I selected this location to update my driver's license photo. Mitzi served me and the process went smoothly in under 30 minutes. Since the business is a third party establishment, there's a $15 convenience fee with the MVD fee, and if you pay with a credit card there's a surcharge fee. I received my renewed license in the mail in a week. Best of all, I met their dog, a golden doodle named "Giselle"! read more

Carolina was awesome she was fast she answered all my questions and concerns would recommend

I called andChristi answered the phone, she was so kind and helpful with answering my questions for my out-of-state registration application. Positive tone and helpful service, normally people who answer the phone anywhere you call can get annoyed, but not here! read more

I needed to get my real ID and nothing like waiting till the last minute to do so. Based on other Yelp Reviews, I drove over to EZ title and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The clerk was incredibly pleasant and professional. He was very efficient and I got through the process so quickly! Yes, you pay a fee to use a third-party provider, but I saved myself a ton of time and I feel like I'm buying my time back. I would definitely go to this location again for any title or ADOT needs read more

Super convenient, time saving alternative to the DMV. I initially visited EZ title&reg for my travel ID, and have since returned after my vehicle was totaled in an accident and I was confused while navigating the salvage process. They were very helpful and provided me with next steps and general advice regarding the process. Friendly and knowledgeable office staff. 10/10! read more

This is the only place we go for MVD work if needed. The people are always nice and answer all of our questions. It has always been quick and easy to do our paperwork here. Highly recommend! read more

Everything was effortless and I am so sorry, I don't remember the young man's name who was one of the kindest most efficient humans. I've met the space is so clean. Parking is easy. It's quite not crowded at all like other title places. I will be using them for all of my third-party MVD needs. The young man had the most adorable service dog with him as well. She was so sweet made my visit even more memorable. read more

I had to get my car re-registered, I was in and out within maybe 5 minutes! Best experience at the MVD so far lol. Everyone was friendly, the lobby was clean and the prices are extremely reasonable. read more

Very rude customer service. I was trying to get additional information regarding the service I was requesting and the employee was very rude and confrontational. After I was told that they would not be able to process the service I was requesting, the employee held onto my documents and continued to look into my DMV account. I feel unsafe with the way my records and documents were handled. My issue is not that the service could not be processed. I understand I was missing a document. My issue is how the information was conveyed and how my documents were managed after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. read more

I was dreading to go to the DMV to renew my car registration. I decided to check this place out and I am so happy I did. It was a Wednesday afternoon prior to a holiday and I thought it would be crazy busy. It wasn't busy at all and I was in and out of there in less than 15 mins! Shocking. Never have I ever renew a car registration or anything else at a DMV in such a short time. I honestly though maybe she forgot to do something :-). She didn't forget anything, of course. I HIGHLY recommend this place. read more

I'm disappointed that I'm seemingly the first to have a negative experience at this place, but they charged me $15 for a service they never completed, and then made excuses for it over the phone when I called them about it weeks later. My vehicle never came with a paper title, only an electronic one, so I came here to request a paper title be mailed to me and paid their $15 fee (even though the MVD's fee is only $4; I paid extra because Sav U Time is close to me). Three weeks later I hadn't received the title in the mail, so I called. Sav U Time told me there was no guarantee that the title would be mailed (?!) and to submit some other form to the buyer of my vehicle instead. So I submitted that form, and it didn't even do the intended result. Two months later, I'm still without a title for my car, but out $15. read more

This place is so fantastically helpful. I purchased a vehicle out of state and did not know how to properly register it here in Arizona and Veronica took the time to show me exactly what to do. I went to another competitor first down the street and had a horrific experience so I was very grateful to find this business and I will be going back to them for all of my registration needs going forward. read more

Needed to transfer a car title to new owner and get them their temporary plates. Fast, no line. Much better than waiting at the DMV!

The ladies in this office are wonderful! The set-up for current pandemic issues is also very good. Each time I called with a question about the transaction we needed to prepare for, one of the lovely ladies in this office answered the call and answered every question with clear instructions and in a very professional manner. Our visit to the office went very well. The set-up, with the workers behind a permanent partition with plexiglass shields at each work station (window), with a small space at the bottom to slide things back and forth, and small holes higher up in the plexiglass to hear back and forth, made this a very good way to minimize exposure at this difficult time. The person who actually did the transaction when we came to the office was very efficient, patient and helpful. Thank you ladies for helping us get this done in spite of the difficult times we are all experiencing. read more

The staff is helpful and friendly. And I appreciate the convenience and know it has a price. I was just disappointed that they charged $15 for a paper title when it only costs $4 online on the MVD website and is like a 5 minute transaction. $10 would be more reasonable. Save the money if you want a paper title and go online and request a duplicate title - it's just $4. To the person who never got their title, that's disappointing as I got my two titles in less than a week. read more

Super easy, friendly staff in a well maintained building. I applied for a 30 day registration and was shocked at how painless it was. There are service fees since they're independently owned but you get what you pay for l. Efficient employees who know what they're talking about. read more

I spend very little time sorting out a very stressful and complex title situation there. I was so so grateful for having Alex hep me and she helped make the problem go smooth and solved.
