I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

It was great to be able to have them print from my email on my phone and then come back several times throughout the day as we needed various copies made. The last visit was a huge one. All we know is it was well over 100 pages of documents because that was the threshold for a discount! Each time, they weren't interested in what we were copying or printing. They just provided their services in a very respectful, helpful, and courteous manner! When we ever need any type of service they provide when we are in Globe, we will ALWAYS go to this business for help. Even when they weren't able to provide a notary, they were knowledgeable enough about the community to give us several options and it just so happened one of our stops for the day was one of the options. Stanley's Service is Superb!…read more Here's why: My friend created these awesome journals that he wanted printed. He had been quoted $40 per book. He was frustrated, stressed and annoyed. He wanted the books printed quickly because he planned to use them for a course he organized that would start in less than a week. He needed help and because I make an amazing assistant and love to help people I offered to search for a company that would fulfill his dream. I immediately jumped on yelp and requested a quote from a dozen local print companies. When it comes to print jobs I like to work with locals so I can see and hold the work, plus I don't have to deal with shipping. Windward Graphics was the second one to respond to me. He gave me an estimate and said I could come in the next day by 5pm. Well I didn't get off of work till guess what time... yup 5pm. I yelp messaged him and asked if there was anyway to meet during the weekend. Mind you their office is closed on the weekends, but he said "I will be in for about an hour doing some maintenance work. Can you meet me during that time?" Absolutely! I arrive. He greets me at the door and apologizes for his messy look. He showed and explained to me the work that he can do. I showed him what we wanted. He quoted me $26. I said, "we want this entire thing in color though". He said "yes, I know. I can do that" Me: "AND the artwork on the front and back?!" Stanley: "yes and wire bound like you asked" Hallelujah! We found our guy. I was so excited. I immediately texted my friend the news. A couple days later my friend met with Stanley and viola! The journals are complete. They turned out exactly how we wished for a whole lot cheaper than the other 6 companies that quoted me. High quality low cost, plus stellar customer service, Score!! The employees working the copy counter were openly condescending, rolling their eyes, smirking, and treating me as though I were an enormous inconvenience simply because I needed help printing a five-page PDF. Rather than offering even the most basic customer assistance, they made me feel unwelcome and actually told me I was welcome to go someplace else. Apparently, printing five pages is an unreasonable request at this location. For the record, I had absolutely no trouble emailing the PDF to myself and having it printed at the UPS Store. So much for a store whose business is supposed to include printing and copy services. I also brought my complaint to the manager, Scott, expecting some degree of professionalism or accountability. Instead, he was rude, abrasive, and just as dismissive as his employees. Customer service was nonexistent from the counter all the way up to management. The employees I encountered displayed an astonishing lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic human decency. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are other places in Queen Creek that can handle a simple five-page printing request without making you feel like you've committed some terrible offense by asking for help. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. These people cannot even print a five-page PDF that you have stored on your phone. It is emailed to their address their email address and then they bring you over to the copy machine and say the only thing that's coming out is a link. Utterly bizarre because the UPS store had no such problem. For a store that's supposed to be copying and printing they can't even get that right and they refuse to help you. The girls there stand around doing nothing smirking at you rolling their eyes and then finally say to you just go someplace else we don't want your business you're welcome to go someplace else this is acceptable apparently to the manager who I complain to who was angry when I complained to him I called him up after I left and complained to him and he said that I was accusing him of being a liar because I said I don't believe you're going to do anything about it. And the fact of the matter is he's not going to do anything about it. Because I know numerous people who've had numerous problems with the attitude of the people at that copy center save yourself the aggravation go to The UPS store on Queen Creek it's worth the drive you don't get the attitude and they're not incompetent. I've never been treated so badly in my life I spent literally thousands of dollars in that store on printers on laptops and on other services and including furniture and it's never going to spend a dime in the store again
