I had Prime Source print some post cards for my business. They sent me one as a sample and it was messed up. I thought it was something that got stuck to the card and ripped but it's actually very smooth to the touch like it was printed that way. Disappointed at best with this one but I didn't say anything. They sent me an email asking 'how they did'. I thought this was a good time to give them an opportunity to make it right because stuff happens and I always like when business try and earn your business or take constructive criticism to do better in the future. Instead, they told me it was the post office rollers and that I could pay more money to have some UV coating put on it. I suggested a different mailing source if this was a known issue or using a higher quality product. They came back with basically "it's not our problem" How about I just use another business instead, Prime Source? I think that would fix the problem. read more

I printed a few new real estate signs through Prime Source. Throughout the ordering process they were so friendly & accomdating. When I went to pick up my order, the signs accidentally fell off the shelf damaging the corners of the signs. They apologized & let me take the damaged signs & told me they'd have new ones printed by the next day. The next day I received an email saying the new signs were ready & that a courier would be delivering them to me. Seriously, so impressed by their customer service. Hey good morning Robert, Thank you for saving my ass, making me look good, and clearly going above and beyond when I over promised and was looking like I was going to under delivered. Kevin, A friend asked me if I had a coppy machine and if she could use it for 750 copies on Saturday. I said sure no problem. it's for charity I will donate the ink and the paper come in Monday.. Well my cheap little brothers printer cannot print two sided.. at 11:30 yesterday I asked Robert if he could print this and I would send Erika to him between 12:30 and 1 and charge my account. So here comes Robert to the rescue with no heads up and no room for this one off job I'm sure. Robert says send it over and send her over and I'll get it done no questions asked.
