The hispanic older lady with shoulder length dyed brown hair was nasty and rude to me. Firstly, she yelled my address for the patron to the left and right of me to hear even though my address was on my driver's license. All she had to say was, is the address on the driver's license current instead of yelling personal information. Then she took my debit card to the back out of view, when I went to the far left window to watch her, she said can I help you!? I explained that I had recent fraud on my card from a business who stole my card information. She relied in a nasty tone, "YOU CAN BRING CASH!". When I asked to speak to a manager or owner she did the smart thing nasty managers do and said, "You're talking to her" with a smug look. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Good people are trying to find jobs and you have people like this who feel entitled for reasons I can't understand, chose to work in customer service and have a nasty disposition. read more

Little surprised by all the negative reviews. I've visited this location over the years for several title changes, both my kids getting their DLs and most recently to get my travel DL. I arrived on a Thursday afternoon around 3:30pm, took a number and went to the lady by the camera. She was very sweet, gave me the paper I needed to fill out and took my pic. They called my number before I was even done taking my picture so I walked up to the window. Yajaira was assisting me, got all my documents together and scanned in. Unfortunately there was an error with ADOT accepting the forms and the system was asking to scan a document that was not needed. She said the error sometimes happens and they had to call the MVD to clear it out and it could be 30 min or maybe even the next day, but she would call me and let me know as soon as it was taken care of. I did get a call and VM about an hour later saying all was fixed and I was okay to come back. She said if I was coming back that day or the next to just come to her window. The next day they were calling me again, which I thought was odd since she had left such a detailed VM. I answered and she said "I just wanted you to know you'll need to retake your picture." I thought that was so nice! Who wants to have an unexpected DL pic? I definitely did not anticipate having to retake my photo so appreciated the heads up. I returned Friday afternoon just after 5pm. I walked up to her window and she sent me over to get a new pic. By the time I was done she had everything ready to go. I was in and out in less than 10 min. weird experience, there's 2 lady's that come off pretty rude, one was a younger lady & had observed my driving test and I didn't do the best but as soon as I parked back at the MVS she just got out the car and didn't say a word. it was very hostile & unprofessional. Have been here a few times for different services, mainly getting an updated driver's license. They are open 6 days a week with hours that are convenient when you get off work later in the day and can't make it to the regular DMV. The people here are very helpful and friendly. They are located in a rather skeezy shopping center at Alma School Rd & Warner Rd, however. Beware of weird people roaming the shopping center. read more

I have been coming to this 3rd party for years and have brought my kids here for their permits and DL's and have actually had a good experience even if there was a wait. Tino, Jeffrey, another gentleman and another lady were all helpful and welcoming EXCEPT for 1 CSR, Marcia Q! She seems like a miserable lady who thinks she knows everything but instead acts ignorant, RUDE and very ghetto! Not sure who's been lying to her, but I guess I would be miserable too if I had the ridiculously botched lip injections and gross BBL she has. Like lady spend less time filling yourself up and take some time learning about customer service because not only do you look ridiculous but you act ridiculous and very unprofessional! If you go to this establishment, try to avoid "Marcia" and her miserable self. This place used to be busy with business and now it looks empty! What a shame. This establishment is awful and deliberately fail people. This a scam and the compassion for other is definitely not there. The find ways to fail you even when you are asked to demonstrate certain task and it was done correctly. How can fail someone who has driven out state several times with another individual who has witnessed their driving skills and fail them three times.. Actually they added some of their own rules that was not on the sheet. The employee also asked questions that was not related to driving which was very demeaning and racial profiling. I went to register a new vehicle shipping in from out of state on a Saturday on a busy holiday weekend. They got me a 3 day permit which I could not do on my home computer so some MVD issue. Once I had the permit I was able to legally drive to them and get a level 1 inspection and get temp tags until my plates arrived which they did on just a few weeks. Since I had to get the vehicle and bring it back I thought I would have to wait in line again but the agent that originally helped me finished with his customer and walked out to me to inspect the car. Everything was quick and easy and worth the service charges. The staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly go back again. Great customer service! read more

Usually I cool off from these things right away but this one really chapped my ass. So I decided to take it a step further and get a hold of the manager and let him know about the situation, Rigo was his name. Rigo never responded to any of my phone messages. I took it another step further and filed a complaint with motor vehicle. Rigo has people working for him who have no idea how to use their computer database. This particular employee misapplied $500 cash that I paid and when I confronted her about it, she told me that I needed to take it up with motor vehicle instead of trying to fix it or ask someone for help when it was clearly her error. I had to pay a fee that my ex had been slapped with when we owned vehicles together. I couldn't get my car registered until I paid his $500 fee. So when I paid the idiot working here $500 cash, she tells me that she can't register my vehicle because I still owe $500. I ask her to show me on her computer where it says that owe an additional $500 and she flips her monitor around and shows me some information that has my cars year, make and model but no $500 fee. I told her that she didn't know what she was talking about nor did she know how to work a computer and she shouldn't be handling peoples money if she doesn't know what she's doing. I asked for my money back so I could take it to another business, she said no. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. So I left. Since it was end of business, I had to wait until the next day to get my tags from the DMV. Of course when I go there, they tell me I owe $500. I give them the receipt and after a while, the lady comes back and said "good thing you held onto this receipt, the person who you paid misapplied the funds and we would have never been able to find it if you didn't have this receipt." Ha! Well, it's a good thing to know that even really, really stupid people with careless attitudes can still find work here! ***Kevin U. Thanks for the scolding but I gave the manager, Rigo every opportunity to rectify the situation and had he returned my phone calls, this review would never have been posted. Other people in the area need to be aware of the business practices going on here. Only 3 windows open out of 7 at 1:30 on a weekday. So if you want to wait as long as you would at the DMV, it's a great idea to come here. The DMV sloths in Zootopia move at the speed of light compared to the pace of the employees here. But bring money to pay their fees on top of the DMV fees. And also be sure to bring a book to read or a scarf to knit, because you'll be waiting a ridiculously long time. Or better yet, be smarter than me, and just go to the DMV. read more

