Go to the MVD, generally useless. I decided to skip the line at the mvd and go here to register my car. They complained and complained about paperwork missing improper. I just went to the mvd and registered it with no hassles in 20 min. The people here don't know the rules and generally incompetent. Btw, Friday afternoon at 2:30 is the best time to go to the mvd, rocket fast service. read more

After local DMV had a no appointments decided to give this spot a go. I just purchased a Humvee and while it is kinda a grey area getting it registered I was really impressed with how quick and knowledgeable the staff was. I worked with Kim and she was great. Knew exactly what to do and I was in and out. Thanks! read more

"WASTED 40 MINUTES OF MY LIFE." The guy working here didn't even know if they could process a suspension traffic ticket. I had to tell him to double check because I intentionally called to make sure and the nice woman over the phone said they did. I'm getting conflicting information. He asked his Coworker and corrected him. Then they tell me I need an SR22 FORM! My question is why DIDNT THEY TAKE THE TIME OVER PHONE TO TELL ME THIS SO I COULD HAVE DONE IT BEFORE ARRIVING. I was furious but kept it to myself. The older gentleman was uninterested in helping me. He was more interested in yelling at "ALEXA" to change the song. Never coming here again and I don't recommend this place to anyone! read more

It was a really long wait I waited around an hour and then was told that I couldn't get my restricted license til dec 17. 2025 which was not true I could get it after 90 days. They were busy and training so I'm assuming they just didn't wanna help. I went to gg&d down the street and got my restricted license that day. read more

Fast and efficient place to get travel id license. Crystal very helpful. Late afternoon and no wait!

Evelyn has excellent customer service and pays attention to detail! Super fast and. Friendly! We love coming here!

Went in for a drivers test with my teenage daughter and they wouldn't do the test because the door handle on the car was loose. Fine just give me a refund... nope, wouldn't give money back even though they provided no service. Just criminals running a scam here. Avoid at all cost. read more

Raquel was attentive, quick, and so very polite. She answered all my questions and helped me with my title transfer.

Let me start by saying that the ladies who work here are very kind, I called and was treated very pleasantly by the lady who answered the phone. Then I had the misfortune of being helped by the gentleman working. I filled out the application for a new driver's license and when he asked for the document, I tried to slide the clipboard I was provided under the window (I didn't know it wouldn't fit). He then rudely commanded me to remove the paper from the clipboard and shook his head at me like I was literally the most unintelligent person on the planet. Literally like I was an idiot alien baby who could only communicate through farts. Like I had personally insulted his master intelligence by being so intellectually challenged that my mere presence was an insult to higher education and epistemology itself. I may be stupid but I'm not dumb. I wish I had gotten his name, but apparently my 2 brain cells were too busy doing something else. Also he didn't warn me before he took the DL picture, but even if he had, I would probably not have noticed because apparently I am a Neanderthal. read more

Fast, friendly, and helpful. Had a couple different things that needed taking care of and they were efficient!

While the location was more convenient to get to than traditional MVD offices, the friendliness left something to be desired. Additionally, after being quoted a price for road test/travel ID driver license package consistently 3 times, when asked for payment, the clerk asked me to pay $20.00 more than the quoted price. I will affirm, however, that the initial price was honored after a brief conversation. The conversation included my calling attention to the $45.00 convenience fee that was already included. read more

I mean they are a title loan company and all title loan companies are poop but I wouldn't do business with them again. Got a title loan for my car. Later decided I needed to sell vehicle. Title loan only in the amount of 1450$ and my vehicle sold for 5000$ CarMax had to haggle with them on the phone for a 10-15 day payoff on a LOAN! It was like pulling teeth!!This is a normal procedure to get a payoff on a loan. They COULDNT PROVIDE A PAYOFF?! Stupidity read more

I had a complicated issue with a title for a vehicle I was trying to sell and didn't want to wait in line at the MVD so I decided to go here instead. The store was clean and there were multiple people at the counter. I was helped by Rosa who was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue in just a few minutes. I will definitely be coming back here for anything MVD related! read more

Pretty quick and easy to get ADOT requirements done. Took less than 30 minutes and that including waiting. I highly recommend coming here and paying the extra fees rather than waiting at the MVD. read more

Needed a replacement Drivers license ASAP & Angie made the experience so easy and fun. Love the customer service I received today.

Do not do business with this company. They are crooks!! They have double charged my bank and then expected ne yo call them to have it fixed when THEY KNEW THEY DID IT!! I got a huge run around and it was terrible. Go to a company that has better service, common sense and morals. This company is completely incompetent!! Dmsave yourself the headache! read more

Better you try your luck in different place because this place are busy to give people loans not to give DMV service!!

I called ahead at open to confirm the service needed was available, expressed that I lived in Tucson and would be making a drive. When I got there, I was met by a snotty girl (I can only assume it was prejudice towards me) and told the service wasn't available. After driving 2 hours ... read more

I am never one to leave yep reviews. Use this place unless you want to be scammed out of money and so called be "helped" by rude people. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. read more

Way to make it easy to do business with your company.... NOT. Not only do you not have your information on your website for which location does what, you don't have times either. Voluntary travel ID at all your locations? No. Every open day? No. Same procedures each day you actually do them? No. And not a bit of information when you call or on your website. Fail. Big fail. Gg&D driver services, however, DOES do all of that. Lost my business to them. read more

I had very positive experience with them! Their APR for my title loan is the lowest in the industry. Literally, if you are in the situation that you need to pawn your title, and you are in Phoenix, AZ area, then don't even think where to go. I suggest 1Stop! read more
