Beautiful lobby. Nice helpful people. Short wait. Way better experience than any regular MVD.

Terrible service for no reason. I'd rather be at the real dmv and that says a lot. Going there now actually. read more

The worst customer service ever and we've been a couple of times. This last time, we checked in at 3:45, sat for 20 minutes only to be told they were closing and what we were looking to have done wasn't an option without an appointment. The attitude of the lady (not sure if each had their own desk but the desk with the woman at on the far right) was out of this world unprofessional. Once again, if you can't be kind or provide a fake sense of understanding don't be in a customer service role. read more

Place used to be good. Went in today to register a UTV. Lady in front center desk about 60, lump on back of her neck. Short and rude. she asked if I took the online quiz. I told her no, then she said you can do it at home for free or for fifteen dollars here which I responded.I'll pay the 15 bucks as its convenient. She was shocked. Brings me to a computer and she can't figure it out. Turns to me and says they're having computer issues. This is literally 30 minutes later. Been going here for at least 10 years. Never ever again. Avoid this place like the plague. When I asked for her manager, she said "we don't have one"...Avoid! read more

I would highly recommend coming here! They very knowledgeable and helpful. Cheryl was wonderful!

Super fast and kind! I was able to call and place an appointment in minutes and when I got in it only took about 15 minutes and everyone was kind and friendly! Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place! read more

Been to this location before and the lady was extremely helpful. Most recently I was helped by Marianne who flat refused to help me. She had 0 information on probate court selling a deceased persons car and told me to go somewhere else. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. read more

Came in to get a drivers license, we had Lauren, pretty rude not nice at all. She shouldn't work with the public. Never come back here.

Worst customer service ever!!! said they closed at 3:30 guy said if I got there by then he would help ..got there 3:20 they close @4 mind you ... they were helping me out. Then red headed ginger guy literally came out at 3:51 with my paperwork acting like he's bigger and bad or something like he owns the joint ... as I'm on the phone trying to get my documentation so I can go home to my cousin's funeral all I'm doing is updating my travel ID and he says they usually close at 3:30 so there's nothing they can do doesn't say sorry just gives me nasty attitude\ Look shakes his head and walks away... and it's 10 minutes before they closed and they already took all my documentation... all they need was my proof of residence emailed to them which they didn't wanna wait for even though they closed 10 minutes prior .. the guy couldn't even wait nor did he have sympathy for anything what I was going through. I would not recommend anybody coming here and if you do, they will smile in your face, but I can guarantee you they don't truly want to help you out... that was very selfish of them.... If I'm being honest, that guy sat on his phone scrolled on TikTok like he was some sort of help to somebody.... I'm gonna be honest that guy never looked like he helped the soul in his life... he was rude unprofessional.. not courteous whatsoever.. I mean, I'm sure he probably treats his mother the same way I wouldn't be surprised... great way to represent desert title services let alone your self... sure he sleeps good at night knowing he ain't worth a damn sitting on his ass all day... lol if you wanna help somebody help them, don't hide behind the counter and play tough guy fr. You were only acting tough because you were on the clock and that's a fact.... read more

I love this establishment. They make your life so easy when it comes to menial, administrative tasks like drivers license and title transfers. There's usually no wait to possibly a 5-10minute wait. The service is super friendly and efficient (especially compared to what you encounter at most DMVs). There's plenty of parking and convenient hours as well. read more

I've been coming to Desert Title for years. It's got a beautiful lobby and comfortable waiting area with cushy chairs. Definitely does not feel anything like the DMV. I checked in and wait about 20 to 30 minutes because they were having an extra busy day. So glad to hear that this Third Party is thriving! It's definitely the way to go! Once it was my turn I was welcomed by Chris T who was friendly and courteous but fast and down to business. He wasted no time reviewing my paperwork, inputting the transaction, running my card and providing me with my receipt. I don't think I even was at the window for ten minutes. It's so worth the extra ten bucks. I'll be back and looking for you Chris! Good job! read more

Yet again, in and out in minutes with great customer service. Answered the phone in one ring and had a knowledgeable person who told me exactly what I needed to bring. Tack on the reasonable price and I have no idea why anyone goes to DMV. read more

If there was a fifth star for excellent I would select that. I visited this location to title and register an old pickup I just bought, arriving shortly after opening at 8:00am. I was helped within minutes by Andrea. She quickly and efficiently completed all the paperwork and database requirements with a great attitude and humor. The whole process actually fun. read more

