I asked for a quote on 1/22/2026, 1/23/2026 AND 1/30/2026. They never got back to me. Poor customer service and communication!

Simply awesome. They helped me out and they didn't screw me on the price. I'm never using a different sign company.

Christy in particular is always so helpful, she even personally sends the tracking link when our order ships.

Through Yelp,…read moreI submitted a quote request and decided that Next Day Signs & Printing provided the best quote for our needs. They arrived within the time window and was finished with the work within 2 hours. I'm very happy with the results.

Boy! I hate to leave a bad review but I consider this a public service announcement. Ken tanked an…read moreimportant print job, stuck me with an inferior product that hurt my standing with the client and left me high and dry. 1. I reached out more than a month before the job because I knew I'd need some rush printing day-of. In exchange for helping me out with that rush job, I'd send this printer ALL my business for my scottsdale client. 2. I sent Ken all my Scottsdale business - several thousand dollars worth. I printed gigantic standalone banners and die-cut, adhesive back vinyl stuff, A TON of printed material. And did Ken ever charge a premium for that stuff, a big markup for "rush" orders (where he didn't even download the file for printing until days later.) His prices weren't especially competitive, but I thought I was buying peace-of-mind. 3. The day comes when I need the rush order - effectively same-day printing. Not a gigantic order - two hundred 11x17 prints, but I needed them on time - and Ken got real unprofessional. Here's what happened... - Though I frequently reminded him that we'd be doing an important same-day job, he neglected to schedule it. It was a big surprise! - He said he couldn't do the print job that day because I didn't have the originals to him by 9am. - He would not verbally commit to doing the work at any time during that long stressful day. - He said he couldn't make my deadline because his wife "had dinner reservations. " - He refused to located the paper-stock I requested and instead tried to foist me onto a paper that wouldn't have taken a fold. He told me the stock I wanted "was not available in Scottsdale." I had to go to a Staples, buy the stock myself and deliver it to him by hand. - Instead of meeting him at his nearby place of business, he asked me to drive an hour to meet him outside a Bank Of America, because "he had to go to the bank." - He charged a 100% markup for his rush fee. That's 2x the cost. (And remember - I bought the paper and gave it to him.) - Instead of professionally printing the 11x17's at the correct size (borderless), he just hit print on some kind of color copier and printed them out - with a thick white border. They looked terrible. So - if you need a professional job done at a competitive rate - this is probably not the print shop for you. REPLY TO KEN'S RESPONSE Woof. Ken, I'm not here to fight. And you don't probably don't really want a big long tirade where you call your customers liars. I have uploaded a couple of pics that show the botched job and the text conversation that followed. Here's what I DO want... 1. I want a stress-free interaction with a print shop. 2. I want a company called "Next Day" to offer rapid turn-around printing. 3. If I give you a month's notice on a same-day print job, I want you to honor our agreement. OR, if you can't do a same day job, I want you to tell me so I can go to another print shop in the area. 4. If I spend several thousand dollars with you, I want you to treat me like a valued customer. 5. If you screw up a print job and the client's not happy, I want you to fix it. So, is that you, Ken? You may have to stay an hour late -- maybe even two hours -- but I gave you a month's notice. And spent a ton of money with you. And you screwed the job and called me a liar.
