Royal Sign Company - Signmaking Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

We worked with Dane and are very very pleased with the results. Our sign is exactly what we wanted and expected. Royal sign followed through on all delivery dates exactly as what what promised. They coordinated with our landlord about the specifications and the entire process was seamless. Considering all of the other things involved in setting up a store front, it was a relief to have Royal Sign doing their job behind the scenes. We will be back for our next location! Thank you. read more

When opening a business you have to worry about so much. It was nice to know I could hand off this project and not have to worry about tracking its progress on the daily. Dane is great. He managed the relationships, permitting and design with all the decision makers within the franchise, on property and myself. Scheduling installation was easy and even ahead of schedule. The installation team was quick and professional. I'm really happy with everything from beginning to end. read more

Royal Sign Company - Our sign turned out great in Sugarhouse (Salt Lake City, UT) - Signmaking Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Any product they will do and I need.... I'll be using them. Price is fair and less than I expected. More importantly, the work is beautiful! We first had Royal do our lit exterior sign. We worked with Dane to schedule and get it done. He was unbelievably clear on every step and it was so simple start to finish. I honestly love it and am so proud of how it looks. They have also done 4 different banners for us which were as inexpensive as you'll find and the highest quality. Our most recent project has been wrapping our front windows. I am blown away with the consistent high standard on all they have touched! Check the work out for yourself. Brennan Dental in Chandler @ Ray and Cooper. You will not find a better looking lit green sign in the valley. We will use Royal Sign for years!!! read more

Couldn't be any happier with the service I received ordering my signs. Royal Sign turned out boring glass storefront into a showcase for our shop. I have them working on all the signs for the interior of the building now. I love their friendly, family service - incredibly easy to work with and pros at what they do - always helpful when you know little about signmarking. Casey thank you for all the hard work on our project - very excited about it! Greg read more

Dane and his team were fantastic to work with and the exterior signs came out great! Our municipality threw us quite a few curveballs along the way in regards to permitting requirements. Dane was extremely diligent in working with them to ensure that the project would be within their guidelines and would be approved as quickly as possible. A+ and highly recommended! Very professional company to work with. Anytime I have a sign project or know of someone that does I recommend them to Royal. They are a local owned company and have been in the valley for years and their staff and service shows it. read more

I am the Technology Director for a moderately sized rural school district in Arizona. Royal Sign Company was awarded the bid on our Electronic Messaging Communication Center and monument style marquee. Vince Acosta was our representative and worked tirelessly to ensure that we had all of our needs met and that a quality product was installed. He made sure to navigate through all hurdles and we are very pleased with the results and final product. I highly recommend considering Royal Signs for any project along these lines that you might have. read more

Words cannot express the gratitude we have for this company. After completing four sign install projects for us, Dane Alvord is no longer a project manager, but part of our family. He worked tirelessly with tough property management companies and corporate guidelines to get the jobs done. He's a great communicator, keeping us apprised every step of the way, which was imperative due to critical timelines. Thank you for your loyal partnership, Dane! read more

We just opened a new hair and nail salon (Monhair Salon) in NE Phoenix a few months ago and Royal Signs were recommended by my architect. Although I did my homework and checked other companies but liked what Royal Signs has to provide especially their project manager Vince who helped me throughout the process and even took time to do the permitting at the City of Phoenix which by itself is a very time consuming process. Vince was awesome and helped me throughout delivering on his commitments. The quality of the sign is amazing and the price is very reasonable.......I highly recommend Royal Sign Company and thank you Vince!! read more

Got our sign made for our custom suit store in Gilbert. We ended up going with the first design Dane drew up for us. It maximized sized and is super bright and visible. It looks really professional, bright, and clean. I've only had it up 2 months and a LOT of people have complemented the sign, a few different friends called or texted me just to tell me that they saw it driving by and loved it. Really easy to work with these guys, would definitely use them again! read more

It should be noted I do not often write bad reviews online. However, if I could give zero stars to this company, I would. What started out as three simple sign projects on August 6th, 2018 has turned into a nightmare. As an experienced fabricator and business owner since 2009, I've hired several sub contractors over the years to help when things get busy. During this particularly busy summer, I hired Royal Sign to assist with the fabrication and installation of 3 simple signs designed for one of my clients. I was assured upon signing my contract the signage would be completed and installed within 5 to 6 weeks (Sept 11th). Here we are mid October and today I was informed by the owner there would be additional delays before they are finished... Additional delays to the THREE other additional time delays. This is addition to the THREE other times they actually installed the signage incorrectly. This in addition to the project manager not getting the permit for 7 weeks. This In addition for the project manager forgetting to put items into the quote and now saying we owe them more money they forgot to quote and quoted incorrectly. I've literally never seen this level of incompetence on any construction project. I recommend you simply RUN, run AWAY to ANY other sign company to get your project completed. It's been 11 weeks and my client is up-in-arms furious and Royal just keeps screwing up. I have wasted so much time, money and energy. I literally could have fabricated and installed these projects 6 weeks ago. It's a horrible experience that just will not end. Complaint to the BBB is up next. read more

I have bee working with Royal sign for 2 years as I build out my man cave full of old gas and oil signs and Neon signs. The crews are fantastic, professional, timely and great to work with. Their customer service is excellent and they are the only company I trust with my signs. They clean up after themselves and always do a FANTASTIC JOB!!! Working with Dane and his guys are a great experience and would recommend them to anyone read more

I had the pleasure of having a custom sign fabricated by Royal Signs. Wow, let me tell you, what a VIP experience. I have had some pretty lousy experiences with other sign companies in the past and Dane was top notch from start to finish. If anyone in the phonic area is considering signage, look no further. I'm not sure what's more important, product, or customer service. Let me assure you it doesn't matter because both A+ with Royal Signs. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Thanks Dane and the rest of the Royal Sign family. read more

After looking hard for a sign company, I found Royal Signs through their good reviews. I was paired with Vince Acosta and he was amazing through the process. He's the type of guy that always has his phone on him and whether its early or late, he seemed to always be available. He hit every deadline I asked even when it meant he had to work later than he wanted to or push his designers when they were busy. I appreciate all the time he put into my project and if you're looking for a great sign company and rep, ask for Vince by name! read more

So I purchased an existing business that has a pole sign and wanted to update the facing and the first company I chose to contact was royal sign. The first time I called the reception informed me that the person in charge was not available and suggested I leave him a voicemail, which I kindly did. A couple days passed and that individual never contacted me a potential client.. I decided to give them a break and attempted to again reach out to get someone to assist me, so I called again and voice my concerns to the same receptionist in regards to dropping the ball. To be honest the receptionist was sorry that no one even attempted to contact me so again the receptionist suggested I leave another voicemail but to another person, which I did, gluess what, no reply.. Sometimes getting to excited especially opening up or even buying a business, first step to getting a exposure is a decent sign to attract maximum frontage, but don't relay on Royal, either there to busy there or they don't have enough workers in there.. read more
