I thought it was something that got stuck to the card and ripped but it's actually very smooth to the touch like it was printed that way. Disappointed at best with this one but I didn't say anything. They sent me an email asking 'how they did'. I thought this was a good time to give them an opportunity to make it right because stuff happens and I always like when business try and earn your business or take constructive criticism to do better in the future. Instead, they told me it was the post office rollers and that I could pay more money to have some UV coating put on it. I suggested a different mailing source if this was a known issue or using a higher quality product. They came back with basically "it's not our problem" How about I just use another business instead, Prime Source? I think that would fix the problem.

Great place to drop off packages. Not great for other business services. I used their fax services…read moreonce and twice had paper cutting. All three times required multiple visits and phone calls to get these small tasks done. The last incident was today. It took me three visits over a two-day period and four phone calls (none of which were answered) to get two cuts on a stack of 55 sheets of vellum. Apparently no one but the manager knows how to use the machine, so if he gets called away it won't get done until you check in on the status (which you can't do by phone because staff won't answer most of the time.) No one on the staff notified me of the delay (they had my cell phone and I told them they could text or call); the woman I talked to the second visit didn't even know about the task. It was just sitting there on the back counter for five hours. I wouldn't complain on a public forum like this except that I had a brief conversation with the manager, Mason on the third visit. It was clear that he didn't care about my multiple experiences so I don't think things will change anytime soon. He suggested that "I call ahead of time" which again, won't work if no one answers the phone. Bottom line: the staff is nice and try to be helpful but they are not trained to provide anything more than basic package care. So I'll still drop off my packages here but will go elsewhere if I need anything else. Which is a shame because I live close by.
