"WASTED 40 MINUTES OF MY LIFE." The guy working here didn't even know if they could process a suspension traffic ticket. I had to tell him to double check because I intentionally called to make sure and the nice woman over the phone said they did. I'm getting conflicting information. He asked his Coworker and corrected him. Then they tell me I need an SR22 FORM! My question is why DIDNT THEY TAKE THE TIME OVER PHONE TO TELL ME THIS SO I COULD HAVE DONE IT BEFORE ARRIVING. It was a really long wait I waited around an hour and then was told that I couldn't get my restricted license til dec 17. 2025 which was not true I could get it after 90 days. Let me start by saying that the ladies who work here are very kind, I called and was treated very pleasantly by the lady who answered the phone. Then I had the misfortune of being helped by the gentleman working. I filled out the application for a new driver's license and when he asked for the document, I tried to slide the clipboard I was provided under the window (I didn't know it wouldn't fit). He then rudely commanded me to remove the paper from the clipboard and shook his head at me like I was literally the most unintelligent person on the planet. Literally like I was an idiot alien baby who could only communicate through farts. Like I had personally insulted his master intelligence by being so intellectually challenged that my mere presence was an insult to higher education and epistemology itself. I may be stupid but I'm not dumb. I wish I had gotten his name, but apparently my 2 brain cells were too busy doing something else. While the location was more convenient to get to than traditional MVD offices, the friendliness left something to be desired. Additionally, after being quoted a price for road test/travel ID driver license package consistently 3 times, when asked for payment, the clerk asked me to pay $20.00 more than the quoted price. I will affirm, however, that the initial price was honored after a brief conversation. I mean they are a title loan company and all title loan companies are poop but I wouldn't do business with them again. Got a title loan for my car. Later decided I needed to sell vehicle. Title loan only in the amount of 1450$ and my vehicle sold for 5000$ CarMax had to haggle with them on the phone for a 10-15 day payoff on a LOAN!
