I absolutely love Alphagraphics on W University in Tempe. I took a family book in to make copies for more family members. I really wasn't sure if it was possible because of the binding. I spoke to Stevie H. he was amazing and very professional, he took my order and assured me that it will look just like my book. When I received my order it looked just like the book that I had taken to them. I live in Ventura, Ca. I was in Arizona visiting family and friends when I dropped off my book. You can bet I will tell everyone I know to go see Alphagraphics on 815 W University, Tempe, Az they are the best Printing company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank you all for your professionalism, dedication and there commitment to the quality of the product they put out. My Family Book is Beautiful. Thank you, Thank you Respectfully, Pat B. read more

I was so pleasantly surprised and the service here. Alphagraphics was not my first thought for a small printing job (1 poster). The competitor was quoting 2 to 3 days and I was in a panic. This person mentioned Alphagraphics so I called. I spoke to Stevie H. who was absolutely professional. I went the next day and my print job was completed in 10 mins. Now that is service. I appreciate Stevie's professional yet caring customer service. Thank you and I will let anyone I know about your facility. Thanks read more

I've been a customer of this location for years; Michael Sinkula has been the Account Executive that has helped me from the start. I recently ordered some brochures, embroidered polo shirts, silkscreen printed T-shirts, stickers, travel mugs and 16 oz drink tumblers for my brother's business. Everything turned out great! The graphics and lettering are tight, sharp and clear. The pricing was fair and the lead time was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location and Mr. Sinkula for all of your printing and promotional needs! read more

I found myself in a situation where I needed materials printed at the last minute. I called this location and Marcus assured me that he could have it completed by 4:45, and it was 3:00 pm! I called again at 3:45 to see if I could get some additional printing done and he assured me it would be completed as well! At 4:45, it was boxed up and waiting for me! His "Can Do!" attitude and attention to detail has won my future business! Marcus deserves a super hero cape for saving the day! read more

A HUGE thank you to Phil at AlphaGraphics for answering all of my (many, many) questions before ordering my work shirts. Our company was having issues with a different online custom shirt company (Allied Shirts) when the quality of the print would not even last one wash. We continued to order shirts of different materials to try and alleviate the issue. After the third order, months of slow turn around time, and nearly $1000 worth of work shirts all we had to show for was peeling/cracking shirts that would not last a single wash without extensive precautions. We have been apprehensive about using a shirt company in-town because our last experience resulted in poor customer service. However, after reading the reviews on Google we decided to give Alpha Graphics a shot. I preferred to come in-person and talk about the issues we were having; however, they we're only offering quotes through email. I had A LOT of information to send such as references of our previous shirts and several needs/concerns that we wanted to be addressed. Phil was able to give me great shirt options ranging from budget, performance, and durability. He also informed me on the different type of ink processes and how certain color combinations with shirts & ink can affect durability. After giving us confidence to move forward with a work shirt that we felt would suit our company's needs he promptly gave us an estimate, a preview of the product, and a simply payment procedure. We do not have the shirts just yet, however, this review is a solely based on the outstanding customer service provided at AlphaGraphics! read more

Just had the most amazing service and care at the Alphagraphics on 24th Street (formerly on Camelback) today! I had a workbook that I wanted bound in a special manner and Sergio saved the day by finding some screws in their inventory. Dawn at the front desk, with the most beautiful blue eyes, facilitated the completion with a suggestion of clear cover and, voila, the result was amazing!!! It was completed in a very short time on a Monday, and ew, we all know what Monday mornings can be like. A really efficient and kind woman (long dark hair) checked me out and was so personable and kind!! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Thank you, all!!!!!!!!! read more

I made a huge mistake this week. My company ordered 1800 cards from alpha graphics- I didn't proof read and every single card had a misspelling on them. Alpha-graphics got back to me ASAP with a generous solution and cost WAY less to fix. Phil was the person that helped me and my team. He was ON IT - so helpful, respectful, and understanding. I'm so happy I made a mistake with this company because they were very professional and helpful about the whole debacle of a situation. read more

