Then all of a sudden they were interested in helping me, but it backfired when it took them so long to come back and say they couldn't help me that they then say they cannot go back far enough in time to when I had asked them to cancel my coverage, so I am stuck paying for two policies for the overlap period, which again, apparently there is nothing they can do to help with. When the other driver is clearly at fault, who was on their mobile, not looking ahead and they ram into the side of your car, Progressive reply is you MUST use your collision to cover the damages. It took me continuous submission of the same photos, I had to do all the follow up & ask questions simply to find out they did nothing to support me in the claim.
