I have probably worked with at least a dozen printers over the course of my wide and varied career. There are three things I always look for: Quality - Printing Solutions gets 5 stars as they do great work. Timeliness - At times this may be the most important, for jobs that have deadlines that can't be missed. Printing Solutions gets five stars again. Price - There are businesses that are less expensive than they are, and many others that will charge more. If I have a client who has a budget with a limited amount of money for printing I might send them elsewhere - but not after mentioning that they are making a mistake, since printed material is often their "face," that which creates the incredibly important first impression. So, on pricing, I will award 4 stars (it world be 4 1/2 stars if that was an option). Their total is 14 (or 14.5) stars, out of a maximum 15. That breaks my old record which was 13. The thing I probably appreciate the most is that the word "sacrifice" has never been part of the equation - i.e. if you want the fastest delivery you'll have to sacrifice on the quality and/or the job will be more expensive. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Would I recommend them to others? Almost absolutley. The exception is that I would try to keep them a secret from my competitors. read more

I engaged Printing Solutions to make my business cards on a referral from a business associate. I spent a ton of time designing my company logo myself and formatting my business cards to my vision. Printing solutions brought my hard work to life! Though I did not need a great amount of guidance, they smoothed over some rough aspects of my work, and made pertinent recommendations, while still respecting my creative vision. I have already received rave compliments on my business cards such as "Nicest business card I have ever seen." This comment coming from a gentleman that has been working professionally for 30 years. Flawless experience. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is that, to be fair, my transaction was so simple that I probably did not give them a chance to blow me away. I'm no professional graphic designer -- more like a barely competent amateur, if that -- but I found their online instructions very clear and easy to follow (so I take with a grain of salt the more negative review that appears here). Online ordering was easy, consultation and approval took only a couple of emails, turnaround was faster than promised, and the finished product was just wonderful. Printing Solutions is a fantastic company. My first order was done completely over the phone. I ordered 250 business cards (card stock, UV gloss finish, with double sided printing). The order came within the specified time frame. The design team was able to draft the design that I had wanted with no problems and at a very reasonable cost. I am currently in the process of submitting another order for more business cards, a vinyl banner, and some brochures. These guys are awesome! They've done about 5 batches of business cards for Loud Rumor already and just finished an AWESOME design for our next event flyers. I'm really impressed with how they've treated me, and the 10 or so clients I've referred to them. I've had trouble finding a good company to work with in Scottsdale.
