When waiting in line early in the day I watched as she answered customers questions and helped make each of our orders just right. After returning to pick up my order (great service in texting when it was finished much earlier than expected) and cutting it to size I watched her interact with several other customers and even though she must have been exhausted from a full day of work she helped each of us patiently and expertly. Thanks Caitlyn!! PS. My 93 yr old friend LOVED it!! We use the commercial side as well for our business and Brad is our guy there! Always responds quickly and efficiently! My, have the rates gone up! eBay wanted $100 to ship my item without insurance or a signature. I was able to ship it for about $80 with a signature required and extra insurance from this location. I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I'll probably stop here for all my shipping needs going forward.
