The lady that I got was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the jump she had an awful attitude and did not let me speak. She interrupted multiple times while I was trying to explain my situation. Her name is MARINA. She clearly did not want to help me with a bonded title, tried to pass it off to someone else. I'm so upset that someone who has a "customer service representative" position can be so rude and nasty. Steven- thank you for your timely response. I appreciate the insight! The issue was not the explanation, it was Marina. She has a horrible attitude and clearly did not want to help. In addition, I left my glasses and they actually called me to let me know. I really like how they do their name plates using license plates and then cut up plates for letters in their names. It's really cool. The color scheme inside the office is god awful however, it definitely is a conversation piece and always makes me feel calm... Maybe that's the point.
