail in my glove compartment, and brought it in. At that point, Abigail told me she didn't need them after all. This entire process was inefficient, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. The lack of clear communication and dismissive attitude was frustrating. This experience made what should have been a simple task far more complicated than necessary. I hope this feedback is used to improve service and training at this office. read more

A big thank you to Alex and Stephanie for their amazing customer service! Brought my daughter in for an ID, after being told by a different 3rd party MVD, that she would need to retest for her permit. They informed me she did not and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location! read more

Fast and efficient. I went in there for a out of state title registration. Well worth the service fee vs the regular DMV. On 2/24/2026, Alex was very helpful. The entire staff was friendly as well. read more

We came in to change our address on our Arizona drivers license, after waiting over an hour with an infant, we had to leave. After we left, they CANCELED our drivers license!!! We had to incur more costs to apply for a whole new license elsewhere and we were locked out of our AZMVD.com account! Will be letting the state know about their behavior. Strongly recommend taking your business to another third party. read more

They are horrible. Lost all my paperwork for a vehicle we bought out of state to be registered. I gave them everything and they said it'll be taken care of. Yes a headache and them saying I was never in their office in Queen Creek read more

Super fast service, no appointment necessary. Service fee is a little steep. The convenience is well worth it.

Shout to Liliana, she provided a great customer service experience. She was professional and attentive to my many questions that I asked. Especially being from out of the state she was able to inform me of some very important rules and regulations and other information that I should be aware of. The service was efficient, pleasant, and fast. Good job Liliana, thank you. read more

Wow. Need a license or registration? Come here! Completely different experience than the government-run DMV service centers. People were friendly and helpful. They showed us our license picture to make sure we liked it. Heads up - for a travelers license you need to bring a few bits of official ID such as a passport and two bills. Really appreciated the people working here - they welcomed us in and were pretty efficient - one lady took our picture so we would be ready to go to sign the official papers. read more

Always so helpful and faster than the dmv! They always get my information right and are so nice

Very friendly and helpful staff. Raquel was upbeat, knowledgeable, and answered the many questions we had. Would come to this location again. read more

Very kind service. I had a sticky situation trying to transfer my drivers license, but they literally searched the web to find a resource, then made it easy. Usually I have to run back home to get another document, but they helped me find proof of residency and email it to them. Usually harrowing, they made the process calm and peaceful. One thing... get some weather stripping around those front doors. A one inch gap all around! Keep that cool air in! Show this to your landlord! read more

I want to say thank you to Rachael , for handling a lot of my needs on multiple of my vehicles. Thank you for being patient with me and helping me resolve all of my issues. I always come to this location as the staff is super helpful. read more

3rd party is always the way to go; shorter lines, faster service, but a little more in the way of cost.

This place is amazing. Coming from out of state, they made every transaction so easy and fast. No hassles, no problems. I would recommend 1000%. I got my car registered, title transferred, and True ID. Prices are reasonable but anything is worth the positive experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Next time you need a DMV service, come here! read more

Quick and professional services. Prices are a bit higher than DMV but it's worth not waiting in line.

Very quick and easy process to transfer a title and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The dmv made me wait on 30+ mins outside on hot weather , thank god this guys helped me to get the things done quickly . I suggest everyone whoever moving from other state and wanted to title register your vehicle in Arizona can walk-in directly here with all the proof of documents. read more

Very quick & great customer service. Stephanie is very helpful. In & out. No need to wait in line.

When I went, it was not very busy and one lady greeted me right away. It is evident that some of the workers here are not trained properly in terms of what documents are needed for a name change on a driver's license. On the ADOT website it said all I needed was my SSN card and my marriage certificate/license to which I provided both of those and she said she didn't need those and that I need to go through the court? Then I call the court to confirm whether or not this is true and they said that's not correct and that all I needed was those two things. read more

Super friendly employees and large enough waiting room to sit apart from people. They speak Spanish. Plenty of parking out front and they are open until late-7pm. They have 6 windows to help customers. My only complaint is that there's no sign as to where to check in. So when you walk in, go to window #1 first. Overall, didn't have to wait long for service. They also have the new IDs for airline travel- State ID and Drs License. read more