Walked in today 45 minutes before closing to get my son's driver's license--he has passed the road test and had a permit for six months, so just the paperwork. The place was empty--no one being helped, no one waiting. With three staff looking at us with empty chairs we were told they don't do walk-ins anymore, and the next appointment is 11 days away. The irony of this is not merely that no one was being helped in the office at that time, but that my eldest son had walked in to Desert Title THIS morning--the same day--and got help to replace his license without an appointment. read more

Walked in on a Monday and got all three of our cars registration and title's done in less than an hour. We also arrived late for drivers license service but John was able to accommodate us and got all three of us taken care of. He was so friendly, helpful and professional. Wish more people were like him. Management... John deserves recognition and a raise! Thanks again John! Great service read more

If you don't wanna wait at the DMV these folks are good and fairly fast. They will get your stuff done right. And very professional service without the attitude. read more

Best 3rd party service ever! I've been using their services for years. From the owner down, the customer service is always PRO.

Rude, unprofessional, sarcastic. Please do.not go here for your title needs. Woman behind counter was scowling and did not feel like explaining what I needed to do to sign over the title from my daughter's car to myself. Will never go here again. read more

I went here for the first time based on positive reviews. I needed to transfer my out of state tag and title and had been putting it off as I am a procrastinator. I checked in and only had to wait a few minutes before my name was called. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant and ten minutes later I was on my way. It definitely better than waiting for who knows how long at the DMV. I would definitely go back. read more

I love this place for services. They are so friendly. Answer all my questions. The wait is very fast. I will always go here for all my registration and license needs read more

The lady at the desk was so nice and sweet. But the lady who did our daughter's drivers test was a nightmare. She was so unfriendly, she made no eye contact, and she terrified my daughter. My daughter was so stressed she broke out in hives. She failed my daughter for speeding. But my daughter was so confused as she didn't know she was speeding. She never speeds. On top of everything the car seat still smells from this lady. If you want a nice driver's test experience DO NOT go here. read more

Super easy! Most definitely beats going to a DMV. I went in, provided personal documents, and came out.

Friendly staff, affordable responsive. Very much recommend this place. I will be going to them any time I need a new windshield.

Friendly employees, almost no wait time. Would go back again awesome experience. Got everything I needed to get done quick

Overpriced and rude workers charging triple them out as a regular DMV they were very unhelpful

I was the only person in Desert Title this afternoon. There were 3 ladies at the counter, 1 person checking me in and 1 lady that everyone treated as though she were the manager. Again, I was the only customer in the store; they checked me in and told me to have a seat. The lady whom checked me in began chatting with another lady from the back whom came out with brownies about eating, the manager talked to 2 of the 3 ladies sitting at computers at the front counter--they all just kept typing away and leaving me siting there--no other customers in the store front yet they did not seem to want to start a transaction with me. Granted I only waited 5 minutes but when no one else is in the store and the workers were chit-chatting. I left as I do not feel that when there are no customers; a customer should be made to wait while they do computer work for people whom are not in the store front or while they chit-chat. In the past I have always had good service at this location. I will give them another shot in the future but today I received very poor customer service. read more

I love this place it is quick, clean, and simple. I never plan to go back to the MVD. I can do everything I need to do here and MUCH quicker! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is really relaxing. I highly recommend this location. read more

Desert Title Services - This is the waiting area...MUCH BETTER THAN THE MVD! - Departments of Motor Vehicles Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Super fast, friendly service. In and out for a new drivers license in under 30 minutes

A little bit of a wait. There must have been 10 people in the back and there were about 6 people in the waiting room. But oly one window on each side open. Waited almost 2 hours. The ladies were very helpful and friendly. read more

I called 3 separate times with questions regarding title and portion plates. I get there and wait, get called up and the dealer/fleet gentleman says they don't do portion plates. Why did no one say that the THREE times I called to ask about it!?! read more

Online hours say open to 6. I was turned away for arriving at 550. I was told, "we close at 6 and your transaction would take more than 10 mins." The attitude of the 3 women was terrible. Poor service especially during this time of the year. Veronica is lazy read more

I called around 10 AM to make sure that I could come in to get a replacement registration, arrived around 11 PM Caylee at the front desk, older woman, assisted me with a disgusting attitude and did not even make eye contact with me. Make sure to call multiple times to make sure they're actually giving you the correct information. One employee will tell you you need specific paperwork, then you'll wake up early, take time off of work, wait 30 minutes after check in because there's only 2 employees working the desks, to arrive and have another employee say you actually don't need any of the paperwork the original employee said and you actually need something completely different. I'd avoid this location to save yourself the headache and wasted time. read more
