I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this location. I called ahead and spoke with the front desk, Abigail, who assured me they were slow and to just come in for a Real ID. Upon arrival, I was told my old driver's license wasn't valid and that I needed both a valid driver's license and a passport -- which was never mentioned on the phone. After driving 30 minutes back home to retrieve the requested documents, I returned only to be told I also needed proof of address in the form of mailed documents -- again, something that was not communicated during the initial call or first visit. I went back to my car, found some mail in my glove compartment, and brought it in. At that point, Abigail told me she didn't need them after all. This entire process was inefficient, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. The lack of clear communication and dismissive attitude was frustrating. This experience made what should have been a simple task far more complicated than necessary. I hope this feedback is used to improve service and training at this office. read more

We came in to change our address on our Arizona drivers license, after waiting over an hour with an infant, we had to leave. After we left, they CANCELED our drivers license!!! We had to incur more costs to apply for a whole new license elsewhere and we were locked out of our AZMVD.com account! Will be letting the state know about their behavior. Strongly recommend taking your business to another third party. read more

Wow. Need a license or registration? Come here! Completely different experience than the government-run DMV service centers. People were friendly and helpful. They showed us our license picture to make sure we liked it. Heads up - for a travelers license you need to bring a few bits of official ID such as a passport and two bills. Really appreciated the people working here - they welcomed us in and were pretty efficient - one lady took our picture so we would be ready to go to sign the official papers. read more

Very kind service. I had a sticky situation trying to transfer my drivers license, but they literally searched the web to find a resource, then made it easy. Usually I have to run back home to get another document, but they helped me find proof of residency and email it to them. Usually harrowing, they made the process calm and peaceful. Super friendly employees and large enough waiting room to sit apart from people. They speak Spanish. Plenty of parking out front and they are open until late-7pm. They have 6 windows to help customers. My only complaint is that there's no sign as to where to check in. So when you walk in, go to window #1 first. Overall, didn't have to wait long for service. They also have the new IDs for airline travel- State ID and Drs License. read more

When I went, it was not very busy and one lady greeted me right away. It is evident that some of the workers here are not trained properly in terms of what documents are needed for a name change on a driver's license. On the ADOT website it said all I needed was my SSN card and my marriage certificate/license to which I provided both of those and she said she didn't need those and that I need to go through the court? Then I call the court to confirm whether or not this is true and they said that's not correct and that all I needed was those two things. read more

Here to get travel license and received very friendly service from Jorge. The first time we came we forgot some information and there was no wait. When we came back there were more people and my mom and I expected a long wait but the employees took care of everyone waiting in a quick and timely manner. The ladies up at the front were cordial, but the ones in the back were not. I heard them talking bad about Black Lives Matter on top of everything. I was misgendered, and was told to provide "Proof" of me being transgender, they would also not change my gender on my license without said proof. This was the absolute worst experience I had. I held back my tears because As a trans person, being told you HAVE to put a dead gender on your license because you can't "prove" your trans is absolutely disgusting. Will NEVER come back. And if your trans, make sure you have PROOF. read more
