This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. The whole point of ordering it at a time is to not wait when I get there to place the order and then wait again while they print it. They need to figure this out as a company. If they said I had to go into order, I could decide if that works. But if they say email it, I'll have it ready. that's what they should do. And again, if they want it paid for ahead of time, they should just include the link. I totally get they don't wanna print a bunch of stuff and then people not show up for it. But when you're in a hurry, especially on the weekends, it sucks to not have it ready when you ask for it ahead of time!

We are still unraveling the damage. The supervisor Anthony was not helpful. I called me from California and he said everything would be fine and he would talk to the carrier ( found out later that didn't happen because they kept calling in sick). I confronted him in person and he said " Darn, sorry about that have a nice day. " Bottom line they need to hire better people all around. Privatizing the post office makes more and more sense. Companies can't survive running a business this poorly.

So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.
