Within one hour, I was there to pick-up my print job and it was ready and waiting for me. This is despite the fact the store was busy when I arrived. I only mention this because often I have print jobs that are not ready when I arrive (at other stores). The person who helped me explained he went through effort to align the margins because he saw the margins initially seemed "off". I can appreciate this, because you don't always know how the margins will look on the final end product and I couldn't even run a test print at home. The quality of the ink and color is EXCELLENT, as is the paper weight. Its semi-glossy and the color superseded my expectations. I should have captured the name of the person who helped me. He really cared about the end result and deserves credit. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the UPS print shop at this particular location (Pima & Pinnacle Peak). Given the quality and the rush, this a good value.

I asked the clerk to verify it on a small computer screen because I am 76 years old and visually impaired; however, the mistake was not spotted and not corrected by the clerk. Needless to say, the package never arrived at its destination. While tracking the package, I became aware of the mistake. I returned to the store with a request to correct the recipient's address, but my request was denied. When the package arrived back to me, I went to the store to ask for a refund for the service that was not performed. I was given a promise and was to be contacted by the store within a maximum of 2 days, but after 10 days, I did not hear from them. I contacted the UPS customer service to ask for help. I was directed from one department to another, and at the end, it was just a waste of time. I recommend finding an alternative shipping service instead of UPS.
