The clerk was incredibly pleasant and professional. He was very efficient and I got through the process so quickly! Yes, you pay a fee to use a third-party provider, but I saved myself a ton of time and I feel like I'm buying my time back. Everything was effortless and I am so sorry, I don't remember the young man's name who was one of the kindest most efficient humans. I've met the space is so clean. Parking is easy. It's quite not crowded at all like other title places. I will be using them for all of my third-party MVD needs. The young man had the most adorable service dog with him as well. Very rude customer service. I was trying to get additional information regarding the service I was requesting and the employee was very rude and confrontational. After I was told that they would not be able to process the service I was requesting, the employee held onto my documents and continued to look into my DMV account. I feel unsafe with the way my records and documents were handled. My issue is not that the service could not be processed. I understand I was missing a document. My issue is how the information was conveyed and how my documents were managed after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. read more

I was dreading to go to the DMV to renew my car registration. I decided to check this place out and I am so happy I did. It was a Wednesday afternoon prior to a holiday and I thought it would be crazy busy. It wasn't busy at all and I was in and out of there in less than 15 mins! Shocking. Never have I ever renew a car registration or anything else at a DMV in such a short time. I honestly though maybe she forgot to do something :-). She didn't forget anything, of course. I'm disappointed that I'm seemingly the first to have a negative experience at this place, but they charged me $15 for a service they never completed, and then made excuses for it over the phone when I called them about it weeks later. My vehicle never came with a paper title, only an electronic one, so I came here to request a paper title be mailed to me and paid their $15 fee (even though the MVD's fee is only $4; I paid extra because Sav U Time is close to me). Three weeks later I hadn't received the title in the mail, so I called. Sav U Time told me there was no guarantee that the title would be mailed (?!) and to submit some other form to the buyer of my vehicle instead. So I submitted that form, and it didn't even do the intended result. Two months later, I'm still without a title for my car, but out $15. read more

The ladies in this office are wonderful! The set-up for current pandemic issues is also very good. Each time I called with a question about the transaction we needed to prepare for, one of the lovely ladies in this office answered the call and answered every question with clear instructions and in a very professional manner. Our visit to the office went very well. The set-up, with the workers behind a permanent partition with plexiglass shields at each work station (window), with a small space at the bottom to slide things back and forth, and small holes higher up in the plexiglass to hear back and forth, made this a very good way to minimize exposure at this difficult time. The person who actually did the transaction when we came to the office was very efficient, patient and helpful. I was just disappointed that they charged $15 for a paper title when it only costs $4 online on the MVD website and is like a 5 minute transaction. $10 would be more reasonable. Save the money if you want a paper title and go online and request a duplicate title - it's just $4. To the person who never got their title, that's disappointing as I got my two titles in less than a week. read more