I didn't know I could get so excited about a print shop. Reminds of when I was surprised by the enthusiasm at Lighting Unlimited (http://www.yelp.com/biz/lighting-unlimited-phoenix-3#hrid:hME56PbLhd2RdUL2S304Og/src:self). I mean really how exciting can the printing business be? "Alright ma'am, we will have your 50 Eric Estrada posters ready at 5:00pm." "No I'm sorry we don't carry I Heart Joe Arpaio stickers." And "Yes, you can have the empty boxes outside for moving." Well, I'm not sure if it's exciting, but I can tell you Mike and the gang at Alpha Graphics are top drawer! I'm in constant need of printed materials from biz cards and menus to posters and marketing inserts. These folks have it all. And. They. Deliver. Yep. Deliver. Gotta love that! And with that Alpha Graphics smile and professionalism. And the prices are competitive! Now. If I could just get them to deliver me a pizza next time too! Printed material and pizza...and...maybe light bulbs. read more

I had an Awesome experience with this location last week. Justin helped me recreate an old T-shirt logo that my husband originally designed way back in 1988 for the (high school) rock band he was in. The rock band faded away shortly after high school unfortunately, but my husband has held onto all of his nostalgic memorabilia. I found one of his original rock star band shirts in a box a few months ago and immediately knew I wanted to remake them for him for Christmas. I took the old shirt in and Justin was very helpful and made the process very easy. The shirts I ordered are really soft and cuddly and a high quality brand. The shirts are very vintage in style and look very professional. My husband was very shocked, happily surprised and was so excited to send a picture to all of his life long friends and band buddies. Now they all want one to match. It's a good thing I bought twelve of the shirts for him to share. I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again for another important and sentimental gift. read more

I wanted something pretty simple, print out a letter. I was charged $5.31 for something I didn't even print on my own. I left with three pages that don't look appropriate for me to turn in to the STATE. First he printed out the paper horizontally but it was two pages total (charged for), he finally printed the paper out vertically. I told him if he could edit and remove the extra wording from the email, he said no. I always come here and do it myself with no problem also with the help of other people. This guy clearly couldn't or didn't want to edit the letter on a word document. So hard is that... read more

I am absolutely blown away at the quality for the price and the mere fact at how FAST it was done. It was all done by 6:00pm. Huge relief and great customer service. Thank you for all the help Tytus at Alphagraphics, Tempe! We found our new spot for printing for sure! read more

I recently had a really bad experience at the Alphagraphics Camelback location, so I was a little trepidatious when visiting the Tempe store. I was greeted by Logan when I walked in and gave him some information and needs for my graphic design project. The assignment was to print a booklet which I needed to lay flat when opened. Logan listened to my requirements and showed me the different types of binding options that would work for this. He was very responsive and talked me through the process to make sure that I was getting what I wanted, which put my trepidation at ease. The turnaround time was much earlier than promised and the final product came out great. My classmate had a similar great experience with Logan as well. I will definitely return in the future for my printing needs and highly recommend Alphagraphics for high quality trustworthy service. read more

This Alphagraphics saved me big time. My life is one big procrastination after another. This time I was procrastinating printing off letters and portfolio pieces for my final college class. They were very helpful in getting me squared away, whereas other places would say "go to the self serve area and good luck figuring it all out". Thanks to them I finished my work just in time! Got some flyers done here recently. The same day I requested them, someone didn't call me until the event I needed the flyers for was already starting, but to be honest it was a late order. However, I expected them the next day as the invoice said they'd be ready by 5pm the next day, which was right before our other major event (at 6:30) and the flyers could still be used. I got there the second day after talking to Chase about them being done that day. It was 6:10pm and they still didn't have them printed, and couldn't even find the order for 10 minutes. I waited because they said it'd be 10-15 minutes to print them once they found the order. It was 6:50 before they were done, keep in mind they close at 7. They botched the order and did our separate flyers back-to-back. I told them that this wasn't going to work but I needed to go because my event stared at 6:30 and I needed to be there. They didn't give me the flyers they did double-sided on accident so I went to the event without anything. I sent a rambling email the next day. The best they could do was 35% off already overpriced flyers (they charged $35 to stretch a picture, I could have done that for them for free) that we really didn't need anymore. Despite the fact that the flyers actually look good, it was too little too late. Not going back for their business. DOWNGRADE TO 1 STAR FROM 2 STARS: We realized they used an old version of our flyer (we sent one for an original quote, and another that was updated later) and therefore the information was inaccurate. I would not recommend them to anyone and I can't believe we paid $120 for 100 inaccurate, untimely flyers. read more

