went to mail 2 large envelope, the lady was helping 2 customers which was fine, when she was done I approached her demeanor changed she was very rude, as I was paying she then asked if, those were her envelopes as if I stole them I informed her that I walked in with 2 prefilled envelopes already postmarked in marker and stood in line. She then saw the seriousness on my face and tried to make light of it by saying well you never know, well yes you do know as she was watching me the entire time I was in line. I thought it was a bit expensive to print 10 pages & fax @ $15, especially when I later found out the fax didn't go through. When I returned to scan the documents so I could email them I wasn't charged & appreciated that. I overheard three ladies talking at the clubhouse where I lived and they also expressed the opinion the store is overpriced. It is clean and the staff was friendly. read more

It should be known that there is an incredible mark up for their shipping services. I attempted to ship a large package and was quoted $178-$214 depending on which shipper I used (UPS, USPS, FedEx). This amount seemed very high and the person in charge told me there was a mark up because she "needed to pay rent" an offered a 10% discount. I went to the UPS facility in Mesa instead and ended up paying $98 for the same package. So Power Postal is charging double for the same service! This place might be ok for BBQ rubs and sauces, but it is worth the drive to go elsewhere for shipping. read more

Power Postal is definitely a better place to go than the Post Office! Eva and the rest of her crew are always so nice and willing to help with anything you need. Not only do they have all the services of a post office, you can also use the computer in the store to print or scan which is really convenient. Prices are reasonable and there is hardly ever a long line. Definitely recommend this location! read more

I have been coming here for years and I learn a little about them the more I visit. Eva is an amazing women and she really cares about her customers. But more so, she cares about the community and you can see that just by looking around the shop. Local businesses displaying business cards, local brands sold on the shelves.