Out-of-state registrants BEWARE! Being new to the state of Arizona, I went to the MVD website which showed a list of MVD contracted third parties. There is not a disclaimer on the MVD website that these third party companies can charge WHATEVER they want!! I showed up at this particular location at 4:15 pm only to find the self-serve number system to be non-operational. I notified one of the employees of this matter, yet she never replaced the paper. Fast forward 25 minutes of waiting when all the numbers were called and one of the gentleman that works there starts looking at the lobby full of patrons, but no numbers to call. I informed him that I had already advised that the number system did not have paper and he immediately came out and replaced it. This caused approximately 15 different groups to have to try and figure out who was there first and get their numbers in order. Once I finally got my number, I was called to the window to process two out of state driver's licenses. Both my daughter and I did the prefill so all of our information was already in the system - this is suppose to expedite the process - WRONG!! The lady who was assisting us told us we needed to have our photos taken, so we went to the photo area - only to have them switch our paperwork so my photo was on my daughter's ID and mine was associated with her pre-filled information. Because of that we got to stand in line a second time to have another photo processed. One would think that since we completed the online application with MVD and brought in our barcode, that we should quickly be able to get our id's - wrong again! This particular lady took 25 minutes to process our two preregistered ID's while the gentleman working next to her assisted five patrons in the same amount of time. The total time it took to process two driver's licenses when there were five people ahead of us when we arrived was almost an 1 hr 20 minutes. It was bad enough that it took forever - but then the kicker - the CONVENIENCE fee of using this 3rd party company was $45!!! What would have been $32 at the MVD was upcharged to $77 for a DL and it took LONGER than the wait time at the MVD. I decided NOT to process my title/registration after realizing they were gauging patrons for simple services. I went to the Mesa MVD the following day and had 20 people ahead of me in line - shocker - it took only 30 minutes for me to register four vehicles with no add-on fees. This place is a joke!! I guess if you have no option but to go here because of your hours - you have no choice but to pay their undisclosed "extra" processing fees. I would recommend bringing along something to read because of all the staff working that day - only the gentleman seemed to be assisting customers. read more

CLUELESS I called ahead to ask if a "state copy" of my daughters birth certificate would be OK to use to get her license. I was told yes Brought it in and it says clearly on the top left "state copy" and I was told by the girl at the counter it was not sufficient. When I said I called ahead and was told the state copy would work she handed me all the paperwork back and said "Sorry" We went to the next closest 3rd party DMV and got her license in 5 minutes. You may need to train your employees better to not only know what they are doing but to be all on the same page. My guess is if I went to a different window in the same place I would have had no issue. My daughter and I came today to take her drivers permit test. This permit test is a written exam instead of on the computer like a regular DMV. My daughter had to test in the lobby surrounded by other loud customers. There was a little girl screaming at the top of her lungs the entire time and another woman cussing at one employee explaining he was an idiot and her problem wasn't rocket science. How can anybody expect to test while all that commotion is going on? At least at the DMV, they take the testers into a separate quiet room so they are away from the loudness. What a waste of $30. Opened an hour later than listed, took forever, and honestly not very convenient.. I had just moved to Arizona from California and I was looking to get my new ID. I took an Uber to this location to be there EXACTLY at 8am when they opened, because I didn't want to wait in line. When I got there the doors were still locked, it was dark inside, and I was the only one waiting out front. I continued to wait because I really needed to just get it done. 10 minutes later a bright red car came screaming into the parking lot, parked in the handicap spot, and then a woman jumped out of the vehicle. She stated that she worked at this location however the ONLY person with the key to the building will not be coming to work. She told me I will have to wait another hour because a janitor from 45 minutes away was going to bring the spare key to open the building. Since I didn't want to pay for another uber home and back again I decided to just wait there with the woman. The employee was there to essentially tell people what was going on and all of them got back in their cars and left... after an hour of waiting the janitor finally showed up and opened the building. I was let inside however, I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to set up all the machines and count the money etc in the end I did get my ID taken care of, but it took me longer than an hour and a half. This was a huge inconvenience to me and everyone else who was turned away. An easy way for management to be able to prevent this problem from happening again is to have a 2nd supervisor or manager have the key, so that they can still open on time and help their customers. read more