I'm a Graphic Designer and this is one of the best printers I have ever worked it, if not THE best. Not only are they friendly and incredibly professional, they do high-quality work with amazing turn-around speed. I had been searching for months for a printer to print our business cards on a specific stock of paper. I visited 5-6 printers in the Valley and contacted several online. Each printer could not offer me very much in the way of paper choices, and many were downright crabby to me for even asking! When I talked to Jeared from Alphagraphics I was pleasantly surprised. He was so amazingly helpful! And, best news yet, they have TONS of paper choices! My request was totally normal to them and they were happy to help. They even offer hard proofs (something that the other printers acted like I was NUTS for even asking!) which is something that to me, is essential when designing. Flash forward to 3 months after I got the awesome-looking, high-quality business cards.. I today unfortunately discovered a typo. I emailed Jeared and he replied almost immediately and was willing to help me fix the situation ASAP! I will have my new cards in less than 24 hours. Amazing!!! I plan on using this location of Alphagraphics for all of our business printing needs as well as any future personal projects (even though I live in N. Phoenix!! it's WELL worth the drive). read more

We had a week to come up with a wedding welcome sign and thankfully Justin was ready to meet our needs within a couple of days after we called and put in a request. I went in to have some custom t-shirts made. I gave them the design I wanted and was a given a quote of $162.97. I paid that amount then got an email saying that it was going to be an additional $32.00. When I went back to the store the cost was actually an additional $122.20! I asked why the big difference from initial quote and was told that he forgot to add the cost of colored ink. I went to pick up the product on Friday only to find one shirt had a hole and the 2xl shirt was a xs shirt. It has been a frustrating experience. read more

Got some business cards here. Fast and accurate. Good quality. Employees were very helpful. Would use again.

Okay, so they sell out of class packets, fine. But then they send an email informing you that the packet you ordered is ready and to pick it up at the express will call station which is reportedly open Saturdays. It is not. Super unhelpful, especially when you can't even leave a message and are instead faced with an unending loop of ringing followed by a request to leave a detailed message which is followed not by a beep but another round of ringing followed by the same message....ridiculous. read more

I have been using Alphagraphics services in Tempe, AZ for the last 4 years and find that they, especially Michael Cash's customer support, exceed my expectations each and every visit. I've used them and never have had a problem. Only odd thing that I've noticed in the probably 10 times I've been there is there's never been a woman working there. At their busiest I've seen upwards of 11 men all behind the counters working at the same time but never a woman. read more

We needed some color printing in a specific size and product type in a hurry. They were one of the few locations that could produce our printing in-house, in our time frame. Mike and his team got the samples done, we made a few changes, and they executed the printing. They even shipped it to our clients for us. We have been using them for almost a year now and the service and communication are fantastic. Aside from the first print run, I never visit the location. I email our files, receive proofs back, let them know when I would like them delivered and they do the rest...consistently and in a quality manner every time. I was unsure about the proximity to the university, wondering about their corporate focus. This location is very professional and able to serve corporate needs exceptionally well. They are a great resource and professional partner. read more

So let me start off saying that this review is 100% about an employee, one who in my opinion, is just amazing. I am a believer in letting people know when they have done an amazing job, and this guy did. His name is Jimmy, and I believe he is the customer service manager. I had an issue with one of my purchases (an issue that was definitely my mistake) and he was SO great about it. Like I said, it really was not a giant deal and I am aware he was doing his job, but he was so great to me, went above and beyond to help me out, and called me as soon as he got an update. Not too many employees will go to that length to keep a random customer happy (one who wasn't in the least bit unhappy to begin with) and do it with a smile. I told Jimmy that he deserved a raise, and I sure hope his management recognizes him for his excellent work. Thank you again, Jimmy. Simple kindness goes a long way in my book. read more
