Terrible service and rude. The place says open until 4pm but tried calling from 3:20 to 4:00 pm to ask a question and there was no answer, I guess they don't answer the phones? I recommend going to ASAP title service in Tempe, they are much friendlier and willing to help. read more

I've been using Action Title for a number of years and have been able to witness the hardening of the owner and the reduction in her ability to deliver a service with a smile. The lady who helped me was rude and abrupt both on the phone and in person. However, there was no waiting, and she seemed efficient at what she did. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I've received much friendlier service at the MVD every time, but after waiting for 2 or 3 hours there for something minor, who cares any more? I had such a great experience here and will NEVER go to the DMV again! I renewed my registration and was in and out within 10 minutes... At the DMV a similar transaction could've taken HOURS! My Fiance' recommended Action to me, she has had good experiences with this place in the past. Unfortunately my experience could not have been worse. I bought a vehicle from a person in Utah. I financed the vehicle with a credit union which is also located in Utah with branches here in the valley. The CU policy is to send the title to the DMV directly and I am to go in to the DMV with the POA when the title arrives in order to transfer the title. I had the title sent from Utah to Action Auto Title. I went in to inform the owner, Ms. Shannon to look for the title. Ms. Shannon informed me that she was not able to call me when the title comes in but I should check in after the anticipated arrival. Tuesday I went to check on the title and Ms. Shannon informed the that no Title was delivered. I contacted the CU and the CU gave me a tracking number which had the Proof of signed delivery. Today I went back to Action and Ms. Shannon did see that she received the docs BUT she sent the docs back to the CU in Utah despite the cover letter stating to hold the docs for 60 days and my phone number on the cover letter stating to contact me. When I asked Ms. Shannon why she sent the docs back her response was "the POA was not included". The same POA that I showed Ms. Shannon I had prior to her getting the docs from the CU. She made an excuse and basically told me to leave. She was rude and condescending. She wasted my time and the most disappointing part of it all is that Shannon took NO RESPONSIBILITY. I would like to give this business a ZERO star but I am required to do a ONE STAR in order to post. read more

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a woman who I assume to be the owner, even though she was helping someone else. She was very pleasant, efficient, and had me on my way within minutes. This business has several poor reviews but I did not experience poor customer service whatsoever. Plus it was nice to see her large playful dog in the background. She has great communication skills, she is patient, and above all she knows title work backwards and forwards. So I have used this place twice to Title a vehicle. While this place is fast and eliminates the need to go to MVD and wait in a long line, I unfortunately need to let people know that the owner who sits at the front desk is one of the rudest people to deal with. I will not be giving this place anymore business. This past Friday I had to get a Title and Registration for a used vehicle that I purchased. The younger woman assisted me and was very nice. However, a few hours after leaving, I realized that she never asked me about my car loan so the lien was never recorded on the Title. I called and left a voice message right before closing about the mistake. On Monday morning I went back and advised them of the error and the owner assisted and fixed the mistake. She then charged me another $20. When I asked her about the charge, she just looked at me and said "This is your fault. It is your responsibility to tell us that information." I was a little startled by this direct response and asked her if it is standard procedure for them to ask about a lien when issuing a new title. She said they sometimes ask, but that it is my fault and responsibility, not theirs. The reality is that when you go to MVD they ALWAYS ask about a loan so they can record the lien. That is part of doing this job correctly. I should have read the other reviews. This lady is absolutely rude and does not act like a small business owner. I will not be back and urge others to reconsider doing business here. read more

Unbelievably horrible customer service. I literally have never been treated worse by a "professional" establishment in my life. I believe her name was Shannon. On the phone, I misunderstood one thing and she starts laughing and tells me I should "google what it means". This wasn't intended as friendly, helpful advice either, she said it as snarky as she possibly could. I sit in disbelief for a moment before saying that I dont really appreciate her last, unnecessary statement. Her response... a snarkier than before "okay. Have a great day"...click. She never fully answered my question. I was actually embarrassed for her and her lack of communication skills in acustomer service job. An absolute waste of time. I should have listened to other reviews when I googled their name about how rude she is, but it was just around the corner and convenient. They deserve no one's business. read more
